"住在這裏簡直太舒服了，房間很大，白天都用不到空調，夜裡就更涼爽舒適了。 院子裏都有葡萄藤覆蓋，坐着乘涼特別好，還點了民宿的卡瓦斯還有冰激凌，也都非常不錯。 第二天的早餐精緻豐富，很多都是老闆媽媽自己做的，好吃，不夠的還可以加。 白天聽着喀贊其的馬車鈴鐺聲叮叮咚咚的跑過，也是一種享受呢。"

"民宿位置在六星街裏面，逛六星街景區很方便，老闆服務也很熱情。但車輛開不進去民宿是最大的問題，停在旁邊隔了兩條巷子還被交警貼條罰款了，體驗真的不好，作為一個伊寧市核心景區相關旅遊接待配套嚴重不足。"

"We stayed twice at this wonderful, relaxing amd very clean boutique bed and breakfast. Both my kids loved the place. The advantages of Ser Villa are in the amazing service, convenient location in Kizanqi town quite close to many popular areas, and wonderful atmosphere. We specifically requested a smaller space - our family of four (2 adults, 2 kids - 8 year old and 12 year old) were quite comfortable with three large mattresses on a raised dais - although we were offered an upgrade, we preferred a smaller space. We really enjoyed the atmosphere and the homey feel of the small courtyard where you can take in a leisurely breakfast. Boss Momo was an incredibly helpful and generous resource despite language barriers. The laundry service was so necessary for us and my children loved getting the 1 RMB icecream/popsicles. Of the many places we stayed, Ser Villa was one of the most memorable and relaxed. Momo was so accomodating to our needs - medicine refrigeration, helping us order food and transport and having lived in the GCC the shataaf in the bathroom was a welcome surprise. My daughter and son said it was a TEN and they are not easy to please."

"大堂非常漂亮 房間也比較大 酒店比較新 住的還是滿意的 膠囊咖啡有兩顆（住酒店必薅）感覺少了點 前一天住的那拉提英迪格有四顆哈哈哈 因為都是洲際又都在伊犁所以這兩個來比較，英迪格的早餐比伊寧洲際有特色，雖然種類沒有伊寧洲際豐富，但是當地的特色美食更多，每一樣都很有食慾。我們因為要早起去賽里木湖，所以6:40左右就到餐廳了，標準是6:30開餐 我們到的時候很多餐才陸陸續續開始擺上，可以理解新疆大家都起得晚，但是規定了6:30開餐的話 我認為應該是準備就緒的狀態，而不是6:30開始擺出來。（開餐時間可能有誤 具體幾點忘了反正是在開餐時間後10分鐘左右我們到的餐廳）"

"民宿環境非常好，有一個十分愜意的小院，有兩條可愛的小狗。老闆非常熱情，有問題立馬解決，有專門停車的地方。早餐的味道非常不錯。周圍吃飯也很方便，附近有一家手工冰激凌，味道很好吃。到伊犁河大橋很近。下次來會繼續入住"

"設施：床不軟不硬，枕頭有高有低對頸椎病困難用户和高矮個子都很好，還有個自作聰明馬桶哈哈哈 衞生：真的乾淨，地板亮堂堂，鏡子沒水漬，床單潔白無污漬，所見之處沒見到灰塵 環境：真的和網上圖片一樣啊外面的造景太有民族味道了還乾淨！，但是有點替老闆心疼床旁邊的魚缸下快要泡發地皮，可以試試鋪點瓷磚堆點鵝*石也好看對地板也好。 服務：超級超級熱情老闆和老闆娘，推薦的早餐店也超級好吃，人也很健談，真好🥺"

"Amazing hotel with super kind staff who went out of their way to help me, even translating since I don’t speak Chinese. Comfortable room, great breakfast, and such a nice atmosphere that I stayed two extra days. If I come back, I’ll stay here again—highly recommend!"

"非常值得推薦，全屋智能化，房間乾淨整潔，庭院設有泳池，和各種蔬菜，果樹，可以手親自體驗採摘的快樂，老闆非常的nice，最最重要的一點是可以做泰式SPA，按摩，老師都是泰國人，不太會説國語，價錢也非常便宜，安利一個SPA或者是按摩緩解長時間的舟車勞頓，由於我當天到達的比較晚，又去了六星街體驗美食回到反顧已經凌晨一點了，我是第二天早晨做的、現在開車時渾身上下輕鬆多了，非常感謝老闆的熱情招待，非常愉快的入住體驗，8月份再來還會繼續選擇入住。（由於本人不太喜歡拍照，房間設施合庭院的全景沒有拍，見諒哈）"
