Comfortable stay, only thing I cannot get is I booked two beds for my first stay but because we arrived a little late (4PM) than the check-in time (wc is 2PM) they fully booked the said room and we’re downgraded into 1 bed that would force us to pay another 5K if ever we want to pursue the two beds.. Quite confusing if (supposedly) everything was paid and reserved. Otherwise, it was a great staycation.

Oda: Odanın Japon esintili tasarımını çok beğendim; ferah, temiz ve özenle düzenlenmişti. Tek dezavantajı, ayarlaması zor olan ve odayı bazen çok soğuk ya da çok sıcak yapan klimaydı. Mini Bar: Mini bar, ücretsiz alkolsüz içecekler, bira, fincan erişte ve patates kızartmasıyla doluydu. Sadece ek ürünler talep ederseniz ödeme yapmanız gerekiyor ki bu da hoş bir dokunuştu. Tuvalet: Tuvalet temizdi, ancak ikinci gece odaya döndüğümde hoş olmayan bir koku fark ettim. Kahvaltı: Otelde iki kahvaltı seçeneği mevcut: 1. kattaki havuz kenarındaki restoranda alakart kahvaltı veya yan taraftaki Hyatt Regency'de açık büfe kahvaltı. İkinci sabah havuz kenarındaki alakart kahvaltıyı tercih ettik, ancak yemekler oldukça vasattı. Porsiyon kontrolü (kişi başı bir içecek ve bir öğün) biraz kısıtlayıcıydı ve etrafta sinekler vardı, bu da deneyimi olumsuz etkiledi. Üçüncü sabah Hyatt Regency'deki açık büfe kahvaltıyı denedik ve çok daha iyiydi. Salatalar, taze meyveler, yumurta büfesi, Filipin yemekleri ve tahıl gevrekleri gibi seçenekler daha genişti. Ancak açık büfeye ulaşmak için kumarhanenin içinden yürümek gerekiyor ve bu da sigara dumanı kokusu nedeniyle rahatsız edici olabiliyor. Alternatif olarak, kumarhaneye uğramamak için sizi arka girişte bırakan bir servis talep edebilirsiniz. Konum: Otelin konumu elverişli, kumarhaneye ve yakındaki bazı restoranlara ulaşım sağlıyor. Ancak, kalabalık ve dumanlı olabileceği için kumarhanenin içinden sık sık geçmek zorunda kalmaktan hoşlanmadım. Olumlu tarafı, Ayala Alışveriş Merkezi sadece 5-8 dakikalık yürüme mesafesinde ve iyi alışveriş ve yemek seçenekleri sunuyor.

This hotel are so convenient it’s just cross street from Ayala mall .. the front desk are so kind and polite .. very  concern  for our comfort ..we have children and 90 yrs. Old mother ..the pool guard are so alert ..save my granddaughter  who just jump in the pool  cause the pool is so pretty , with crystal water ..towels are easy to request .. complete with coffee . Sugar , creamer tea..with microwave. Stove , platers cups glasses and even kitchen scissors .what a perfect hotel .. so pleasant like home .this will be our family favorite hotel .. thank you  life guard pool . Thank you staff !!

stayed for just one night and overall the experience was positive. The location is convenient — about 15 minutes from the airport without much traffic — and the room was quiet. The windows could not be opened, but the temperature remained comfortable even with the air conditioning turned off, as the unit itself is quite noisy. The room was spacious and modern, which I really appreciated. However, cleanliness is an aspect that clearly needs attention. I am attaching photos, as it is easier to understand: the floor did not seem properly cleaned, there were stains on the shower floor that could likely be removed with the right product, fingerprints on the TV, marks on the mirror, and the glass surfaces were not clear. The bedsheets also had visible stains, which was disappointing. The hotel has good potential thanks to its convenient location and modern rooms, but housekeeping standards should be improved. I did not try breakfast, so I cannot comment on that.

The front desk service was good , upon checkin i forgot to check there is cash deposit, but this is understandable for a condotel staying . Thats fair. The room is very spacious it perfect for family size. Downside I really expect to get room facing okada, i assumed all offered rooms regardless of the type as posted in tiktok or other social media platform . So i duno if it has to booked in other apps to get those view The other buildings on pacific side , looks like abandoned building , im at 32nd floor it looks creepy when i opened my window, it reminds me of horror story. The bathroom getting flooded when you used the shower. The pool at the 2F was alright, i havent touched the gym. But 2 facilities are enough tp accommodate quick staycation I wld recommend to booked premium room to enjoy the bayview. But for quick stay like i did. What you pay, is what you get. .

Burada 1 gece için Deluxe King Oda rezervasyonu yaptık ve kalışımızdan çok memnunuz. Resepsiyonist standart giriş saatinin 15:00 olduğunu ancak saat 14:00 gibi erken bir saatte giriş yapmamıza izin verildiğini söyledi. Check-in sırasında elbette iade edilebilir 2.000 £ tutarında bir güvenlik depozitosu vardı. Bize verilen oda numarası 1202 idi. Köşe odadır ve en üst kattadır. Bizim odamız köşede ve pencere diğer odalara göre daha küçük. Odamız geniştir. 3 yıldızlı bir otelden beklediğinizden daha büyük. Odada temel olanaklar mevcuttur: kablo TV, split klima, değerli eşyalarınız için kasa, çalışma masası, kanepe, açık dolap, tuvalet ve sıcak duşlu banyo. Banyo bile geniştir. Ayrıca saç kurutma makinesi ve konaklamamız boyunca ücretsiz 2 diş fırçası ve bol miktarda havlu sağlanmaktadır. Yatağımız gerçekten bir kral yataktır ve yatağın ne kadar rahat olduğunu seviyoruz. Klima mükemmel çalışmıyordu, ya çok soğuk ya da çok sıcak ki bu çok tuhaf. Odanın yeterli aydınlatması yok. Televizyonda kablo kanalları var ama akıllı bir televizyon değil, dolayısıyla Netflix vs. yok. Yüzme havuzunu denemek için 6. kata gittik. Şaşırtıcı bir şekilde, bunu kendi başımıza aldık. Başka otel misafirleri bize katılmadan tam 1 saat boyunca havuzun keyfini çıkardık. Havlu istemek için temizlikçiyi aradık ve hemen verildi. Havuz barı kapalı. Havuz ısıtmalı değildir. Açık büfe kahvaltıdan faydalanamadık. Otel, City of Dreams, Ayala Malls Manila Bay, Parqal'a yürüme mesafesindedir. Otelin kendine ait 3 katlı park yeri bulunmaktadır.

A truly exceptional stay experience! From the moment we booked, the host, Guodong, was friendly and provided clear, helpful instructions. The apartment itself was a haven—stylish, quiet, and so comfortable. It felt like a home away from home. We slept great and loved the bedroom and the living room 'that gives natural light. Highly recommended if you're looking for quality and great hospitality! We will stay here again on our next trip.

Cozy place. Enough space for solo or couples. Honestly check in process is a bit of a hassle. I wish this was all explained in the advert. Just getting into Azure by car the guards wouldn't let us in without a QR code which we wasn't given. Host required pictures of our IDs before we can get in. Then ID is to be left as reception for check in. Again QR code is required for this. Wouldn't of be nice to know all of this either beforehand or atleast message sent from host straight after booking confirmation. Luckily reception wasn't so busy when we checked in. Check in on the weekends would be a nightmare! Seen plenty people having to sit outside during this process. Place was OK, BUT first thing I noticed when walking through the front door was a cockroach trap. During our stay we saw plenty! The hangout spot was on the fridge! Even found some roaches in the fridge. Hot water wasn't working on the first night, they got maintenance and issue was resolved. Be aware there is a charge to using the pools on site. Health club is only accessible to residents not guests. Host did discount the ”cleaning fee” which I felt shouldn't be a thing because of the infestation. I was told they had pest control but had to stop as I rented the place. I was offered another room which was a little better but the hot water constantly tripped out when using. Had to flip the switch in the fuse box every time. Shower mount was broken which fell on my head when I used it first time.

Feedback and Complaint Regarding Recent Hotel Stay I would like to provide feedback and raise a concern regarding my recent booking experience. I booked a stay for 15 guests at a specific hotel ( Lux Penhouse), and the booking went through successfully without any issues. However, just a few hours before our scheduled check-in, I was informed that we would be moved to a different hotel ( bayshore phase 2), with the reason being that the original hotel “could not accommodate 15 pax.” This was extremely disappointing, especially since the booking was clearly made for 15 people and was confirmed. The replacement accommodation provided did not meet expectations: • The utensils were incomplete, and basic amenities such as toothbrushes and towels were not ready upon our arrival. • The swimming pool was closed for maintenance, which was not communicated in advance. This was one of the main reasons we chose the property. • Overall, the place felt unprepared for a group of our size. On a positive note, I would like to acknowledge that the few staff who assisted us and the lobby personnel were helpful and courteous, and we appreciate their efforts. While we understand that unforeseen changes can occur, proper notice and preparation are expected, especially for confirmed group bookings.
