Great location. From our room we could actually see the island of Sakurajima. Concurrent location to drive around the city. There are plenty of carparks around the hotel and also within it's own carpark. The front desk esp, Mr Tanimura, who checked us in when we arrived late. He was most helpful n friendly. Her made us feel very welcomed with his warm & friendly personality. Also, the ferry terminal is just next to the hotel. From our balcony we could actually see loading & unloading of the ferries.

Когда то это был шикарный отель, но время м Ельцин не щадит никого. Он здесь останавливался и даже посадил деревце. Просторная, ухоженная территория красивые виды, 3 разных ресторана для ужина с шикарной кухней, дегустация саке, закапывание в пески прямо в отеле, огромный онсен, планировка отеля позволяет не пересекаться с другими постояльцами. Но отдых немного подпортило то, что открытый бассейн уже в первую неделю сентября был закрыт и даже зацвел, а своего пляжа нет, а так же просто ужасные кровати и подушки в европейских номерах. Берите номера в традиционном стиле и с видом на море и ваш отдых будет незабываемым

大病治療を終えてのお疲れ会での宿泊でした。体調が良くない父親の為早めにチェックインしたにも関わらず早めに入室させて頂き親切な対応に有り難いでした。ウェルカムドリンクやお菓子もホッとひと息してよかったです。お料理も工夫されて見た目も綺麗でとても美味しいでした。何と言っても職員の方々の優しさ丁寧に応待して頂き気持ち良かった。欲を言えばお風呂までの階段にスロープあればと、お部屋のトイレがちょっと狭くて使い難かったかな？と。皆んなゆっくりできとても気持ちよく出発できた。ありがとうございました。

Its a good place as a onsen resort hotel. The onsens are really good. The food is so so but they provide free flow ramen and ice-pop at night as supper and snack. The room is spacious, clean and quiet. There is a private onsen tub at the balcony of our room. It is so nice to enjoy it in the breezy spring. It will be better if you have own car to stay here. There do not have much choice of public transport direct to the hotel. But hotel staffs are also helpful to assist you to grab a taxi to any scenic spots nearby. The taxi drivers are all very nice. Even they can not speak english well, they tried very best to drive slowly when we pass by beautiful sakura park and use simple english to introduce few scenic places. The hotel limousine provided us one way when we arrived the jingu station and one way when we checked out from the hotel to jingu for free. I like their service and have great stays here!

最高にいいロケーションでどこで写真撮っても綺麗でした。夕食もいろんなカクテルだったり焼酎も楽しめました♪それと夕食の時，お席が決まってましたがテラスの方で食べたいと伝えると快く移動してくださいました。従業員さんの接客対応も凄くよくてリピートしたいと思う決め手にもなるくらいです。 野外は色んなとこにタオルが置いてあって足湯やプールもわざわざお部屋にタオル取りに行かなくてもすぐ楽しめたりと配慮がよかったです。また家族と行きたいです。

This is the most expensive hotel I stay in my 8 days trip in Kagoshima, however, the quality of the hotel, whether in terms of the hardware or software, does not match with the price. The most astonishing thing is I was told I need to set the bed by myself as that is not included in the hotel service of my room type and I was never informed when I placed my booking. Really beyond my understanding of the basic service of a proper hotel.

Hotel Kyocera is probably one of the largest hotel in Kirishima. It has two buildings ( main and annex) and looks quite good architecturally. They are connected by a bridge on the 3 floor which has the walking escalator- and a display of the various places that have been listed as world heritage sites in Japan. Inside the main building, there is a glass church which is ideal for weddings. In the basement, there is a large onsen, and spa. It is certainly a good place for having a holiday. The overall condition of the rooms are good- and the rooms are of good size. My room faces the East and has a perfect view of sunrise! Nice resort directly on the beach. Many paid services available on site, but a bit pricely. In the room there is a big red light in the room that stays on all the day and all the night, it was not easy for me to sleep with that light.

Поехала на денек понежиться в источниках и подышать горным воздухом ！прекрасный онсен есть горячие и теплые ванны 、которые очень расслабляют  и дают сил на завтра 、банные принадлежности прекрасного качества и дорогого аромата 、стильный и  шикарный фен для волос RE-Fa！шведский стол был разнообразен местной кухней 、особенно удивил ассортимент самими ！сотрудники было вкусно

実際に行ってみると古さは感じました。部屋は綺麗でしたがユニットバスの戸が閉まらない...トイレットペーパーの位置が高く取りにくい...網戸は外れてる...2日続けて蚊に顔を刺される...痒いし赤いし気分も下がりました。蚊の対策があればいいなと思いました。でも、道沿いから離れてるのもあって静かでいいですね。海もすぐそばで散歩するには気持ちよさそう。朝食も海が見える場所で食べれるので気持ちいいです。スタッフさんも対応が良かったです。
