"The hotel is a really good option to have a relaxing time and avoiding the crowded places like in Sanya. Here is simply great. Only I suggest that the second pool to be open and allow the people to swim in the beach. Apart of that is simply great. Thanks for all the great service"

"Bahar Şenliği sırasında Hainan'a tatil için geldim. Başlangıçta Lingshui'de daha az insan olacağını düşünmüştüm ancak Clear Water Körfezi'ndeki plaja gitmek gerçekten çok kalabalık olduğu ortaya çıktı. Bu Hilton sahilde değil. Geldiğimde trafik sıkışıklığı yoktu, ancak konumu pek uygun değildi, ancak otelin kendisi hala iyi. Lobiye geldiğimizde iki personel vardı. Üyelerin valizlerimiz konusunda bize yardımcı olmaları dikkatimizi çekti. Giriş işlemleri çok hızlıydı ve ayrıca Hilton'a özel kurabiyeler sipariş ettim. Oda olanakları son derece temiz ve düzenliydi. Diğer otellerde hiç kahvaltı yapmadım. Kahvaltıda çok insan var ve sipariş biraz karışık ama personel inisiyatif alacak Merhaba deyin ve yiyin. çok iyi bir tutum. Ön büro personeli tarafından önerilen sahil bar harikaydı. Geceleri havai fişekler vardı. Oraya gittik ve çok hareketliydi ve harika zaman geçirdik. Otelde ayrıca gün boyu açık, aile banyosuna uygun bir kaplıca da bulunmaktadır. Isıtmalı kapalı yüzme havuzu da çok büyük olmasa da bu günlerde serinlemek için harikadır. Bahar Şenliği sırasında otelde yemek yerken paket servis sipariş edebileceğiniz nispeten az sayıda restoran var. Yakındaki kasabalar tatilde olabilir, bu nedenle her gün yemek yemek büyük bir sorun haline geldi. Bahar Şenliğini kutlamaya gelen çok fazla insan olduğundan ve yeterli kaynak olmadığından olsa gerek. Ama otelin kendisi çok iyi, fiyatının biraz yüksek olması dışında."

"I had a lovely stay at this brand new hotel in mid June. The service is top notch. Direct flight from Australia arrived early in the morning, duty manager Ms Zhang kindly checked me in earlier, upgraded room to a fantastic seafront, and accomodated my request to have breakfast on the arrival day. Reception Ivan is also helpful at booking activities, checking in and out. The breakfast is at adjoining Kimpton restaurant, thoughtfully open between 7am to 12pm. Breakfast has rich variety with fresh green juice, local special food and western gourmet. The welcome drink at hotel bar is relaxing. I like the crispy Chardonnay they sourced from Argentina.The hotel is modern, new tech and stylish. The room is very clean, new and spacious with dyson hairdryer. They have a few outdoor pools...the pool bar is not operating which is a pity...the beach is clean and wide..wave is too strong to swim...it would have been better if the hotel sets up some beach chairs with drink service to relax and chill...there is a professional shooting service available on site and complimentary Sanya Duty Free transfer is available to pre booked a day in advance at 9:15am or 3:15pm round. Overall, the stay is pleasant, less crowded, more luxury than most of the established five star hotels in major Sanya."

"這個酒店是我們第一次來，呃，因為是衝著那個呃海運廣場啊，這個地方我們有親戚住在那裡，所以就比較熟悉啊，坐在這裏很不錯的，很好，很乾凈，乾淨衞生，精緻致的，呃，老闆啊，還有服務員啊，服務態度非常的好啊，因為打的到啊到那裡過去大概是七八塊錢，打的就是這樣的車程，呃，開始都覺得親戚那裡還比較遠，但是呢呃車子衹要七八塊錢還是很近吧，主要是這裏乾淨衞生啊，就不想換了，就沒有換了，而且呢我們在攜程上面訂的。攜程上面訂的特別的優惠便宜裏面啊，那貴特別住這裏住兩個晚上，就在你那裡，就衹能住一個晚上，真的挺好的，好多客人都在這裏住，挺好的，嗯，五星級好評"

"真正能從細節做到寵物友好的酒店！從入住開始管家Vicky就來接我們了，甚至還叫出狗狗名字，很熱情，提供各種寵物用品和周邊寵物設施地圖清單，還貼心給小狗準備了玩具，帶寵物入住體驗感真的很好！另外酒店的早餐真的是天花板級別的好吃，選擇多，食材也新鮮，甚至還可以點點小酒，並且供應時間可以到12點（賴床星人的福音）。酒店環境也很不錯，房間不大但很有設計感，每件小物件都看得出有用心設計，下次來陵水還會選擇。"

"We are a family from uk travelling through China with our two sons 10 and 8 years old. The big plus of this hotel is the private and peaceful beach. This hotel has large enough grounds and spaces to feel not crowded and peaceful. Our lady butler spoke english and was super helpful. Food was good quality and nice choice, although we struggled a bit to find a variety of vegetarian dishes for our vegetarian son, having said that this was a bit of an issue everywhere we went. The hotel is situated away from the major tourist agglomeration which is very nice. The only thing we found strange was the music constantly played at the beach buffet. We would have preferred to listen to the waves and the crickets than the man made noise… I guess this maybe a bit of a cultural difference . On that note … the last orders at the bar are at 9:30pm. All in all we all had a great stay and would recommend the hotel without hesitation."

"The hotel is nice but not as nice as expected. We stayed in the normal room. The room is big and Well equipped. But the details are not perfect . The room/furniture can get some renovation, cleaning. You don’t have a lot of choice for the soft drinks inside the room. The area around the hotel is not very busy. Taxi from the costs a lot. You can‘t swim in the ocean. Service was very Good. But the baggy car are not available very often. The best is the breakfast. It was very good. Good quality and everything you want."
