Westin Surabaya is a beautiful property with gorgeous views and amenities and impeccable service to match. The pool and surrounds are pleasant for swimming. The Club room is very comfortable, quiet and feels fresh all round. The heavenly bed is such a delight to sleep in. The Club lounge is one of the most outstanding hotel lounges I have frequented. The views from the 39th floor are divine whether day or night. Service levels in the Club lounge are impeccable from each and every staff member.. so welcoming, professional with beautiful hospitality. Food selection, drinks and comfort all round. Nila and all of her lovely colleagues are truly at an inspiring level of excellence.

Attentive, warm service from front desk, room service to breakfast service. Room was a good size, clean and smells great. Good mix of international tv channels - kids loved this. Location is great, 8 mins walk to Ciputra Mall and no jam unlike Tunjungan area.

This in the only one choice when ever I need to stay in Surabaya. Staff are very kind. Breakfast is very delicious. Location is so nice.. there are conference room though I habn't use it. on the ground floor, in front of reception, there are fredges selling drinks, ice cream in very reason price. night shift girl in reception is particulary sweet and helpful.

I truly enjoyed my stay at Vasa Hotel — the staff were welcoming and the experience was pleasant. That said, the facilities look slightly outdated and cleanliness could be improved. I hope to see upgrades in the future because the hotel has great potential.

I got free upgrade to Executive Room 😀 Maybe because I was waiting awhile during check-in 😁 The hotel is actually quite isolate from shopping mall area, but it's suitable for those prefer a quiet place. Next to the hotel is an aprtment, where you can easily find a good dining place. And there is Indomart too. Surprisingly, water dispenser is available in the hotel, this is definitely a plus point! Overall, it's a satisfying stay 😁

I had a wonderful stay at Bumi Surabaya Resort Hotel. The place is absolutely beautiful, with a true resort vibe right in the heart of the city. The view is stunning, the Wi-Fi is super fast, and the food is genuinely delicious with a wide variety to choose from. What stood out the most was the exceptional hospitality – every staff member was warm, professional, and incredibly helpful. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Surabaya, whether for business or leisure! I found nice squirrel to live in the tree nearby

VERY POLITE AND PROFESSIONAL STAFF. FOOD WAS OK THE TOILET IN MY ROOM NEEDS TO BE LOOKED AT. i HAD TO ALLOW TGHE WATER TO FLOW FOR 23 MINUTES BEFORE THE WATER IN THE SHOWER BECAME WARM..

This is actually a VERY COOL hotel. As someone who LOVE vintage things, I really appriciate this place. From their historical front building, their vintage styled room, all took me back to the 90s to early 2000. The NOSTALGIA 🥺. When I was little, my grandpa and grandma used to take me travel and stayed at hotels. So hotels like these have a special place in my heart. Unfortunately, it looked like they really cut down the budget. Although they gave a very cheap price for their room (not more than IDR 250K including breakfast), on WEEKENDS?? But the towels were not white anymore and felt thin (not like other hotel towels), the sheets had tough spots, and no shower cap. But I loveddd the lemongrass soap and shampoo, and they were in dispensers so less plastic waste. The breakfast was really sad. It was nice when I stayed here around a couple of years ago. But this time it was worse. Not too many options and looked empty. Really felt like they didn't put much effort. Well, what do you expect for that price? And I understand they might be in a very tight budget. I noticed they added a ”Mini Zoo” signage. A staff warned me that there were not many animals yet. But I decided to go see it. Turned out it was located in the side of the parking road (but outdoor), there were fishes and a big avian animal (like chicken but different, I don't know what it was). And some parakeets in two separate cages, they were all dead 😭😭 I told a staff and they quickly removed the dead birds. Good idea but poor execution. But anyways, location was top. Just a few meters across the street, there was a bus stop and you can hop on the Suroboyo Bus to go anywhere. And the hotel itself was in a main street of a hot destination (Old Town Surabaya), with historical buildings complex, also with the chinatown nearby. I really hope they can survive this economy storm. I really love this hotel 🥺.

The service is excellent, they are kind, polite, and helpful. Smiles never left their faces and they always try to help swiftly. The breakfast is great, tasty, and the selection is even greater, they have a lot of varieties of Indonesian food. The room is great in size, the floor is clearly swept, the bathroom is clean, the amenities are adequate (bring your own hair dryer bcs the one they have is not as great). But terribly disappointed with the cleaners, I used the spoon and glass on day 1 and they didn't even bother to clean them, only put on the usual spot. I tried to ”tell” them again the next day yet they still haven't cleaned any 🥲🥲
