"OK, so where can I start? First I felt a bit not excited as the swimming pool and the seafood buffet was not available during the time I was there. The hot springs changing area is a bit small. But to be honest the service attidue of everyone working there made really worth 10/10. My feedback was taken seriously and I can see in the very next day changes are happening at the breakfast dish names. Although I had some personal bad experience with few things, but eventually I am happy and will definitely go there again. Finn and Tian Tian were very professional, room is very clean and nice. Everything I asked for I got it"

"這次我們是三個家庭一起出遊，拖家帶口還有狗子，挑選民宿就挑了好久，這家是最符合大家的需求的。在行程開始前的一週老闆就加了微信羣，幾家人“嘰嘰喳喳”地問問題，老闆和管家都很熱情地回覆我們。出遊那天還發了定位，便於我們尋找，山上空氣真得很好，一路沿途風景也好，不知不覺就到了。 民宿的各個房間都很大，小朋友最開心，各個房間地串門。民宿房間就有停車場，有充電樁，對電車很友好。尤其我們出遊的幾天都有雨，我們詢問了管家有哪些雨天適合的項目，除了能在民宿打打麻將聊聊天以外的，管家給了很多方案，不過她也告訴我們安吉的天雨是説下就下，説停就停的。所以我們幾位“勇士”還是決定去熊貓俱樂部，其實吧，雨天也可以玩，可以玩車車漂移。 每個房間都準備了礦泉水和一次性拖鞋、洗漱用品，還有浴缸和冰箱，可以達到四五星標準了。房間還有露台，抽煙人事也很方便。二樓露台可以燒烤，老闆還幫着我們生炭火，真得是服務到位。 總而言之，是不錯的選擇哦！"

"推薦的滿分酒店： 距離莫干山服務中心10分鐘左右的車程，有自己的停車場 我們停好車走上去2分鐘就到酒店內堂。 酒店環境乾淨整潔 有户外游泳池 有幾棟樓共房間18間吧 其中有一棟可以承載3個家庭 適合親子和全家入住。我們選擇了可以泡温泉的房間，房內舒適整潔，是我喜歡的簡約風格。 值得一提的是“眼鏡哥 ”不知道是不是老闆，如果不是，老闆請加雞腿！親切又和藹，服務意識贊贊 能提供絕對的情緒價值 還為我們第二天提前出發安排了早飯。阿姨早早準備了熱騰騰的早餐豐富又健康，這哪是酒店，明明就是有温度家的感覺嘛！ 值得推薦 滿分💯"

"太舒服了，必須來誇兩句！ 首先私湯是真香！晚上冷颼颼的時候泡進去，整個人都活過來了。水温自己調，想泡多久泡多久，比公共湯池自在太多。 帶狗子來的，這邊對寵物是真友好。前台看到我家狗，很自然地給了小餅乾，院子裏還有它專屬的玩耍區。我家這位平時慫慫的，這次居然玩得特別歡。 房間乾淨暖和，設計得挺有味道，不是那種冷冰冰的網紅風。管家人很實在，有問題回覆很快，晚上還多送了兩瓶水。 説實話，來之前擔心“設計師民宿”華而不實，結果完全被圈粉。人放鬆了，狗也開心了，這就夠了。會推薦給朋友，等天再冷點一定再來！"

"訂的私湯房。高雅人士，巔峯民宿。 真的很高。在半山腰，要做電梯到竹林間。 真的很雅，馬歇爾音響，送的茶葉不錯。四周都是竹子，隱士感覺拉滿。 是小木屋獨棟設計！很贊！訂的時候還以為是住在那種三層的房子裏面。蠻驚喜的。晚飯推薦點農家土雞蛋，炒青椒。雞蛋是真的不錯，農家自養雞，離店的時候還送了伴手禮雞蛋。 説説不好的，山裡麪蚊蟲多，冬天去比較好，避免不了晚上睡覺可能被咬。私湯估計泡的人多。池子起皮了，泡水池子邊上有膠印，沒有想象中那麼尊貴（ 整體不錯 精緻下午茶:好吃 歡迎水果:好吃 晚安甜湯:好喝"

"一談到安吉去玩，各種攻略看的眼花了。這次很幸運選擇了這家民宿，集餐飲住宿，還有户外溯溪裝備。一定要體驗帳篷大床，配套設施齊全。晚上院子唱歌和燒烤都是必備的。老闆們很熱情，還帶我們去附近溯溪了。老闆家户外設備挺齊全的，他們也喜歡玩户外。等國慶後再來和老闆約着去徒步，挑戰湖州最高峯—龍王山。[鼓掌][鼓掌][鼓掌]"

"The Hotel was great. Just want to share with you about this amazing place. The location is really nice. The Hotel area is really huge with different type of places. We arrived there and from the first second the hotel staff was so nice to us. And you can feel it everywhere, the staff is really professional people. The receptionist was really helpful, during all stay time in the hotel he helped us a lot, his name was Xiaoyan, (安吉涵田管家小艳1). We spent the New year night there, and we attend to the Filipino band concert, they where amazing, we enjoyed the music and people around. the place for the concert was on the top of the mountain and every second the shuttle mini buses where taking people there. it was great feeling also to enjoy the Hot springs, me and wife enjoyed it , till my little ones where playing on the amazing playground. Next day we enjoyed the trip to White tea factory and discovered the history of the tea and the place. The food was really delicious, you can find everything in the restaurant. and there was a shop too, where we bought the swimming suit (we forgot ours 🤣). We really enjoyed the time spent there. Thank you very much for the best service 10/10."

"這次帶娃去安吉雲上草原，七星谷漂流，選了槿昕這家親子美宿，從入住到離開都特別省心。 入住的房間裝修簡約又不失格調，最主要的是打掃的很乾凈衞生，而且在房間裏直接能看到雲上草原，還有民宿的泳池水很乾凈，娃很喜歡，白天晚上都去泳池玩水了🫰；負一層有各種娛樂設施，無聊時也可以打發時間。 早餐在一樓大廳，種類不算特別多但夠精緻，熱乎又好吃。吃完步行去雲上草原、熊貓部落探險樂園超近，不用早起趕路，帶娃出門的疲憊感都少了一半🫰； 還有老闆，老闆娘也是各種有求必應，下午茶水果小零食也是貼心的送到房間，吹着空調，吃着冰鎮西瓜都不想出去玩了👍，下次如果還來的話肯定還是首先這家民宿。"

"Very nice place, isolated and peaceful. Very big rooms with comfortable bed for excellent rest. I also appreciated the design of the common areas. All the staff, and in particular the guy ”Mark” (who spoke a good English for the standards), was very kind and professional, I felt like I was at home. I loved also the Chinese breakfasts!"
