湯之助之宿長樂園的入住體驗讓我感受到無比的放鬆與愉悅。酒店位於靜謐的環境中，周圍綠樹成蔭，讓人一踏入就感受到大自然的寧靜。大堂設計典雅，傳遞著傳統日式溫泉旅館的氛圍，工作人員熱情周到，讓人倍感親切。 房間寬敞且舒適，榻榻米地板和日式風格的裝潢讓我彷彿置身於另一個世界。私密的溫泉浴池是這次住宿的亮點，浸泡在熱騰騰的溫泉中，讓疲憊的身心瞬間得到舒緩。 餐飲方面，晚餐的懷石料理精緻可口，每一道菜都展現了當地的特色與新鮮食材。而早餐則提供了豐富的選擇，讓人元氣滿滿地開始新的一天。總體而言，湯之助之宿長樂園是一次難忘的住宿體驗，非常適合想要享受靜謐與放鬆的旅客。

Price performance is great, good location, low price with breakfast and dinner, room is big. BUT, a big but is hotel is very old , like in the 80s, very dark in the building like ghost will come out. Furthermore , NO wifi! This is probably the style of this group hotel. I stayed in other hotel of universal, some better some worse. I will still recommend it

Location is about 15 minutes walk from train station, 8 minutes by bus or 5 minutes by taxi. Beautiful hotel with good bath facilities and breakfast. Clean and service was great.

Suitenkaku was our first stay in a Ryokan. Those who want to visit Tottori, Izumo and Sakaiminato will find Matsue well located, while the Ryokan is next door to the Ichibata railway deserving the Izumo Taisha. The room was renovated and very spacious, offering a direct view to the lake. Above all, the staff was absolutely friendly and helpful. Real Omotenashi ! We are fully satisfied with our stay. Will repeat for our next stay in the area.

Comfortable stay - a spacious room for a solo traveller like me. Location is close to the JR station. As I stayed on the New Year's Eve, they even offered free toshikoshi soba, so I finally had a taste of this Japanese tradition.

以前利用したことがあり、その際の印象が良かったので3年ぶりに利用しました。 外観は少し古く見えますが、中は非常に綺麗で、素晴らしいです。部屋も広く、不満なことは一切なし。 風呂まで少し歩きますが、浴衣でゆったり歩きながらお風呂に向かう時間もよく思えます。 何よりも満足したのは朝食バイキングです。全ての料理が美味しい。普段は朝そんなに食べれないのですが、あまりにも美味しいのでたくさん食べてしまいました。 また来たいです。

AAnonim KullanıcıThe hotel is located near Matsue station. The front desk agents were very polite and did their best to talk to me, despite my very broken Japanese. Guests are given a locker, protected by a keycard. The locker itself was good enough for me, who took only a conventional backpack and a pair of shoes, but might not be enough for those who are not traveling light like that. The bathrooms were shared and quite clean, fully furnished with amenities for showers and personal hygiene. WiFi was included and it was quite decent for general use, even when inside the shared bedroom. The bed capsule had a pillow and a blanket, lights and power outlets for phones. I had more space than I imagined, enough for me to sit on the bed. The only downside of this room type was air circulation, probably due to the hot climate that's been the standard here in Japan lately, but I think the fans could work more efficiently or the capsules could use an AC outlet. Other than that, I recommend this location and will certainly stay with them again.

MMisafir KullanıcıNicely situated in the centre of one of the two main streets in Yunotsu. I stayed in the bottom capsule which is much more spacious than the top capsule since you get space to put your belongings. Kitchen was equipped with basic condiments like soy sauce and cooking oil. There is a coin laundry facility in the adjoining building - 500 yen for wash and 100 yen per 10 mins of drying. The only concern I had was with the check in process, which luckily for me I was informed about before by reading the reviews. Check in is at Kazeto, another hotel around 5 mins walk away from Watowa. This can be troublesome for guests arriving by foot as you’ll need to backtrack to Kazeto if mistakenly arriving at Watowa first. Staff at check in were helpful and friendly (English speaking) and provided ample information about the facilities and attractions in Yunotsu and surrounds.

I appreciate a lot on: - warm and friendly staff who could not speak much English but were very nice to explain to me the details of the hotel - gorgeous garden where you could take a seat and enjoy the view - free Japanese alcohol at 1500-1800 (soft drinks until 2100) - impressive free Japanese cultural performance at 2110 - quick and positive response despite I made several urgent requests due to sudden plan change - free shuttle bus service between JR station and hotel if you approached front desk for information - the environment of the public bath was quite clean - totally different food combination in dinner for 2 nights Considering the price I paid for such service, I would say the quality is definitely beyond my expectation. :) Thank you every hotel staff who made my experience a better stay!!

看看山看水看雲A hotel that is convenient. There is an articial spring in the basement that closes at 1am. Good for people who have got a long day out. The bedding is clean but a bit yellowish. Very polite and good hotel staff. They let us store the luggage for two nights while we r away and will come back to stay on the 3rd night.

Breakfast each morning was wonderful and different each day, with local foods. The ladies who worked at the breakfast restaurant were very helpful and so nice. The front desk people were accommodating and easily aided us with any questions we had. Such a wonderful day and such a pleasure to meet James, the owner. It is really a lovely hotel.

MMisafir KullanıcıPerfect hotel for those traveling by public transport around Japan -- so convenient to walk right out the door to the station :). As mentioned by other reviews, facilities and free foood are fantastic -- in additional to the bathing spaces, there are a number of lovely sitting areas spread across the building to work in. Room was clean and up to standard albeit on the smaller side and staff is friendly and helpful!
