"Our stay was not so bad. Just some little details to get better about the room status (see pics below: a hole on the curtains, a door knock and the sides of the television). Hotel perfect just for business people. Information through the hospitality and concierge must be improved. Especially for foreign visitors and no Chinese people. They told us that the Ethnic Museum of Kaili was open. We took a taxi and when we arrived the museum was closed. If we have to rate it from 1 to 10, this hotel is 8/10. Location was very good. Close by tha main shopping area and all the malls of the city. Walking distance from the downtown."

"The service on the hotel provided is superb excellent, I would like to specially thanks to ”Yang Yang” as she helped me a lot on my needs and enquiries. The breakfast, teatime refreshment and night dessert are nice too, especially for the night dessert, its warmth my heart and stomach after long day trip back to hotel at night. The hotel is very new, clean and well equipped too! I'm happy with the stay here and highly recommend on this hotel when you travel to Kaili."

"看着地圖在離中博小吃街，國貿附近找到這家智能快捷酒店，挨着萬達廣場，房間設計現代，寬敞明亮，智能控制，服務人員熱情有禮，有歡迎水果。我們還碰上了迎新年抽獎活動，中了二等獎，房型馬上升級，棒極了，入住體驗超級好，值得推薦。"

"雖然已經知道是民宿 不能拿酒店標準來要求 但山峯的書房硬件設施還是震驚到我了 （與工作人員服務態度無關） 1⃣️入住的時候就發現我們的房間門竟然比隔壁低一頭，但凡講究點的中國人家裡裝修都會注意門框保持一致吧 2⃣️房間備品線頭之多也是驚到我了，即使是地巾已經用到這個程度還保持不換我也不知道是為啥 3⃣️房間浴室下水有問題，洗澡過程基本上半個腳都在水裡泡着，我認為客棧本身應該定期檢測一下下水情況吧 4⃣️房間空調通風口有問題，我們睡覺前關了空調後房間裏還有電機運行比較大的聲音，晚上十點多和前台反應後，小哥馬上來查看，給出的解釋是民宿是中央空調，共用一套系統，即使是本房間關了空調其他房間開着也會有聲音，該問題無解。 5⃣️我晚上睡覺前在房間裏隱約聞到了煙味，個人懷疑可能和4⃣️存在共性原因。 6⃣️我住的該間房間不知道是整個客棧的下水管道都經過還是其他原因，時不時就有下水道沖水的聲音，個人認為可能是裝修時下水管道沒有做隔音。 本人真的是抱有很大期待來到凱里，也在某書上做了很多攻略決定入住山峯的書房，但沒想到是這個水平。整體來説為了情懷或者為了位置可以來住，但個人認為價格絕對匹配不上品質。凱裏市區也有不錯的酒店，打車到風情園10元以內。 以上是我在凱里的入住體驗，供參考。"

"這次出差入住，整體體驗非常滿意。酒店的服務給我留下了深刻印象——前台工作人員熱情周到，主動介紹酒店設施與服務，能感受到他們的用心。 房間比我預想的更寬敞，佈局合理，而且打掃得非常乾淨整潔，住起來很舒適。更貼心的是，入住時還準備了歡迎小吃，讓人一進門就覺得很温暖。 唯一有點遺憾的是，因為一大早要趕着退房去辦事，沒能拿到酒店準備的伴手禮，有點可惜。不過這也給了我下次再來的理由！"

"We had a wonderful stay! The staff is incredibly helpful and kind, even if they do not speak english they succeeded providing a great service. The hotel is beautiful, located on a mountain close to a Miao village. The room is huge, exactly like in the pictures and extremely comfortable and with an amazing view on the rice paddies. The food is very good, be careful: portions are huge! We highly recommend this place!"

"Xijiang is undergoing major construction phase. Access from the viewing deck to the hotel is a tiny horrendous narrow steep dirt alley with physical encounter with ponies used for hauling building materials. A new hotel is under construction right next door and screeching of drills and banging of hammer started promptly at 7am. White painted room decorated by light colour elegant furniture provide a lively zen ambiance. Uneven surfaces at the entrance, breakfast bench and parts of the room resulted in a few trips and stumble. Modern and top grade amenities, toilet suites and voice activated commands took a little use to but very convenient. Breakfast was a choice between boiled rice noodle or spaghetti with a heart shaped froed egg in the bowl and another hard boiled on the serving tray. Tit bits and free beer prepaed for afternoon tea was extended to mid night cap. Appreciated most of all were the free porterage of our luggage through the steep alleys of the famous hillsides to and from our room."

"強烈安利這家寶藏民宿！客服温柔貼心又專業，房間温馨舒適，一進門就忍不住拍照，燈光打開很有氛圍感，尤其訂的浴缸房，下午真的好美，藍調時刻也好美！大床軟乎乎的，開上空調真的太舒服了！直接一覺睡到天亮，好睡到想把床墊偷回去哈哈（（（o（*ﾟ▽ﾟ*）o）））整體乾淨整潔，關上窗子，完全聽不到外界喧囂，住得太舒心，下次還來！"
