"Nice hotel.. but main entrance hard to find. Currently back yard under construction. Hotel is next to the lake and it is comfortable to sit next to the lake at night for a drink. Hotel is also near to old town. There is a singer at night which will stop singing at 10pm but it is comfortable entertainment. Room is nice and comfortable... the owner and staffs are all very friendly and feel welcome during stay. Only issue my friend room air conditioning not functioning and wasn't able to settle same day as too late... poor friend stay on his tatami which he thinks is ok.. overall stay happy stay here."

"到的有點晚，小姐姐還是很耐心的幫我們開門，拿行李，還安排了湖景房，房間性價比高。
瀘沽湖日出好美！
酒店挺美的，木質結構，中庭有個大天井，很像麗江的民宿。餐廳很漂亮，環境很好，早餐豐富，坐在那裡就很想飽餐一頓，餐廳外面晾的臘肉香腸看着很好吃😋"

"Hotel is conveniently located near restaurants and beside the lake with a lovely view. Excellent staff who helped is carry our luggages as the hotel does not have an elevator. Love the breakfast provided in the morning.
Suggestions for improvement. The rooms are not sound proof and we could hear people next door and walking along the corridor.
In room moisturiser will be helpful. Will also prefer a bathtub of a less rough material.
Apart from the above, the views, helpful and friendly staff made the stay a comfortable one."

"The room has an interesting layout. The night was very cold and the heater in the room was easy to operate and worked extremely well. The hotel is walking distance to the nearby courtyard where they have the bonfire cultural performance at night. The toilet and shower area is kinda small, but I guess it is still deemed okay for a one night stopover. Lots of construction going on in the Lugu town, but the workers knocked off at 6pm and only began at 9am, so it did not affect me. Quite a few guests staying in the hotel despite the abundance of choices in the area and the low peak season."

__FL674604****這家店在呂家灣碼頭旁邊，距離商業繁榮的大落水開車10幾分鐘，具體遊船的官地花海碼頭自駕也是幾分鐘，國慶訂的湖景房性價比超高，小哥哥姐姐主動來幫忙提行李，房間設施都是智能的，各種備品也挺人性化，至於風景不用説，晴天湖景超美，能看到格姆女神山，這麼好的酒店感覺人氣不太旺啊，在此特別推薦

Tesisler: Otel, yolun her adımında çok etkileyicidir. Odanın göl manzarası süper güzel. Duş odasındaki duş başlığında bol miktarda su bulunur ve tuvalet bir klozettir. El dezenfektanı ve vücut losyonunun yanı sıra iç çamaşır yıkama losyonu da bulunmaktadır. Beni en çok mutlu eden şey havluların yerini tek kullanımlık yüz havlularının alması, bu da bana hijyen açısından güvenlik hissi veriyor. Yataklar yumuşak ve fufu olmasına rağmen uyandığınızda sırt ağrınız olmaz. Kahvaltı da oldukça zengin ve özenli. MMisafir Kullanıcıthe hotel exceeded my expectations. butler Owen was super meticulous the moment we reached the hotel. he ensured the kids are comfortable and well fed and even gave my family member a mini celebration on his birthday. thank u butler owen for your extra effort. the hotel experience was made better by u.
room was nice and view was gorgeous. can even save the sight tickets because the view from the hotel is way better without crowd. the back garden was super fun for the kids w the cat house and small corner for activity. bon fire was made alive by the host and guests who participated. only thing to improve in my view is the breakfast. we had the western choice and it was limited in options for those not taking beef and toast was abit odd and cold. i think the hotel tried to be fanciful w the food platter but wish we have a simpler and more rustic local breakfast spread.
but overall 9/10 and owen scores the last 1 pt to make it 10/10

The young enthusiastic staff will go out of their way to take care of your needs and wants . They even provide a sumptuous afternoon tea, mulled wine or hot milk at night with movie screening . The food at the restaurant is pretty good and healthy . They even have complimentary laundry service . It’s also pet friendly and There’s also a resident border collie to play with . We enjoyed ourselves thoroughly there . I totally recommend it for city dwellers who need to get away from it all.

The young staff have limited English but more than make up for it with their level of service and the translator app. They even set up a groups chat in WeChat just to advise us and ensure we were in touch.
Location is great (except for the fact that there’s the road below the hotel)
Hotel itself is brilliant. Phenomenal rooms. Great meals. Very personal touch and an ever willing / cheerful / helpful group of very competent youngsters managing. The whole crew looked under 30 but did a great job.
Was an absolute pity we only stayed 2 nights. Next time a week at least! Definitely coming back.

晚上來到酒店以後我們一直糾結幾號看晨霧 前台姐姐央宗和管家多吉也是很熱情的在羣裏和我們聊天 安排行程 期間我還開玩笑説為什麼偷我表情包！哈哈哈哈哈哈哈哈哈哈 鑿見的各位工作人員就像自己的老朋友🧑🤝🧑讓人覺得踏實又舒服
地理位置上，酒店就坐落在大落水村附近，作為瀘沽湖內為數不多有電梯的酒店🏨上下樓真的很方便
這次我們A棟和B棟都體驗了一下 總體來説A棟的體驗感會遠高於B棟 幾乎無遮擋的一線湖景 每天早上起來拉開窗簾就是一片湛藍映入眼簾 陽光下的瀘沽湖真的美到爆！B棟的小缺點在於看不到湖 並且洗衣房在天台 晚上去有一點點黑哈哈哈哈哈
我們在瀘沽湖所有行程基本上都是通過酒店幫我們聯繫 無論是包車環湖 還是包船看晨霧 酒店兜底的感覺讓人非常安心 也幫我們避開了很多坑（belike看晨霧臨時加價等等）
出門左轉就有好吃的柴火雞 後門對面是摩梭族博物館 20塊錢一張票 裏面拓印的姐姐還有寫書簽的牛哥人特別好 大家來瀘沽湖住鑿見一定要去博物館！
鑿見贈送的旅拍也是非常不錯 給我拍攝的芋頭全程一直會跟我溝通 完全不推銷 除了贈送的三張精修以外最後自己因為喜歡又加了幾張 在鑿見 沒有一絲一毫地商業氣息 我是一個耳根子軟的人 經不起推銷 但在這裏根本不用擔心我的錢包被掏空！成片看圖 包

anyway 一直在誇會顯得我很像水軍…哈哈哈哈哈哈哈哈哈哈😂一定要雞蛋裡挑骨頭找點小毛病的話 就是早餐感覺可以再豐富一些就更完美了 雖然很好吃 但是還是想吃到更多的品種o（*////▽////*）q並且洗衣房的洗衣機有點人機 自烘乾沒法中途打斷 海爾出來捱打！但都瑕不掩瑜 希望下次來鑿見可以看到更豐富的早餐🥣還有“智力正常”的洗衣機
瀘沽湖作為我來雲南的最初動機 當初看視頻就覺得一定會很治癒❤️🩹然而當抵達這裏的第一天 就被清澈的湖水深深的震撼 感謝鑿見的大家🥹讓我們在工作之餘能夠拋下一切煩惱 衹靜靜地在湖邊散步 發呆
多年後的某天 我們或許會想起深夜在鑿見抬頭看着滿天繁星的日子 想起早上的第一抹陽光☀️還有熱情的大家

The place to ride the boat is just in front of this inn too, but bear in mind you couldn’t walk straight to the beach from the inn. I think you need to walk to the main road to reach the beach. What I really impressed is their service and friendly approach. They are very proactively in assisting us in carrying the luggage up and down our room, and made us breakfast to our time. I really like their hospitality and the location. My kids love the upper floor attic, and the swing and the garden where she can run around.

RRenee_1101Lugu Lake Arabella was my best stay in Yunnan! My bf and I were stunt by the beautiful lake view Infront of us the time we check in. The room is very clean and tidy, the bed is so comfortable to sleep on.
Although this hotel is up on a hill and slightly away from 大落水村， but they do provide transport to send and pick up us from there. You just have to WeChat them and tell them your location.
They also provide us very delicious and warm breakfast every morning. There’s nothing more delightful than savouring a delicious breakfast while being surrounded by the stunning view of the lake.
Even more, they provide us a free shooting session, with 3 complimentary retouched photos for each room, which made me and my friend a day. The photographer shooting skill was great, and we were very happy with our photos.
Overall experience were great. I would strongly recommend this hotel to all friends who travel to Lugu lake.

MMisafir KullanıcıAfter arriving at the property, I realised it was worth having a lake view room, so I upgraded to the Double Bed with Lake View and bathtub. The room is huge and the view of the lake from the windows is spectacular. It was amazing to just sit by the window and enjoy the view and the breeze. In the morning I watched the sunrise through the window.
The hotel has excellent service. The two young men at reception were very kind, helpful and gentlemanly. They insisted on carrying my small bag up to the third floor and happily resolved all my queries.
The cleanliness was not bad, but there were a few strands of hair around the room. Otherwise it was clean. There were lots of amenities, the bed was extremely comfortable and the rain shower was perfect.
Downstairs, you could step directly onto the lake, and the property has two very cute cats.
The Lake View Double Room came with an in room afterboon tea (very much needed after the long journey to reach Lugu Lake) and a healthy Chinese style breafast.
All up, an extremely comfortable stay and one of the highlights of my trip to China.
