I felt so welcomed and comfortable at this boutique hotel in ancient Xaisi. I understood that this hotel was in an older part of Kaili. On further exploration I found it to be in an extremely historic an ancient village of Xiasi that spanned many dynasties. Within walking distance to can find architecture that represents Qing and other dynasties . Xiasi’s streets reveal layers of history where Han, Miao, and merchant cultures converge. Stone streets, wooden covered bridges, decorated eaves, bell towers, and imperial and domestic courtyards reflect exquisite craftsmanship. My room overlooked the Qingjiang River. It was beautiful appointments with indigo fabric details. I especially liked the Chinese red chair. My room also have a spacious balcony. The owner took care of me like I was her daughter. It was so sweet. The central courtyard of the hotel is a lush garden. I loved exploring Xiasi during the quiet off-season. Its enchanting alleyways and ancient architecture is extraordinary. It’s especially romantic as evenings falls and this historic village is lit by red lanterns. I highly recommend this hotel. I look forward to returning.

Highly recommended! Room was spacious, clean & comfortable. Staff service was very helpful. Allowed early check in. Had a nice dinner at the restaurant & breakfast was delicious.

酒店的環境很好，不管是自駕還是打車出行，都非常方便，有免費停車場，離市中心也特別近，酒店樓下就有吃的，前台小姐姐很有耐心的介紹當地好吃的，非常不錯，房間也很乾凈舒適，床特別軟，休息得很好，早餐也很好吃，很有性價比，推薦！

設施：有智能家電管家，電視是TCL的，可以一鍵打開B站和芒果TV，😋出門也能追劇，真的好爽！ 衞生：今年剛剛裝好，一切全新！ 環境：位於市中心地段，交通便利，距離凱里客運站衹有500米，周邊還有特色美食！ 服務：前台和客房工作人員都非常熱情，有求必應，有問必答！ 很推薦大家入住這裏~~

首先民宿就在清水江邊，好吃街上，樓下就是各種景點和小吃。環境非常好，特別乾淨，店家也很隨和，沒想到能在小鎮住到不輸於星級酒店的民宿，太棒了，強烈給大家安利。

雖然已經知道是民宿 不能拿酒店標準來要求 但山峯的書房硬件設施還是震驚到我了 （與工作人員服務態度無關） 1⃣️入住的時候就發現我們的房間門竟然比隔壁低一頭，但凡講究點的中國人家裡裝修都會注意門框保持一致吧 2⃣️房間備品線頭之多也是驚到我了，即使是地巾已經用到這個程度還保持不換我也不知道是為啥 3⃣️房間浴室下水有問題，洗澡過程基本上半個腳都在水裡泡着，我認為客棧本身應該定期檢測一下下水情況吧 4⃣️房間空調通風口有問題，我們睡覺前關了空調後房間裏還有電機運行比較大的聲音，晚上十點多和前台反應後，小哥馬上來查看，給出的解釋是民宿是中央空調，共用一套系統，即使是本房間關了空調其他房間開着也會有聲音，該問題無解。 5⃣️我晚上睡覺前在房間裏隱約聞到了煙味，個人懷疑可能和4⃣️存在共性原因。 6⃣️我住的該間房間不知道是整個客棧的下水管道都經過還是其他原因，時不時就有下水道沖水的聲音，個人認為可能是裝修時下水管道沒有做隔音。 本人真的是抱有很大期待來到凱里，也在某書上做了很多攻略決定入住山峯的書房，但沒想到是這個水平。整體來説為了情懷或者為了位置可以來住，但個人認為價格絕對匹配不上品質。凱裏市區也有不錯的酒店，打車到風情園10元以內。 以上是我在凱里的入住體驗，供參考。

Fantastic location. Friendly staff. Rooms are spacious and clean. Bed is very comfortable. Amazing view. Smart toilet. Shower is hot. Air-conditioning works. Wifi is strong. Will stay again.
