Boa escolha, boa relação preço qualidade. Nada a apontar. O hotel já tem alguns anos mas é prático e confortável. Tem tudo o que é necessário e está suficientemente atualizado. Ex limpo e grande e quartos confortáveis. Não tomei o peq almoço porque saímos às 5h30 por isso não posso relatar, mas no geral, fiquei agradada e repetiria.

We were very happy with the service. The receptionists were all very helpful, especially Bruno, and the room and beds were very comfortable too. When we requested a mini fridge, they efficiently provided us with one. The only thing we didn't like was the fact that we, as hotel guests, still had to pay €4 to park our car inside. This should have been free for hotel guests.

El hotel está en pleno centro de Horta,bajas por una calle y estás en el puerto.Es antiguo pero todo muy limpio y con unas vistas espectaculares. The service I received was amazing, the staff members were super helpful, nice and professional. The facilities were clean and operational, I had no issues with any of the equipment or appliances. Lastly, the location, the view, the room, all beautiful like something out of a movie! I would definitely love to stay here again and is a strong recommendation to friends and family!

Whilst the hotel was very modern it seemed to lack basics such as a kettle in the room (there is a nespresso machine but for any tea drinkers out there they will know that making tea through a coffee machine is far from ideal) and being able to retrieve an iron. Instead you are expected to put items in for laundry when all we wanted to do was run an iron over a shirt for the evening. Pool area is stunning however has the most uncomfortable loungers you could ever find. They look great but the max stay to bathe is less than an hour before your entire body goes numb. It seems that this stunning hotel is trying to be a little above its star rating and failing on these few points at just trying that bit too hard for the clientele staying. Rooms were very clean although signs of some wear and tear are already starting to show. Location is EXCELLENT and staff helpful, polite and welcoming. Not sure if we would stay again as we are real sun worshipers and really struggled to enjoy the pool area here.

Perfect location on a beautiful island. Better get the room with a sea view and watch the boats come in. Good breakfast plenty of choice and wonderful fresh fruit. Staff all very pleasant and spread the happiness. Excellent pool kept meticulously clean. Hot tub if rain comes and hot sauna. R3 Restaurant just across the road. Gentle stroll along the front into town and the marina.

В номере было очень много песка на полу, также не работал сейф. На ресепшене пообщелали устранить проблемы, но на следующий день уборка была в моем присутствии уже в 6 вечера, длилась 5 минут, полы пылесосят и не моют, влажную уборку не проводят. Сейф так и не работал. На ресепшене очень приветливые сотрудники, постоянно вызывали такси, завтрак неплохой, расположение отличное!

This place was really fantastic! The check-in is a bit late, but has a large waiting area on the 1st floor with plenty of sofas. The pool bar is just around the corner where you can grab a bite and refreshment. Great place. I ll definitely stay there again.
