"• room: nice room a little dusty and in need for maintenance but the kitchen is fully equipped • amenities: there is a gym with few cardio tools and one multi exercise machine which is enough for an average gym workout, they also have a pool which I skipped because overcrowded by kids • location: well placed near the central market and 10 min from the main streets of CBD. There are 2 big shopping malls within 10 min walk and a big supermarket 2 min away. Not too noisy at night and pretty safe area to walk • staff: helpful and kind my background: I travel 320 days a year since 8 years staying in all range of accomodation from hostel to 5star. I just review objectively what I see with no judgement"

"Great location.  Pretty room.  Heater in the apartment sucks, its old and wasnt heating up the apartment at all. Multiple power trips due to the heater.  Service sucks. No proper instruction given prior to check in.  Doorin id was given wrongly on email and did not amend it."

"Myself and my two teens spent a night here. We stayed on the 12th floor and the room was beautiful, the balcony was large and gave us wonderful views from the ocean to the city. The bed was super comfortable and it has to be one of the only hotels I’ve stayed in that actually descaled their kettles ( huge bonus for someone who is grossed out by hotel kettle stories) We enjoyed the pool in the early hours of the morning before check out. We tried to get towels to go down to the pool about 8:30 and told that they were closing it even though the hotel information states 10pm (apparently they needed to update that) It was in close proximity to many Melbourne landmarks, restaurants and activities. I’d definitely recommend staying here."

The management and staff at this hotel are world class. I was staying with a guide dog puppy and met the hotel manager, his wife and their charming labrador Charlie. A truly wonderful hotel.

Housekeepers are wonderful but can’t say much to the lazy receptionist ladies. The old Aussie ladies at the reception are lazy and arrogant. Very bad attitude. The hotel is a real labyrinth, good luck on finding your room because no one will tell you how. They have quit often power outages. One day a good was entering every single room to take the lights card in the rooms. He said he’s working here but can you just nock the doors and wait for somebody to open the door instead of entering all rooms.

Very clean and newly renovated airport hotel, provide excellent complimentary airport transfer service on demand. Had a quiet stay with good rest, totally can't hear the noise from aircraft as is not under the flying path, although just situated less than 10 mins drive away from airport. Room amenities were sufficient and good, especially the high power hairdryer and heating bulb to keep the bathroom warm. The only downside is they did not provide any bottle drinking water, otherwise would be a perfect score!

Made a mistake with getting breakfast.. stale bread, coffee machine was broken, food was bland. Only good thing was the chia pudding and juice selection. Staff service was inadequate and makes you feel ignored. Room was clean but pretty sure the bathtub was not cleaned from previous usage as there was soap scum/dirt on the sides. And no body soap.

Having no usb ports to charge your phone and devices is very poor in this present day even vline trains have usb ports I’ve stayed in altitude of places and they have always had at least two usb ports after contacting them 4 times 9 hours later gave us a alarm clock with usb port but the usb port was faulty so we just gave up everything else was ok comfy bed and pillows and room was fairly clean

Very easy check in. Instructions by reception were spot on.  The one bedroom apartment was huge. Plenty of room with an equally huge balcony.  The place was clean, apart from one of the towels that had some type of hard black stain that stick do towels to it’s self. Not ideal, but this would be an issue with the laundry company that Quest use.  I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and would highly recommend.

My family and I enjoyed our recent stay at Citadines on Burke Melbourne. The standout positives were: 1. Staff Service: Check-in was excellent. The staff were warm, professional, and very helpful, setting a welcoming tone immediately. 2. Room Size: Plenty of room for luggage and for everyone to move around without feeling cramped. 3. Bathroom Amenities: The provided toiletries were nice quality and appreciated. Items for improvements: The spaciousness makes this hotel ideal for families. However, to make them truly perfect for families like ours, I'd suggest the management consider offering some room options with two queen-size beds to enhance comfort and sleep quality for parents and children sharing the room. Despite this suggestion, we had a very comfortable and pleasant stay thanks to the great service, ample space, and good facilities. We would definitely consider staying again.

Very convenient location as it just 10mins walk to Melbourne central. The rmit university and swanston tram station right in front of the hotel building. Don’t have enough time to enjoy pool and sauna as it opens from 7am-9pm only. The only dissatisfied is I don’t know that the room service is provided. On the 4th night of our stay while we entered the room after one day trip, we realized that the cleaner has actually entered and cleaned our room without asking our permission. Imagine what if our goods have went missing, can the hotel management beared the cost of our loss? Please do not enter the room without inform customer, customer will ask for room cleaning if they really want the service.
