"Otel iyi, nehrin aşağısında güzel bir manzaram var, yemekler mükemmel. Ama check-in yapma şeklini sevmiyorum, çünkü sabah saat 11:00'de geldim, uçuşumdan dolayı çok yoruldum, ama personelden biri bana öğleden sonra 3:00'e kadar beklemem gerektiğini söyledi. ? "Wonderful service, great experience! Staffs were so helpful and polite, check in process was pretty quick and smooth. Welcome drink provided by the hotel, bar/cafe ambience so nice, comfortable and chill, breakfast was great! I requested for a cup, coffee and mini sandwiches delivered to our room and they get it done so on time! Thanks and I appreciated that. Most importantly, the location so perfect, close to the airport (only 10min by car) as we had early morning flight to catch. Well, it’s a good hotel just for a night stay."

"Grand Westside is conveniently located near NAIA Terminal 3, making it a practical choice when flying in or out of T3. The breakfast buffet is decent, though the ₱1,500 rate feels relatively steep compared to the selection offered. The staff are generally young, polite, and accommodating. Some are interns from different universities, which adds a fresh and friendly vibe. The lobby is bright, spacious, and welcoming, with wide hallways that give the place an airy feel. In contrast, the standard rooms are on the smaller side. Amenities are adequate, though I couldn’t find any lotion provided. On the positive side, WiFi is fast, and the cable TV is a nice perk, especially if you’re staying with kids. Another plus is its accessibility: the hotel is just a short ride to Mall of Asia and Ayala Mall by the Bay."

"In general, I found the hotel to be pleasant and in good location for those travelers who needed to stay near the airport. The check-in and out process was smooth and efficient. Although I arrived ahead of the check-in time, the staff accommodated me and allowed an early check-in. I like that all the staff were friendly, courteous and helpful. 👏 However, soundproofing could be improved, as I was able to hear loud snoring from the next room which in the beginning I thought a ghost haha While I understand that occasional pest sightings can happen, I would recommend that the hotel take steps to improve room pest control to ensure a more comfortable and hygienic experience for future guests. I hope this feedback helps improve your services for future guests. Kudos to all your hard work!"

"The location was quite good as there was a mall directly opposite the street, the biggest downfall is the lack of internet service along the shore and as we couldn't reach the owner straight away or staff for 2 days it was hard to book food and vehicles, once we got the wifi it improved our stay. The pool was good but the large one turned green for a while. Put your garbage outside your door at certain hours. I would stay again knowing now what is required to stay at an airbnb so even though there were a few hiccups, the place gets a thumbs up. For some visitors a few of the below pics may help as i translated the controls into English."

"Burada 1 gece için Deluxe King Oda rezervasyonu yaptık ve kalışımızdan çok memnunuz. Resepsiyonist standart giriş saatinin 15:00 olduğunu ancak saat 14:00 gibi erken bir saatte giriş yapmamıza izin verildiğini söyledi. Check-in sırasında elbette iade edilebilir 2.000 £ tutarında bir güvenlik depozitosu vardı. Bize verilen oda numarası 1202 idi. Köşe odadır ve en üst kattadır. Bizim odamız köşede ve pencere diğer odalara göre daha küçük. Odamız geniştir. 3 yıldızlı bir otelden beklediğinizden daha büyük. Ayrıca saç kurutma makinesi ve konaklamamız boyunca ücretsiz 2 diş fırçası ve bol miktarda havlu sağlanmaktadır. Yatağımız gerçekten bir kral yataktır ve yatağın ne kadar rahat olduğunu seviyoruz. Klima mükemmel çalışmıyordu, ya çok soğuk ya da çok sıcak ki bu çok tuhaf. Odanın yeterli aydınlatması yok. Televizyonda kablo kanalları var ama akıllı bir televizyon değil, dolayısıyla Netflix vs. yok. Yüzme havuzunu denemek için 6. kata gittik. Şaşırtıcı bir şekilde, bunu kendi başımıza aldık. Başka otel misafirleri bize katılmadan tam 1 saat boyunca havuzun keyfini çıkardık. Havlu istemek için temizlikçiyi aradık ve hemen verildi. Havuz barı kapalı. Havuz ısıtmalı değildir. Açık büfe kahvaltıdan faydalanamadık. Otel, City of Dreams, Ayala Malls Manila Bay, Parqal'a yürüme mesafesindedir. Otelin kendine ait 3 katlı park yeri bulunmaktadır."

"Its our second time at Seda Manila Bay, but our first time in the family room. The size of the room is just right. The bunk beds are really for kid’s size. the aircon is a bit dusty. I also didnt like the foul smell in the toilet which seems to come from the drain at night when everyone’s using the shower. Apart from that, still a wonderful place for staycation with kids. Take their bundle with A.museum in Ayala mall, its worth it! The kids will surely enjoy!"

"The place is really nice. It's really clean and comfy. Good for families as well. Sad that we were not able to enjoy the pool during the stay due to bad weather. Hopefully, soon, they will have motorcycle parking and more convenient stores."
