"We are a family of 3 with a 13 year old teen. We were greeted by the nice lake view at the lobby of the hotel. This hotel is definitely a little gem by the lake. The Ming Shu put a lot of thoughts into the amenities, including masks, little snacks and humidifier. Our room comes with a balcony with a lake view. My booking came with afternoon tea, we can have our afternoon tea at the comfort of our balcony.
直玛管家 already tried to get connected with me a few days before our trip. She has been very friendly, helpful and responsive through WeChat throughout our whole stay. When it is time for night time dessert and morning breakfast, when she doesn’t see us at the lobby cafe, she will drop us a WeChat message to remind us.
The hotel provide photography services too. Our package comes with 5 free digital photos. Our family went for 30 to 45 mins photo shoots with 啊川 from 我是青禾摄影. The photo are very nicely taken and ended up, we took a package for the digital copies of all the photos. My teen girl was happy with her individual shots too.
In summary, we are very glad that we had booked this hotel. We wished that our stay was longer. We highly recommend this to anyone including those with kids. This is a very romantic place."

In room moisturiser will be helpful. Will also prefer a bathtub of a less rough material.
Apart from the above, the views, helpful and friendly staff made the stay a comfortable one."

"Nice hotel.. but main entrance hard to find. Currently back yard under construction. Hotel is next to the lake and it is comfortable to sit next to the lake at night for a drink. Hotel is also near to old town. There is a singer at night which will stop singing at 10pm but it is comfortable entertainment. Room is nice and comfortable... the owner and staffs are all very friendly and feel welcome during stay. Only issue my friend room air conditioning not functioning and wasn't able to settle same day as too late... poor friend stay on his tatami which he thinks is ok.. overall stay happy stay here."

"本次瀘沽湖之行最大的亮點所在，酒店本身就是景點，因為行程安排衹定了一晚，結果完全住不夠，根本不想走。首先，位置和環境無可挑剔，湖景房正對女神山，下午茶就在露台上秒殺網紅咖啡廳，還可以一邊泡澡一邊看風景。其次，酒店的配置十分到位，房間裏大到加濕器，音響，小到指甲刀，蒸汽眼罩，一應俱全。特別值得一提的是洗漱用品也相當好用。然後吃的也不錯，早餐，咖啡品質都在線。最後要特別表揚工作人員的服務態度，全程幫忙拿行李，有求必應，幫忙預訂早上可以看日出喂海鷗的豬槽船，帶給我們一次完美的湖中泛舟體驗。下次再來瀘沽湖，一定還會選擇漫塵。"

This is one of the best hotel I’ve ever stayed . The location is outstanding with the prime view of the Lugu Lake. The young enthusiastic staff will go out of their way to take care of your needs and wants . They even provide a sumptuous afternoon tea, mulled wine or hot milk at night with movie screening . The food at the restaurant is pretty good and healthy . They even have complimentary laundry service . It’s also pet friendly and There’s also a resident border collie to play with . We enjoyed ourselves thoroughly there . I totally recommend it for city dwellers who need to get away from it all.

Tesisler: Otel, yolun her adımında çok etkileyicidir. Odanın göl manzarası süper güzel. Duş odasındaki duş başlığında bol miktarda su bulunur ve tuvalet bir klozettir. El dezenfektanı ve vücut losyonunun yanı sıra iç çamaşır yıkama losyonu da bulunmaktadır. Beni en çok mutlu eden şey havluların yerini tek kullanımlık yüz havlularının alması, bu da bana hijyen açısından güvenlik hissi veriyor. Yataklar yumuşak ve fufu olmasına rağmen uyandığınızda sırt ağrınız olmaz. Kahvaltı da oldukça zengin ve özenli. the hotel exceeded my expectations. butler Owen was super meticulous the moment we reached the hotel. he ensured the kids are comfortable and well fed and even gave my family member a mini celebration on his birthday. thank u butler owen for your extra effort. the hotel experience was made better by u.
room was nice and view was gorgeous. can even save the sight tickets because the view from the hotel is way better without crowd. the back garden was super fun for the kids w the cat house and small corner for activity. bon fire was made alive by the host and guests who participated. only thing to improve in my view is the breakfast. we had the western choice and it was limited in options for those not taking beef and toast was abit odd and cold. i think the hotel tried to be fanciful w the food platter but wish we have a simpler and more rustic local breakfast spread.
but overall 9/10 and owen scores the last 1 pt to make it 10/10

第一次來瀘沽湖，雖然經歷了四小時車程，但推開湖景房門的那一刻，所有的疲憊都煙消雲散。
酒店早已提前打開了地暖，加濕器也默默工作着，房間裏温暖又濕潤。房間被幸運升級，整面落地窗將瀘沽湖的晨昏晴雨盡收眼底，彷彿住進了風景裏。最驚喜的是細節：全套科勒衞浴品質感十足，智能馬桶温暖舒適，連洗衣烘乾一體機都備好了，簡直是為旅客量身打造。
鎮店之寶-grace邊牧很討喜。在窗邊享用精緻下午茶，瞬間洗去了舟車勞頓。從硬件設施到服務温度，這家酒店用每一個細節詮釋了何為“賓至如歸”。瀘沽湖的美令人心醉，而這裏的體驗，則讓這份美好加倍深刻。

這次入住體驗超出預期，必須點贊！無意中選中的這家民宿，可能因為是淡季，價格不貴，物超所值，一行人都跟滿意。
房間很乾凈，一線湖景（看圖），超大窗户，能看日出，夜晚能看滿天繁星。
房間非常的乾淨，整潔，感覺很舒服。
最讓我們滿意的是民宿的服務：詳細介紹遊玩攻略，送下午茶點，還送了旅拍（免費送3張/間，多要照片額外付費），退房時還送了伴手禮。早餐也很豐盛。尤其前台的服務員小王，一直微笑服務，幫忙拿行李，情緒價值滿滿的。

Lugu Lake Arabella was my best stay in Yunnan! My bf and I were stunt by the beautiful lake view Infront of us the time we check in. The room is very clean and tidy, the bed is so comfortable to sleep on.
Although this hotel is up on a hill and slightly away from 大落水村， but they do provide transport to send and pick up us from there. You just have to WeChat them and tell them your location.
They also provide us very delicious and warm breakfast every morning. There’s nothing more delightful than savouring a delicious breakfast while being surrounded by the stunning view of the lake.
Even more, they provide us a free shooting session, with 3 complimentary retouched photos for each room, which made me and my friend a day. The photographer shooting skill was great, and we were very happy with our photos.
Overall experience were great. I would strongly recommend this hotel to all friends who travel to Lugu lake.

My stay at Pushu · All Lakeview Resort Villa was nothing short of amazing. The service truly exceeded expectations — in fact, it was even better than some of the 5-star hotels I’ve stayed in.
Although our room was originally meant for three people, the staff were incredibly accommodating and kindly allowed four of us to stay together. The view from our room was absolutely breathtaking, with the stunning Lugu Lake right outside our balcony.
The resort also provides small complimentary meals such as high tea and supper for guests, which was a thoughtful touch that made the experience even more enjoyable. Breakfast was delightful as well, featuring a variety of traditional Lijiang dishes.
Special thanks to staff member 扎西, who warmly welcomed us upon arrival and made sure everything was well taken care of throughout our stay.
Overall, Pushu · All Lakeview Resort Villa offers exceptional hospitality, great food, and unbeatable views — a perfect choice for anyone visiting Lugu Lake.

絕對滿分的瀘沽湖入住體驗！民宿完全超出了我的預期，以後來瀘沽湖衹會選擇這裏。
酒店位置絕佳，我住的房間擁有正對瀘沽湖的180度無敵景觀。無論是清晨的湖面晨霧，還是傍晚的霞光萬道，坐在陽台上就能全部擁有，簡直像住在風景明信片裏。
房間非常乾淨整潔，設計很有品味。設施更是超級好，智能馬桶、投影儀、音響，細節處處見心思，入住體驗極度舒適，完全不輸五星級標準。
每一位工作人員都熱情友好，而其中特別要感謝小石和梅梅。
從入住到離店，始終積極主動，幫忙提行李、詳細介紹周邊玩法，有求必應，笑容特別有感染力，讓人感覺很温暖。

After arriving at the property, I realised it was worth having a lake view room, so I upgraded to the Double Bed with Lake View and bathtub. The room is huge and the view of the lake from the windows is spectacular. It was amazing to just sit by the window and enjoy the view and the breeze. In the morning I watched the sunrise through the window.
The hotel has excellent service. The two young men at reception were very kind, helpful and gentlemanly. They insisted on carrying my small bag up to the third floor and happily resolved all my queries.
The cleanliness was not bad, but there were a few strands of hair around the room. Otherwise it was clean. There were lots of amenities, the bed was extremely comfortable and the rain shower was perfect.
Downstairs, you could step directly onto the lake, and the property has two very cute cats.
The Lake View Double Room came with an in room afterboon tea (very much needed after the long journey to reach Lugu Lake) and a healthy Chinese style breafast.
All up, an extremely comfortable stay and one of the highlights of my trip to China.
