"Bahar Şenliği sırasında Hainan'a tatil için geldim. "The hotel is amazing, beautiful huge territory, the hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. Very nice villa with private pool and jacuzzi, a lot of small things which made our stay really enjoyable such as welcome tea and fruits. Despite the fact that the weather was rainy and windy and swimming in the sea was prohibited we had an amazing stay and definitely want to return."

"Beautiful hotel, but unfair check-in delays need to be addressed I really wanted to give this hotel a perfect score because the hotel itself is great, but a major operational flaw held it back. The Good: The hotel design is stunning—very modern and fresh. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and felt brand new. Our The breakfast buffet had a fantastic variety with lots to choose from, so great start to the day there. I also have to shout out the staff, who were warm and attentive throughout our stay. The Mixed: The amenities were generally okay, though I did notice a lack of bathroom loofahs (a small detail, but worth noting for anyone planning a longer stay). The Bad (and Important): The check-in process is broken. Officially, check-in is at 3pm, but we ended up waiting much longer. It seems the hotel allows guests to check out so late that housekeeping can't turn the rooms over in time. It’s really not okay to keep the next customer waiting in the lobby after a long journey of travel—it immediately puts a damper on your feeling towards the hotel before you even see the room. Suggestion to Management: I would strongly suggest that IHG enforce late check-out fees or stagger check-out times. Late departures for some guests shouldn't come at the expense of the experience for incoming guests."

"The hotel is nice but not as nice as expected. We stayed in the normal room. The room is big and Well equipped. But the details are not perfect . The room/furniture can get some renovation, cleaning. You don’t have a lot of choice for the soft drinks inside the room. The area around the hotel is not very busy. Taxi from the costs a lot. You can‘t swim in the ocean. Service was very Good. But the baggy car are not available very often. The best is the breakfast. It was very good. Good quality and everything you want."
