超乎意料的住宿體驗！預訂了兩晚的住宿安排，第一晚因為司導的突**況無法用車，老闆得知後特別貼心的開車帶我去接住在村尾的朋友一起來玩店裡的雪圈🥹，還帶我們去祕密基地玩雪道溜圈和看星星，玩完回家還特地給po主和甚至不住店的小夥伴準備了熱乎乎的烤紅薯！擔心po主定小夥伴晚上回民宿不方便還特地開車護送，每天都送上超級多的特色小零食！（甚至包含pi主小夥伴們的份）民宿裝修很新，就在新村口第一家，電器設施也很完備（包含自動加熱馬桶和洗衣機）入住當天老闆還會很貼心的告知使用説明，躺在房間就能看見落日美景，在院子裏就能看見遠處的觀魚台。離店那天因為出發太早沒能趕上老闆特意準備的烤紅薯hh下次有機會再來一定還會住！希望能看見老闆家的可愛修勾！

入住體驗感滿分！剛到民宿，老闆就熱情地幫忙搬行李，還貼心地介紹了周邊的遊玩攻略（落日平台、本地喇嘛廟、出片的白樺林）nice…👍雖然沒有太多的詞語來形容霧上隱的舒適度和文化體驗，就來和大家分享下我的真實感受吧！糾結的錯峯出行和擦肩而過的秋景，讓我其實挺忐忑不安的！但是進入景區的盤山道景色壯美、小狐狸🦊軟萌可愛、民宿主人的熱情以及木屋內的暖暖和舒適，在這個深秋又冷冷的山間，再愜意不過了！房間也打掃得一塵不染，管家姐姐也特別貼心有問題很快解決，真心推薦！正所謂：風月平生意，江湖自在身，雖然錯過了童話般的秋景，卻看到真正的風花雪夜（傍晚下雪凌晨超美星空）一年一度的假期值了！還沒離開我就期待下次假期啦！

The owner/ reception is very friendly, very smooth check in and they provided many water bottles to drink. The room is warm in winter season, Im impressed they provided disposable towel which is very hygienic. 5stars for the water spray toilet 🤣very convenient for us Malaysian/Singaporean The place is very close to many restaurants and convenient store (Although many restaurants didn’t open on March)

Place is reasonably clean with friendly staff. Hotel is near the bus terminal and not too far from the various attractions around the city. Room heating is a bit weak as it uses a dual purpose heater/air conditioner. The water heater looks very high tech.

民宿在禾木老村核心位置，距離禾木老橋幾百米，上坡就到美食街和草原落日、篝火晚會。周邊各種美食餐廳，對面湘菜館烤肉師傅烤肉技術一流，還能跳舞。管家服務很體貼、熱情，房間設施齊全，都是美國品牌，一次性用品便捷，衞生乾淨整潔，院子各種花開得漂亮，環境很好，優雅。電地暖，睡覺很舒適。

Great location, great amenities, great service. Really nice of the hotel to provide free room upgrade. Hotel comes with washer and dryer and those who wish to stay for long duration. Short walk to the transfer station 禾木山庄, easy to get around to most places in hemu village via the free internal shuttle bus, including to the ski resort. If you don't feel like walking, the hotel provides a free shuttle service to 禾木山庄. The driver is helpful and prompt with shuttle service requests. The breakfast spread has a good variety of noodle soup/porridge, pastry, fruits and tasty stir-fried dishes. The chef tries his best to satisfy the customers' requests, even helping me to get coffee when it is not on the breakfast menu. Free fruits platter in the evening.

วิวหน้าวิลล่าสวยงามมาก ทั้งวิวด้านหน้าเเละด้านหลัง อาหารเช้าดี ที่พัก พื้นที่สวยงาม ห้องอุ่น พวกเราชอบที่นี่มาก ถ้ากลับมาที่ hemu ก็จะพักที่นี่อีก

The best part of the stay was the service of the staff. They helped us with our luggage, fixed the washing machine once we reported it wasn’t working, helped us boil hot water to throw in the air. That was the saving grace of the hotel. The bad part of the stay was the room view wasn’t great, you look out of the window and you see other wooden cabins, so not much of the mountain and the room is quite small. The breakfast option was terrible as you have to walk to a nearby restaurant for food and they only give you one option of tomato egg noodles and that was it. They said because it is winter so there is no option. For the amount you pay for the hotel, the room and poor option for breakfast is really not value for money. Not sure why the reviews are great for this hotel.

有一説一衞生條件比我預期的還要艱難，首先進屋先打s四衹超大蜘蛛，出去吃飯前用房間裏的殺蟲劑噴了全房間，等到回來床上都是小蜘蛛😓，害得我晚上都不敢躺，最後用衣服蓋着頭睡的😅 水龍頭也很驚喜，第一次開噴我一身的水，要非常小心翼翼的一點點的打開，最要命的是小木屋有縫隙時不時的會有煙味，幾乎沒有隔音，和隔壁可以毫不費力的對話😂

首先，雖然是民宿但我對於房價19xx是有期待的。但民宿工作人員的服務意識其差。因為還沒到入住時間，我們早上先去放置行李，看到我們提着行李箱也沒有意識來幫忙提，連我們司機都看不過眼了。服務人員説好下午打掃衞生好之後把行李放房間裏，晚上回來卻説不知道哪些行李是我們就沒有搬過去了，這難道不是早上點算好的嗎。其次，訂房時寫着的Marshall 音箱，去到確是個淘x 兩百塊不到的M18音箱，還説打掃人員把牌子的字扣下來，簡直是離譜，連是能連上，但體驗感其差無比，對於有追求音樂品質的人真不建議。第三，房間入住時沒有主動跟客户説明，熱水爐或者地暖等使用事項，都需要我們主動提問。而且沖涼的地方和馬桶是一起的，中間衹有一塊隔擋，最終我沖涼的時侯既要回避，並且沖涼時要與時間競賽，水温忽熱忽温的，這是我花了接近兩千換來的體驗。第四，攜程註明早餐是有麪食，結果去到是涼菜、玉米、花捲、雞蛋、小米粥。如果早餐提供這些都沒有問題，但最好可以註明一下，讓有期待的旅客可以規避。第五，床太硬了，有些喜歡硬床的人就可以，我個人很不適應，根本睡不好。前一晚我們也在禾木另外一家民宿待了一天，服務差天共地，建議一下民宿的管理人員與時並進，看下週圍其他服務和餐食是怎樣的。然後什麼精美禮品袋，當然也是沒有的，我也懶得去問了。 要讚的是房間很暖和，裝修很好，衹是燈上和角落有蜘蛛網，野外嘛。
