We are a group of 4 pax travelling , we love this hotel , short walk from train station We opt for the room with breakfast and dinner , really good and sumptuous food prepared and we were given a private room to enjoy our meal Onsen just conveniently at lower ground , public indoor and outdoor . We love it Staff are all very service Overall I highly recommend anyone who wants to look for authentic ryokan stay at kinugawa

The buffet, public bath area, room, staff and etc. are all perfect!!! Especially the game center, swimming pool and the musical performance at the night. You can simply spend a few days in the resort! It is close to the attractions so the place is perfect!

Been visiting family in Tokyo for 6 weeks and finished our holiday with 2 night stay in Nikko. What a wonderful place to end our time in Japan. Hotel beautiful, service impeccable, food delicious and two perfect old fashion and sidewinder cocktails mixed in the cosy bar. Look forward to hopefully returning next year .

The location is really nice and the public onsen with the beautiful view are fantastic! However, the room was pretty outdated and a bit smelly and could have been cleaner. We booked the more expensive room with the bath where they show the private onsen picture, but unfortunately, the private onsen needs to be booked separately and they will charge us additionally 3100 yen for 50 min. So be aware to select the cheaper room since it's exactly the same as the more expensive room.

I am travelling for Mashiko pottery festival. The location is good for taking bus there. The hotel is next to JR station and bus station. There is public bath for leisure and relaxation at night.  Perfect spot if you are planning to go mashiko pottery festival next year!

Otel genel olarak ödenen fiyata göre harika ve özellikle resepsiyondaki İngilizce ve Japoncayı akıcı bir şekilde konuşan Vietnamlı kızdan hizmet mükemmeldi. Japon konuklar bile onu Japon sanıyordu. Haha. Ancak, odada biraz daha fazla ilgi ve onarım gerektiren şeyler olduğu için şirketin biraz daha fazla personel alması gerekebilir. Bununla birlikte, odalar çok büyük! Açık hava kaplıcası da beklenenden daha soğuktu (gerçi bu durum giriş sırasında açıklanıyor) ve sabahları en iyi sonucu veriyor.

Room is big and clean for familly. Only toilet, no bath in our room. You can bath at the public bath Have a pool table, 2 table tennis table for booking. Free to use.. Note if u select included breakfast and dinner, you will be only get frozen bento. Same selection for dinner and breakfast. No restaurants.

It was a great stay for our family. Location was perfect to explore the temples. The kaiseki dinner was delicious The hotel even arranged for the shuttle bus to wait for us at Tobu station.

The hotel is great! The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with many facilities like karaoke, a game center, and more. I visited with my family, a total of 14 people, and they were able to arrange a private room for us for both dinner and breakfast. Both meals were buffet-style and absolutely delicious. The onsen experience was wonderful, and the view from the onsen was fantastic, with a beautiful view of the Kinugawa River. However, there was one issue: when we checked in, the reception took our passports for photocopying. Unfortunately, they missed returning one of the passports to us. It wasn’t until after we checked out and reached our next stop that we realized one passport was missing. We had to go back to the hotel to take it. Despite this, the overall experience was great, and I would still recommend the hotel.

お風呂と朝ご飯を目当てに2泊してきました。目的はのんびり休んでくることです。 お風呂は想像より狭くてお湯もぬるくてちょっと残念でした。期待が大きかったからかもしれません。 朝ご飯はこれも期待が大きかったからかもしれませんが、今は1でした。特に白ご飯が上手に炊けてないようで美味しくなかったです。致命傷かもしれません。その隣には醤油のボトルが20種類ぐらいあったりしてこだわりは見えるのですが、キーファクターが抑えられてない感じがしました。 お部屋はダイキンのエアコンがつけられてましたので、自宅と同じような感じでした。掃除も行き届いていて、連泊の場合は簡易メイキングのようですが、きれいに掃除していただきありがとうございました。 周辺には歩くとちょっと遠いですが、たくさん飲食店もあるので、初日は歩いて佐野ラーメンを2日目は向かい側まで10分以上も歩いて大陸食堂へ行き焼肉を食べました。 概ね楽しく過ごせた二日間ののんびりしてくる旅でした。
