"Hoa the manager was very helpful and was very kind and was always ready to help with anything.spoke great english.too.the staff were also very helpful.the hotel is in a good location but my advice is to hire a motorcycle from the hotel.the terrace overlooking the town is really scenic and great to relax."

"I love my room situated on top floor with city views. At night i can just pull up my chair and sit drinking coffee while watching the city is drown with the misty clouds. My room 503 have a verandah and big window so i can open it wide enough for the cool air to come in. The only thing lacked is the Bathrobe which was stated in their list of amenities.😩 but overall the location is good enough for me to explore the nooks and crannies around the city. Good and cheap food as little as Vnd30k Breakfast foods is available all around the block."

"I had a very pleasant stay at Nature Hotel in Da Lat. Overall, it’s a comfortable and well-located hotel that works especially well if you want to explore the city on foot — the night market, local eateries, and Xuan Huong Lake are all within easy reach, which made sightseeing very convenient. The staff were friendly and genuinely helpful, offering good recommendations and professional service from check-in to check-out. My room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. It felt like good value for the price, with a layout that catered well to both short stays and longer breaks. There were a couple of small drawbacks: the rooms don’t all have air conditioning (though the cooler Da Lat climate made this less of an issue), and ventilation in the bathroom could be better, so I found myself opening the window when showering. "

"We had a very comfortable stay in Da Lat Eco Hotel. The front desk staff was very kind and friendly. He helped us check in early. There were two properties at the hotel and we stayed in Eco 2. The room was spacious with a tiny balcony that was connected to the room next to ours. We didn't use the balcony a lot because the property acrossed the street was renovating and there were dust. The facilities that comes with the room were good, though I'd suggest the hotel to change the sheets and linens because there were old stains on them. I personally liked the hotel location. It was a little far away from the night market, but it was close to the Crazy House and Dinh Bao Dai. For taxi, I'd suggest using Lado that could easily take you to the city center and the train station. Also there was a restaurant opposite to the hotel that served chicken. We didn't try it but there was always a line from the local people. I would especially like to thank the front desk staff. Days before we arrived, we received a message reminding that there might be noise due to the New Year (our stay was great even with some noises). When we were there, they kindly offer us free bananas, candy, artichoke tea, and coffee. You can also buy the tea and coffe from the staff directly. Highly recommend the artichoke tea! It's Da Lat specialty and must-try and it tastes amazing. I never thought that artichoke could be made into tea!"

"New Boutique Hotel on a quaint corner 5 floors in total. V clean room & bathroom. Mattress is relatively hard. Request for a topper. There is a coffee machine in the room with also free bottled water, G7 coffee and tea. I didn’t try so I cannot comment on them. I like the breakfast buffet and dessert provided in the room. the 2-4pm tea is just hot tea and some pastries. Can skip as you can get better ones at cafe. Service by Ciang at Front Office was prompt and helpful in locating shops for me. A special mention is that the Front desk is at G level which is more like a basement and bringing your luggage down is difficult. However Ciang helped me to carry. Location is far from Dalat Night Mkt or GO supermarket on foot. However, Grab saves the day and is very wallet friendly for the 7-8 min drive. I will still be back!"

"Nice staffs and good location I arrived in the very morning at 5 Am, the staff helped me to check in and so friendly with me, he offer me half price to get early check in which is reasonable. And most of staffs they can speak English. The hotel located nearby city centre with very nice views, I saw beautiful sunrise here. 5 mins motorcycle to centre. I rent motorcycle here, very convenient and good deal. I never drive motorcycle before the staff teach me again and again. 👍 It is a quiet place with warm hearted people, I hope they can get more business and if I come to Da lat again, I will definitely book this hotel again."

"Excellent hotel. Clean, professional and staff helpful. I would rate excellent but there were a few items - these are minor. Recommend.  One special mention: When I checked out the lady who attended was outstanding. She handled everything so efficiently and I just appreciated it."
