Perfect hotel for those traveling by public transport around Japan -- so convenient to walk right out the door to the station :). As mentioned by other reviews, facilities and free foood are fantastic -- in additional to the bathing spaces, there are a number of lovely sitting areas spread across the building to work in. Room was clean and up to standard albeit on the smaller side and staff is friendly and helpful!

宍道湖を眺められるお部屋で、温泉もあり、弾丸の一人旅もとても充実したものになりました。ありがとうございました。ひとつ伝えられるとしたら、朝食ビュッフェの予約札が意味を成していたか、、並ばれてる他宿泊者の方からも不満のお声が上がっていました。朝食ビュッフェはどの料理も美味しかったです！！

Location is about 15 minutes walk from train station, 8 minutes by bus or 5 minutes by taxi. Beautiful hotel with good bath facilities and breakfast. Clean and service was great.

Suitenkaku was our first stay in a Ryokan. Those who want to visit Tottori, Izumo and Sakaiminato will find Matsue well located, while the Ryokan is next door to the Ichibata railway deserving the Izumo Taisha. The room was renovated and very spacious, offering a direct view to the lake. Above all, the staff was absolutely friendly and helpful. Real Omotenashi ! We are fully satisfied with our stay. Will repeat for our next stay in the area.

The hotel is good. Enough large and clean. My interesting experience there was that TV turned on every 6am. I just unplugged and then could sleep 1h more with peaceful time. Breakfast is same everyday. As a result, my trip was great.

We stayed for three days and the hotel was beautiful. Very spacious, all of the amenities and such a relaxing hot spring tub. Breakfast each morning was wonderful and different each day, with local foods. The ladies who worked at the breakfast restaurant were very helpful and so nice. The front desk people were accommodating and easily aided us with any questions we had. Such a wonderful day and such a pleasure to meet James, the owner. It is really a lovely hotel.

出雲駅前のくにびき中央通りで年１回行われる自衛隊市中パレードを見たくて京都から出雲に来ました。このホテルはパレード会場に近く、歩いて数分の出雲駅前の便利な立地でした。駐車場もホテル横で広く、チェックアウト以降も駐車可でしたので、午前中のパレードを十分楽しむ事ができました。来年以降もパレード会場が同じであればおススメのホテルです。

I went here with my boyfriend during the golden week. There was a lot of people so the parking lot was limited and we were told that if we go out after check in, there’s a possibility of not getting a parking space when we returned. But In such case, they will pay as some money so I think it’s good enough. Overall was an-okay-stay.

旅途經過玉造温泉，選擇了松乃湯旅館，攜程定了一泊二食，一切都温馨舒適。酒店有提供JR玉造温泉站的接送班車服務，可以請攜程客服幫忙預訂。酒店最讚的就是自助晚餐，非常贊，強烈推薦。

太棒的温泉酒店，就在出雲大社旁，周圍吃的很多，但是晚上都關門了。酒店的庭院很精緻，温泉一般般，餐食中規中距。勝在地理位置和庭院，是個老建築，服務也不錯。
