"本來要去貴陽，一看酒店價格貴得離譜，趕緊轉到凱里，在攜程上對比了很多家，選擇了萬户寨，性價比很高，超預期。
首先這家酒店靠近凱里南站，提前預約就可以接站送站，5分鐘即達，服務很貼心👍
第一晚到的時候趕上了篝火晚會，很熱鬧；早餐也還可以，房間忘了拍照，但是很乾凈，床品設施都很完善。對了，這裏離下司古鎮很近，打車十分鐘，免門票，最近還有活動（可惜我要離開了），可以去玩玩，我是今天早餐後去完回來趕高鐵的，值得一遊，比苗江千户寨的體驗感要好很多～"

"Good place to stay and also very popular among travellers of the area. Good breakfast, better than an average Hampton’s. Though as the hotel was full the staff of the restaurant had a hard time to keep up with the flow of the people in the morning. Overall a pleasant stay. "I had an excellent stay at Shanfeng Study Homestay! The hotel is beautiful, in the style of a boutique hotel, the room was very comfortable, the breakfast was very good (chinese breakfast only) and the staff was very kind. I would go back again!"

The lady at the reception is really kind and helpful, plus she's always smiling.

"酒店位置特別好，一出高鐵站就是，房間很整潔，打掃跟佈置的都很用心，前台的小姐姐很熱情，邀請我們去花園裡摘葡萄，葡萄的味道很像康師傅水晶葡萄的味道。店裡有很多店家自己種的綠植，整個店能看出來店家在用心經營。附近吃的也很多，特別好找，這次帶了爸媽一起，大家都説很滿意。走的時候落了東西在房間，店家主動聯繫我取，幫我用心收了起來。超級推薦。"

BBLYLUpon arrival at Kailinan Station, the PIC of Leili sent someone to pick us up. She even recommended us places to go and to dine in Kaili during the short drive. To our surprise, all the staff of Leili are female! Wow, it was all girls power and we were so impressed of how well they have managed the homestay! The homestay is artistically designed and decorated,the ambience is so cozy, the rooms are so new and clean. Not forgetting, the staff are so enthusiastic and kind to share us some information about Kaili. The homestay even provided us with welcome afternoon tea sets which serves their local tea and midnight dessert (green bean soup). We just feel so home staying in Leili. =)

AAmos B G LimWe booked a room with no breakfast for 4 nights but were surprised on our arrival when a bonus free daily breakfast for two was included in our room booking. We were given vouchers for a night snack meal for the last two days of our stay.
The size of the room is big and very comfortable. Amenities such as bottled drinking water, coffee, tea, electric kettle, toothbrush, hair shampoo, and bathing gel are supplied daily free of charge. The room also comes with an electrical clothes dryer for guests to dry their washed clothes.
The hotel is situated slightly out of the city centre but travelling around is a breeze as there are plentiful of public taxis and ride-hailing cars.
What make the hotel stand out most is the level of their guest service. Staff are very helpful and the guest receptionists are ever ready to provide you with the information you need on getting around and to the places of interest.

The Supervisor chatted with us making us so welcomed while her staffs were busy registering us. The cleansing staff greeted us when they saw us walking to our room. The hotel is super clean and looks classy. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The beds were large and comfortable to sleep on. We regret that we had only two days stay in Kaili. We checked out with poignancy. This beautiful hotel is highly recommended. We will definitely come back to this unforgettable Hotel again the next time we visit Kaili.

The breakfast had nice variety. The room was particularely clean and very comfortable. If we would have had time, we would have extended our stay. I recommend staying here, 10/10!

OOtautahianI chose this hotel because I wanted to be near water, and to be out of the main town (Kaili) - that said, this hotel is just a 20-minute drive from Kaili South Station.... You can't drive to the door of the hotel, so use a map app to help you walk to the hotel from where your taxi drops you off (don't worry, you won't walk far).
The hotel has a lovely courtyard, big bright rooms and you can go to the roof to over look the river and parts of Xiasi Old Town. For breakfast when I was there the selection was sour noodles, congee, boiled eggs and pickled cucumber.

MMisafir KullanıcıWe had a fantastic stay at this hotel. When we checked in they upgraded our room to a business suite. This was so unexpected and we loved it! It was so comfortable and provide the perfect amount of space so when one needed to work in the evening, the other person wasn’t disturbed.
The en-suite bathroom was fantastic - the dual vanity was perfect for both of us to get ready at the same time. Also, it had a massive bathtub and separate shower- great for those who might want to unwind after a long day. The bed was very comfortable and it had great sound proofing. The only drawback was that the AC didn’t work well in the suite- even though we tried to lower the temperature, we weren’t able to bring it lower than 25 degrees. As it is summer, being able to lower the AC would have been helpful as it did get a little stuffy in the room at night.
The staff at the front desk were very helpful. From recommendations on how to visit several of the villages we were interested in going to, to recommendations for specific Guizhou dishes to try at the night market, they were so kind and pleasant.
The day we checked out it was pouring. The staff were kind enough to lend us umbrellas so we could go for a short walk to get coffee before our trip to the train station.
The facilities were great and well maintained. A good really gym with lots of equipment / treadmills/ weights etc so you could work out. It closes at 11pm (as does the laundry). They only have 2 washer/ dryer combinations so while laundry is free to do, it could take a while as the shortest wash cycle was approximately 30 min, and then you still had to factor in dry time (as it’s the same machine).
The hotel is located in the center area so there are lots of shops, and huge underground mall, night market, parks, cafe and bakery all within walking distance. As it’s centrally located, it’s very easy for didi to find/ schedule pick up. We loved our time in Kaili and our stay at this hotel. We will definitely return for a second visit!

Mum and I stayed in this accommodation for 3 nights, and we really enjoyed our stay. The hotel has brand new rooms and facilities, and is clean. The staff are super helpful and courteous. Especially the front desk team. I don’t remember all of them, but team member number 26 was always smiley (they all referred to themselves in numbers, interesting practice).
The hotel location is between the city centre and the train station, close to the local art and crafts market (within walking distance).
Highly recommended activity is to visit Xia Si old town, where you can experience traditional clothes dying and painting technics that’s special to ethnic communities in Kaili.

The hostel is nice and clean, I didn’t met the staff but it didn’t bother me, I had a good stay ! I had just a problem because I came late one night and the door was locked, thank God I had a friend who could give me a place to stay, but they should give the code of the door…they didn’t apologise or repay me for the night but they accept that I stay and take a nap until 15h

This hotel is very comfortable to stay at as a foreigner, they have many aspects similar to Western hotels that aren’t commonly found in China, like offering free ice, coffee, softer beds, etc. The staff is very friendly, the rooms are meticulously clean and have very modern amenities like automatic lights and a smart toilet. There’s also a balcony which is great to relax on.
My only advice is that I had a bit of trouble finding the location, it would be good if they could give instructions on how to find the hotel.
