"Location was the highlight of the hotel - near to a supermarket, about 10-min walk to a delicious halal restaurant (Indian Garden restaurant), about 15-min walk to Taipa village. Amenities were okay enough but there was limited time (two hours) to use the iron & ironing board. The iron was not working properly so it took a long time to iron just one piece of headscarf. Service wise - the front desk guy who accommodated us during check-in was quite good in English, so he answered our inquiries well enough. However when we were checking out, we wanted to leave our luggage and asked on how we can get a taxi to the high speed train station but the front desk lady only said “you ask there (pointing at where we should be leaving our luggage)” when we asked at the luggage counter the guy said “you ask there the reception”. So we just decided to look for our own taxi - we were lucky enough a taxi driver was kind enough to wait for us at the designated time. Overall, it was an okay experience staying at the hotel."

"super cute and spacious. a little bit out of the way but the re are free shuttle buses to and from the hotel. also love how there’s a balcony. you can open up for som fresh air"

"Our one-night stay at Golden Crown China Hotel was very convenient and comfortable. What we loved most is the location—it’s literally just across the airport, which nimade arrival and departure super easy, especially after a long travel day. We took the free shuttle buses to Cotai from the airport which made getting around much more convenient and stress-free. The room was comfortable and served its purpose well for a short stay, and the overall experience was smooth and hassle-free. If you’re looking for a practical hotel near Macau Airport with easy access and free shuttles, Golden Crown China is a great option for an overnight stay."

"I enjoyed my stay at the resort! It is 2 blocks away from the main strip and a bus stop directly in front of the hotel. The staff was very nice and helpful, I got food poisoning on the first night and the staff did a great job of assisting me with getting health care. The mall attached to the hotel is very convenient and has alot of facilities. I would say be careful of some of the restaurants I believe I got food poisoning from one in the mall. Also, if you are travelling from the HZMB (Hong Kong Zhuhai Macau Bridge) the hotel next door Grand Lisboa has free shuttles and very near the Lisboeta. Overall, it was worth the price and I would stay there again just wary of the food."

"This hotel started off great, then it slowly became just bad. We decided to take my child swimming, the demanded we pay for his swimming cap, that’s no issue, I simply asked, can you give him the cap now and either charge my room or I’ll go upstairs to get money, and bring right back. They refused, and demanded I give them money now. Next according to the hotel policy, if a child is swimming, there must be parental supervision, which hotel management clarified later does not mean the parents has to swim, but merely watching is ok. The swimming pool staff shooed my wife away like a dog saying he can’t swim there unless a parent swims with him, and screamed at my wife. Third thing, my wife and child were sleeping, I wanted to watch a movie, the lobby was too loud so I sat on the floor next to the elevator, near no rooms(most hotels have a small table and chairs there) I was making no noise and bothering no one, the staff confirmed it was perfectly fine, but another staff member came up and told me it’s against hotel policy to sit there, I got up and asked him to come downstairs and show me where that policy is written or posted anywhere, when we go to the lobby he ran away and disappeared. Other than that, the hotel room was clean, location was great, the majority of staff were super friendly."
