"I will not stay in JMM again. The room interior is old, many paints are old and dirted. And many furnitures are scratched and not managed well. The microwave oven was malfunctioning. And there was a storm and some water dropped from the windows. The worst thing was I lost the security card(for the main gate at the ground floor) and door lock key. They charged 2000p for those. 1000p for each. The funny thing is the security key costs 300p by the condo but they asked me to pay 1000p for it also. I protested the front and the answer was it is the hotel's policy and she discussed it with her manager also and she is just an employee. I traveled so many hotels in the world. If I lost a key card, usually they just reissue it. Even if it is a budget hotel, 1000p for a key card is absurd. The hotel room cost was 44 usd, but I had to pay about 35 usd for losing two keys."

"It was a very nice stay at Hotel H2O. Front desk and staff were polite and kind. The room were sparkle and clean. Even though the restaurants inside closes at 6pm we were able to order food from grab and food panda so it was very convenient. 10/10"

"I book this hotel as it was near at star city not knowing that i might regret and disappointment it somehow. If you are particular in cleanliness i might suggest book in other hotel. First the bed sheet got yellow stain and hair. 2. The wall got painted falling. 3. Tv was been set up in a Chinese. No netflix ( you need to sign in your own) . Normal tv channel was been not working. 4. The hall way have a smoke smell and some how it go through inside of the room( although there is a humidifier inside of the room you can still smell it. 5. You can hear the noise inside of the room from outside. Seems the wall is a thin like a can. We did not get enough rest as we can hear the noise from the people who use the staire( our room was beside of stair). 6. Bring your own towel. Our room is good for 4 but only 2 towel is available and slippers( if you gonna ask for.extra you need to pay. 7. No fridge, and iron. 8. Our room.was located at 3rd floor and there is a window ( but the window cannot be close. We afraid for our security 9. For food i suggest you to eat outside or order the grab as i see its not find it worth it. 10. Staff is nice and approachable and the guard is helpful to find me a taxi. 11. Upon entering the room and do check the bathroom i notice the tissue roll just 1/4 left . So we buy our own instead cause it seems that its also chargeble. Over all we did not appreciate and satisfied our stay at the hotel even its just 1 night. Please take note this is just our opinion as a person who works in hospitality industry and always checking in a 3-5 star hotel."

"I was amazed at how clean and trendy the hotel facilities were. However, I was also very disappointed. This morning, I woke up to a strange and strong sewer smell in my room. It was so unpleasant that I opened the door to ventilate the area, but as I was too tired, I fell back asleep. When I went down for breakfast, I felt dizzy and nauseous, as if I had inhaled gas for a long period of time. After breakfast, I reported the issue to the front desk, but since I was checking out that day, they did not seem particularly concerned. I wanted to visit a hospital, but I assumed the hotel would not take responsibility, so I endured it. Instead, I checked out early to get some fresh air, and after about an hour outside, I finally began to feel better. Since this issue is directly related to the health and safety of guests, I believe it should be addressed and resolved as soon as possible."

"I originally booked a superior king room, but got upgraded for free to a one-bedroom suite. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The hotel room was very clean. This was my second time staying in this hotel, and services have improved compared with my previous experience. Minor downside is that hotel parking is limited, but there’s available open space parking across the hotel."

"Bu benim bir Hop Inn Oteli'nde ilk kez rezervasyon yaptırışım değil, ancak rezervasyonumda ilk kez bir sorunla karşılaşıyorum. DENİZ MANZARALI 1 kraliçe yatağın tanımıyla standart çift kişilik oda rezervasyonu yaptım. Bu odayı, biraz daha ucuz ama Mla Körfezi manzaralı penceresi olmayan başka bir odaya göre “deniz manzarası” nedeniyle seçtim. Varışta otel personeli bize 3/f'de bir oda verdi. Hemen penceremize baktım. Manzara otelin otoparkına benziyordu. Ben de ön büroya geri döndüm ve deniz manzaralı bir oda istedim. Personel daha sonra bana rezervasyon yaptığım odanın açıklamasında bir hata olduğunu bildirdi. Deniz manzaralı oda için ek ücret alınmaktadır. Ben de ona rezervasyonumu gösterdim ve iddia ettikleri açıklama hatasına bakılmaksızın, rezerve ettiğim şeyi onurlandırmalarını istedim. Personel, diğer odadan birisiyle, belki onun amiriyle görüştükten sonra nezaketle bize deniz manzaralı bir oda vereceklerini söyledi. Kocam ve ben odamızın hazırlanmasını neredeyse bir saat bekledik. Ama sorun değildi. Ayrıca odamızı bekletmemizin telafisi olarak ertesi gün saat 13:00'e kadar ücretsiz çıkış yapabileceğimizi bildirdiler. Ancak erken çıkış yapmayı planladığımız için bunun yerine 2 ekstra yastık istedim. Çünkü 2 kişi için sadece bir yastık olduğunu gördük. Kocam ve ben ikimiz de 2 yastıkla uyuyoruz. Bize isteğimi iletti. Şimdi bu müşteri hizmetleri. Hop Inn Ermita'nın personeline teşekkür ederiz. Müşterilerinin ihtiyaçlarına karşı nazik, uzlaşmacı ve duyarlıydılar. Kötü bir kontrol deneyimi olarak başladığını düşündüğüm şey oldukça iyi sonuçlandı. Çok teşekkür ederim. Bize verilen oda 4/f'deydi ve kısmi deniz manzarası vardı. Tamamdı. Ve biz yatıştırıldık."
