This is one of the best hotel I’ve ever stayed . The location is outstanding with the prime view of the Lugu Lake. The young enthusiastic staff will go out of their way to take care of your needs and wants . They even provide a sumptuous afternoon tea, mulled wine or hot milk at night with movie screening . The food at the restaurant is pretty good and healthy . They even have complimentary laundry service . It’s also pet friendly and There’s also a resident border collie to play with . We enjoyed ourselves thoroughly there . I totally recommend it for city dwellers who need to get away from it all.

這家店在呂家灣碼頭旁邊，距離商業繁榮的大落水開車10幾分鐘，具體遊船的官地花海碼頭自駕也是幾分鐘，國慶訂的湖景房性價比超高，小哥哥姐姐主動來幫忙提行李，房間設施都是智能的，各種備品也挺人性化，至於風景不用説，晴天湖景超美，能看到格姆女神山，這麼好的酒店感覺人氣不太旺啊，在此特別推薦

超五星推薦！這趟旅行最幸運的選擇就是這家酒店，從入住到離開全程被温暖與驚喜包圍，必須認真寫下這份好評！ 首先要誇誇經理小沈姑娘，全程熱情又貼心，像家人一樣周到。出發前就主動溝通路線和入住事宜，到店後幫我們提行李、耐心介紹酒店設施，旅途中遇到的行程規劃、本地美食推薦等問題，她都第一時間幫忙解決，笑容治癒又有責任心，讓帶娃出行的我們少了很多顧慮，安全感滿滿。 更驚喜的是酒店老闆！得知他曾是五星酒店高管，瞬間理解了酒店的高品質由來。老闆談吐風趣幽默，見識廣博，和我們聊天時分享的本地風土人情、旅行避坑指南都特別實用，完全沒有距離感，相處起來輕鬆又愉快，還主動給我們升級了房間，這份誠意太讓人感動了！ 房間品質絕對配得上“五星標準”！設施一應俱全，床品柔軟舒適，衞浴用品質感上乘，衞生打掃得一塵不染，細節處盡顯用心。最讓人驚艷的是佈置風格，既有檔次又不失温馨，每一處裝飾都透着獨特品味，原木質感與柔和燈光搭配，營造出歸家般的愜意氛圍，拍照也超級出片。酒店裡的超大壁爐更是點睛之筆，晚上帶娃圍在壁爐旁烤火，暖意融融直抵心底，幸福感直接拉滿！ 晚上和娃躺在床上，透過窗户居然看到了漫天繁星，點點星光閃爍，孩子興奮得拍手叫好，這一幕成為了旅途最珍貴的回憶。住過很多酒店，這家無論是硬件設施、服務品質還是人文温度，都達到了超預期的水準，性價比極高。 已經把酒店推薦給身邊的朋友，下次再來一定還住這裏！感謝小沈經理和老闆的用心招待，祝酒店生意興隆！

the hotel exceeded my expectations. butler Owen was super meticulous the moment we reached the hotel. he ensured the kids are comfortable and well fed and even gave my family member a mini celebration on his birthday. thank u butler owen for your extra effort. the hotel experience was made better by u. room was nice and view was gorgeous. can even save the sight tickets because the view from the hotel is way better without crowd. the back garden was super fun for the kids w the cat house and small corner for activity. bon fire was made alive by the host and guests who participated. only thing to improve in my view is the breakfast. we had the western choice and it was limited in options for those not taking beef and toast was abit odd and cold. i think the hotel tried to be fanciful w the food platter but wish we have a simpler and more rustic local breakfast spread. but overall 9/10 and owen scores the last 1 pt to make it 10/10

第一次來瀘沽湖，雖然經歷了四小時車程，但推開湖景房門的那一刻，所有的疲憊都煙消雲散。 酒店早已提前打開了地暖，加濕器也默默工作着，房間裏温暖又濕潤。房間被幸運升級，整面落地窗將瀘沽湖的晨昏晴雨盡收眼底，彷彿住進了風景裏。最驚喜的是細節：全套科勒衞浴品質感十足，智能馬桶温暖舒適，連洗衣烘乾一體機都備好了，簡直是為旅客量身打造。 鎮店之寶-grace邊牧很討喜。在窗邊享用精緻下午茶，瞬間洗去了舟車勞頓。從硬件設施到服務温度，這家酒店用每一個細節詮釋了何為“賓至如歸”。瀘沽湖的美令人心醉，而這裏的體驗，則讓這份美好加倍深刻。

The hotel was very clean and had a great location. The people working in the hotel were very helpful, helped us get to / from the hotel, and even gave us free fruit. It was a great stay!

Lugu Lake Arabella was my best stay in Yunnan! My bf and I were stunt by the beautiful lake view Infront of us the time we check in. The room is very clean and tidy, the bed is so comfortable to sleep on. Although this hotel is up on a hill and slightly away from 大落水村， but they do provide transport to send and pick up us from there. You just have to WeChat them and tell them your location. They also provide us very delicious and warm breakfast every morning. There’s nothing more delightful than savouring a delicious breakfast while being surrounded by the stunning view of the lake. Even more, they provide us a free shooting session, with 3 complimentary retouched photos for each room, which made me and my friend a day. The photographer shooting skill was great, and we were very happy with our photos. Overall experience were great. I would strongly recommend this hotel to all friends who travel to Lugu lake.

絕對滿分的瀘沽湖入住體驗！民宿完全超出了我的預期，以後來瀘沽湖衹會選擇這裏。 酒店位置絕佳，我住的房間擁有正對瀘沽湖的180度無敵景觀。無論是清晨的湖面晨霧，還是傍晚的霞光萬道，坐在陽台上就能全部擁有，簡直像住在風景明信片裏。 房間非常乾淨整潔，設計很有品味。設施更是超級好，智能馬桶、投影儀、音響，細節處處見心思，入住體驗極度舒適，完全不輸五星級標準。 每一位工作人員都熱情友好，而其中特別要感謝小石和梅梅。 從入住到離店，始終積極主動，幫忙提行李、詳細介紹周邊玩法，有求必應，笑容特別有感染力，讓人感覺很温暖。 強烈推薦給所有來瀘沽湖的朋友！

After arriving at the property, I realised it was worth having a lake view room, so I upgraded to the Double Bed with Lake View and bathtub. The room is huge and the view of the lake from the windows is spectacular. It was amazing to just sit by the window and enjoy the view and the breeze. In the morning I watched the sunrise through the window. The hotel has excellent service. The two young men at reception were very kind, helpful and gentlemanly. They insisted on carrying my small bag up to the third floor and happily resolved all my queries. The cleanliness was not bad, but there were a few strands of hair around the room. Otherwise it was clean. There were lots of amenities, the bed was extremely comfortable and the rain shower was perfect. Downstairs, you could step directly onto the lake, and the property has two very cute cats. The Lake View Double Room came with an in room afterboon tea (very much needed after the long journey to reach Lugu Lake) and a healthy Chinese style breafast. All up, an extremely comfortable stay and one of the highlights of my trip to China.
