"We arrived in Song hotel Sydney a bit earlier than the check in time and was able to get checked in early. We also received the upgrade room to micro Queen balcony room which was really appreciated. The location is great and we enjoyed the breakfast very much. With the price we paid, we definitely recommend it and we look forward to staying there again."

"Disappointing Stay for a Special Occasion – Expected More from a 5-Star Hotel Stayed 4 nights with my daughter for her surprise birthday staycation. Upgraded to a Harbour Bridge View room on Level 23 ($715/night), but the view was mostly of a vacant construction site – very underwhelming for the price. Noisy interconnecting room and loud sports cars between 12–2am made it hard to sleep. Breakfast ($65pp) was below expectations – dried sausages and barely cooked bacon, though staff were lovely. Room service on our last night took nearly an hour – ordered at 7:38pm, food arrived at 8:30pm. As a solo mum, this was a trip we had saved up for a long time and wanted it to be truly special, but we were left feeling disappointed. Expected more from a 5-star hotel. The positive highlights of our stay was the lovely big bath and high-quality shower amenities, which added a touch of luxury. Fantastic location and beautiful walk along the waterfront!! For the price we paid, the view fell far short of what you'd expect from a luxury hotel. In hindsight, the lower rate Deluxe King Room overlooking the water would have been a much better choice!  -"

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel during my visit to Sydney. The room was very clean and well-maintained, making it a comfortable and pleasant experience. The location is excellent, just outside Wynyard Station, which made getting around the city super convenient. It’s also within 10–20 minutes walking distance to many popular areas like the Sydney shopping district, Darling Harbour, Barangaroo, The Rocks, and more. What really stood out to me was the modern high-tech features throughout the hotel. The lift system is not the usual kind, you scan your access card outside, and it automatically assigns you a lift to your room’s floor or the amenities level. There are no buttons inside the lift, which felt very secure and futuristic. Inside the room, both the bedroom and bathroom have built-in speakers, so I could enjoy my favourite songs throughout the space, such a great touch! They even provide an iPad in the room that lets you contact reception, access useful hotel info, and even browse suggested playlists if you don’t have one of your own. I really appreciated the attention to detail. Another highlight was the variety of pillows available. I chose the contour pillow and slept incredibly well. One thing to note: toothbrushes are not provided for free, there’s an extra charge if you need one. But it’s not a big deal for me since I always bring my own. Just a heads-up if you’re planning to stay here , remember to pack your toothbrush! The only small downside was the bathroom design, although there’s a glass door, some water did spill out after showering. But this was minor and didn’t affect my overall impression. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a clean, modern, and tech-savvy place to stay in Sydney!"

"A conflicting resort —First the positives— Location in the rocks is perfect View to the opera house is great Beds are soft Food is good —The negatives — Amenities were a bit barren Robes were thread bare The shampoo is locked into the shower so good luck using it for a bath, had to pump some into a glass which felt cheap I got double charged for room service and took awhile to get sorted The bar food is significantly worse then the room service — Summary — Honestly a good hotel for the view and location, id be tempted to try other hotels in similar braxkets next time if only for the annoying little issues that felt out of place for the hotels look. If you have an opera house view room its much nicer to just dine in at your room and enjoy the view Dont pay card for dine in at the door, i did that and on check out it looked unpaid, so best to just pay it out on check out to save the emails back and forth headache"

Normal bir insan bana dört gece deniz manzaralı odaya yükseltme yaptığını düşünürdü, ama dört günün de şehir manzaralı olduğunu ve eğer dört gün boyunca deniz manzarasına ihtiyacım olursa aradaki farkı ödemem gerektiğini söyledi. Affedersin? Müşteri olmak bir ** mıdır? Beni yükseltmemeyi seçebilirsiniz, ancak konaklamam sırasında odamı değiştirmeme gerek kalmayacağı düşüncesiyle beni düşüremezsiniz. Ciddi bir hastalığım var ve yılda bir veya iki kez seyahat etmem gerekiyor. İlk defa böylesine çirkin bir olayla karşılaşıyorum. Gecelik 2.000 RMB'den fazla bir ücret pahalı değil ama ucuz da değil.
