"Bahar Şenliği sırasında Hainan'a tatil için geldim. Başlangıçta Lingshui'de daha az insan olacağını düşünmüştüm ancak Clear Water Körfezi'ndeki plaja gitmek gerçekten çok kalabalık olduğu ortaya çıktı. Bu Hilton sahilde değil. Geldiğimde trafik sıkışıklığı yoktu, ancak konumu pek uygun değildi, ancak otelin kendisi hala iyi. Lobiye geldiğimizde iki personel vardı. Üyelerin valizlerimiz konusunda bize yardımcı olmaları dikkatimizi çekti. Giriş işlemleri çok hızlıydı ve ayrıca Hilton'a özel kurabiyeler sipariş ettim. Ön büro personeli tarafından önerilen sahil bar harikaydı. Geceleri havai fişekler vardı. Oraya gittik ve çok hareketliydi ve harika zaman geçirdik. Otelde ayrıca gün boyu açık, aile banyosuna uygun bir kaplıca da bulunmaktadır. Isıtmalı kapalı yüzme havuzu da çok büyük olmasa da bu günlerde serinlemek için harikadır. Bahar Şenliği sırasında otelde yemek yerken paket servis sipariş edebileceğiniz nispeten az sayıda restoran var. Yakındaki kasabalar tatilde olabilir, bu nedenle her gün yemek yemek büyük bir sorun haline geldi. Bahar Şenliğini kutlamaya gelen çok fazla insan olduğundan ve yeterli kaynak olmadığından olsa gerek. Ama otelin kendisi çok iyi, fiyatının biraz yüksek olması dışında."

"Stayed here with family, including a toddler. Pros: -Good breakfast buffet, worth it to book with the option. Western and Eastern dishes. -Plenty of activities for kids, like a carousel and bubble party every day. -Right across the water from a theme park, and exclusive entrance. -Clean and quiet, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Cons -Everything cost so much money, especially food. 98RMB for a bowl of noodles for example. -Way out of town, meaning food delivery was very limited -Many amenities cost extra, like using a pool toy was 30RMB for example -No swimming in the beach. Overall, we ended up cutting our stay short due to the sheer cost of everything extra. The hotel itself was amazing, but the prices and inconvenience of food and play were a bit too much to stay for a week."

"We had an extremely disappointing experience at this hotel. Despite making a full payment through Trip.com at the time of reservation for 3 rooms, the hotel staff demanded another full payment upon our arrival. Even after checking out of the hotel on November 21st 2024, I have yet to receive a full refund from Trip.com, as the hotel staff had assured us. This lack of professionalism and transparency caused unnecessary stress during our stay. Furthermore, the security guard refused to let us alight at the main driveway in front of the hotel lobby to drop off our luggage, claiming that it would ”block the hotel’s feng shui” as per their boss’s instructions. However, we observed many other cars and guests doing so. This left us scrambling to find an alternative while managing our heavy bags to check into the hotel. Such behaviour is not only inconsiderate but also unacceptable in a service-oriented industry. We will avoid staying at this hotel in the future."

"衞生：衞生打掃得還可以的，幾乎沒有死角。 環境：酒店環境不錯，基本的度假設施都能滿足，游泳池，椰林，沙灘，都不錯。 服務：服務也是很好的，一開始電瓶車來晚了還送了我們飲料券，雖然最後我們也沒用。 設施：設施打四分是因為，給我們的房間門口是布草間和一個員工什麼房間，其實布草間也沒事，衹是員工頻繁進出聲音很大，還有很大的挪動東西的聲音，好吵。"

"Very nice hotel , helpful staffs , lovely breakfast with Europe and Chinese cuisine from 07:00 AM till 10:30 AM . Beach in 1 min walk and many different pools for different ages. Best for family stay , everything was clean and nice . Recommend you guys !!!"

However, the location was a drawback—it’s far from downtown, which made transportation inconvenient. If you prioritize a peaceful setting over convenience, this hotel might be a good choice."

"The view from this hotel was spectacular and the staff was lovely. The room was spacious and the balcony was stunning. However, parts of the room were a bit dusty, but that wasn’t a massive issue. The water was hot and the room had everything we needed. The only issues was the restaurants at the hotel were all closed (permanently?). So you must get off the property to eat. The breakfast was okay- what could make it better would be to have clear signs on what each dish had so people with dietary requirements could know what was what."

"The hotel is a really good option to have a relaxing time and avoiding the crowded places like in Sanya. Here is simply great. Only I suggest that the second pool to be open and allow the people to swim in the beach. Apart of that is simply great. Thanks for all the great service"

"I usually don’t write reviews, but the exceptional service at Sangem Moon Hotel truly deserves one. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warmth and professionalism of every single staff member. Their friendliness and genuine care make you feel right at home. The hotel itself is immaculate, with spotless rooms and a cozy, welcoming atmosphere. However, what truly sets this hotel apart is the outstanding service. A special mention to my butler, Chase, who went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. Whether it was recommending places to visit or attending to every little detail in my room, he handled everything with professionalism and care. There was nothing he couldn’t do! I’d also like to thank Mori, the reception duty manager, for her excellent service. She speaks great English and took such good care of us, making everything smooth and effortless. Another person I’d like to praise is 符阿姨 from housekeeping. She cleaned my room so thoroughly—you can tell she takes her job seriously. She mopped the floor, made everything perfectly organised, and ensured the room was spotless every single day. I also have to commend the hotel management for training their staff so well. The level of professionalism and dedication from every team member is truly impressive. I know people sometimes get tired of overly positive reviews that sound too good to be true, but this is a real review from a real guest. The service here is genuinely exceptional, and you can feel the sincerity in how they treat their guests. Highly recommended!"
