We had an amazing experience with our first stay at The Dilly. Perfect central location, gorgeous 5*hotel, the staff were wonderful. Don on reception in particular made our stay for my best friends 40th birthday, extra special with complimentary breakfast and an upgrade to the VIP lounge. We felt truly spoilt! He couldn’t do enough for us. Comfortable and spacious room, lovely and quiet with no noise disturbance. We would definitely recommend and will definitely be staying again!

Kesinlikle FENOMENAL!!!! Konukseverlik, atmosfer, otelin kendisi. Otel genelindeki çok zevkli dekordan, orada çalışan muhteşem personele, özellikle de mutfakta gerçekten yardımcı olan personele bir yükseltme teklif edecek kadar nazik olan Rachel'a (ODA, uğrunda ölmeye değerdi) Uyandığımda neredeyse kahvaltı bitmek üzereydi ama yine de kahvaltımı almama izin verecek kadar naziktiler. Antonella ve Rafael'e büyük bir not. Dürüst olmak gerekirse söyleyecek kötü bir sözüm yok, tüm deneyim muhteşemdi. Çatı katındaki bar şehrin olağanüstü manzaralarına sahiptir ve Spa alanı muhteşemdi.

My main complaint was only booking for one night. A hotel with stunning views, 1000 amenities and amazing service. Upon arrival I was greeted with great service provided by the staff, who were all very helpful and friendly throughout the stay. On the ground floor you are greeted with amazing art work leading up to the escalators to reception, as well as a modernly designed lobby with plenty of seating and charging ports, and the restaurant/bar just on the left. The hotel was easy to navigate and had around 6 lifts which came very quickly and dropped us off to our 9th floor stop in around 30 seconds. Wow! We had booked the King’s Suite for our stay which ended up exceeding our expectations - Stunning views from the window which stretches all across the living room, a record player with records provided - perfect for music lovers such as ourselves. Ironing board, A Dyson air-wrap & hair dryer (for the girls) and very artsy decorations overall which match the atmosphere of Shoreditch/Hoxton area. A cocktail making station & coffee machine with coffee pods as-well. We had also received a “milk delivery” at our door with fresh milk which was so lovely. Spa access is included in the stay, a lovely heated pool which has stunning led lighted walls and calming frequency noises playing - to further play in to the relaxing atmosphere of the spa. Steam room and Sauna were also placed by the end of the spa which was nice. I loved it so much I woke up extra early the morning of check-out just to enjoy it one last time! And started my morning with a peaceful swim. However some people slowly started gathering around to do the same thing as well from around 9am, So I’d recommend the best time to be right after check-in (3-5pm) as it was completely empty and just refreshed. With all the pool towels reset and floor mopped clean. And a 24-hour gym which I would definitely recommend to go to at night for a late night session, as it was empty and had stunning views of the city. There was a good amount of equipment - at least one or two of each machine & it was quite spacious too so didn’t feel crowded at all. With gym towels & Water cups provided as-well. I do have a few very minor, nit-picky complaints, to mention. However I would like to say would not at all regard my overall positive experience of my stay and will to return : From the Cocktail making station - the shaker was completely sealed shut - although it’s an item that’s airtight sealed and needed pressure to open we had tried EVERYTHING - and with so much effort my partner had cut himself trying to open it , also no strainer was provided so we had quite seedy cocktails. Another minor issue was our milk frother machine was not cleaned and was still dirty from the previous user, a small and fixable issue but should be pointed out in case someone’s craving a nice cup of coffee and pours milk into a dirty frothier without their knowledge. And from the spa - the Sauna inhumanely hot - to a level that the stone floor was unable to step onto without slippers and wood seats unable to be sat on for longer than a second, whilst of course it’s a Sauna - the temperature was unbelievably high, at the max of the thermometer the wall. So was unusable for us. Overall, The hotel was the best place we could’ve chosen for our couples get away staycation. We had enjoyed ourselves too much we ran out of time to visit the art gallery & bar. Guess we just have to rebook again, with a longer stay of course.

Otel odası benim ve ailem için ***et yeterli büyüklükteydi. Havuz ise çocukların yüzmesi için güzeldi. İki gün boyunca kahvaltı yaptık, tüm ihtiyaçlarımızı karşıladı ve gerçekten güzel bir şekilde sunuldu. Tesislerden memnun kaldığımız için bir gece daha kaldık. Çocuk sahibi olmak için konum biraz uzaktı ama tek olumsuz yanının bu olduğunu söyleyebilirim.

Beautiful hotel in general, especially the rooms were so spacious and lovely! There’s two major things that needs working on: 1. The lifts within the building took ages to get up and down the building. We was on 7th floor and it’d take us anywhere between 5-10 mins of waiting time, to just get a lift. It’s a bit of a drag, and I think for a massive hotel like Leonardo’s, with a lot of guests staying in it, a quadruple lift is required side by side. This is a major red flag. 2. The hotel sauna, pool and steam rooms gets packed easily. We booked a weekend spa, to relax and didn’t feel so relaxed because of the over packed number of guests who were using the amenities.. it was just crammed the entire weekend. I can’t speak for how I’d imagine it over the weekday, but definitely avoid a Friday Saturday and Sunday. Maybe some extensions for the spa and wellness retreat can be made, to cater to a larger number of footfall of guests coming in. 

I recently stayed at this hotel for a 3-night visit while travelling to London for medical treatment. I specifically chose this property because it advertised a gym and steam room, which I needed to support my recovery. Unfortunately, these facilities were completely out of service on arrival, and at no point before or during booking was I informed that they were unavailable. This was extremely disappointing given that these facilities were the main reason for choosing this hotel. Prior to booking, I had also explained that I have several allergies and requested that something I brought with me be heated up upon arrival. When I asked at reception, the young gentleman was unsure and checked with a colleague, whom I assume was his line manager. Despite the fact that the item could’ve been baby food and that my allergies were noted on my booking, the response was dismissive, and no questions or context were asked, the female receptionist didn’t even look up from the screen as she answered. I fully appreciate the importance of avoiding cross-contamination in hotel kitchens, but the lack of communication or willingness to understand the situation felt unnecessarily unhelpful. When I raised the issue regarding the closed facilities, the hotel did not provide any solution or meaningful support, and they also failed to respond to Trip.com for more than 24 hours, even though we were due to check out the next morning. This lack of communication made the situation more frustrating and felt very unprofessional. To their credit, Trip.com stepped in where the hotel didn’t and resolved the issue the best way they could. However, the hotel’s customer service and failure to provide advertised amenities fell well below expectations for a Radisson-branded property. The room itself was clean, house keeping staff very helpful and attentiveand the location is convenient for Heathrow, but the lack of advertised facilities and the unresponsiveness left a poor impression overall. I hope the hotel improves their communication and ensures that major facilities shown in listings are actually available to guests, and that staff take more care when dealing with guests who have specific health or dietary needs.

AMAZING STAY! WOULD BOOK AGAIN AND RECOMMEND. Came with family for a birthday weekend trip. We were all very impressed. Location is excellent- basically in the heart of London with breathtaking views of St Paul’s Cathedral. The hotel itself was outstanding - scaly considering its 4 stars. It’s more like 5 to be honest. Free water on site and in rooms, which is extremely helpful. The hotel is very spacious, modern and beautifully designed. The rooms were very spacious with the BEST shower! There is even a hair dryer and iron provided in the rooms. Spa facilities was amazing- lovely sauna, steam room and jacuzzi. The breakfast had a variety - very accommodating to those who have dietary requirements/ need veggie options. Staff were so kind, helpful and accommodating. Service was outstanding overall and I would most definitely return. Thank you for allowing us to have such an enjoyable experience.

Yes, stunning building, but service and room doesn't live up to expectations. Some staff quite ”snobby” and dismissive, some very friendly though - just inconsistent service standards. Sink in bathroom needs maintenance, water took a long time to drain. The room type (cosy) felt a little claustrophobic also as you just look into buildings. Had the ”do not disturb” sign on the door, get someone knocking on the door who said ”just checking if someone's in here” - not acceptable! Lots of loud banging doors and drunken people throughout the hotel. Do not recommend this place if you're looking for some peace and quiet. Based on my first experience I will not stay here again, there are better places for less!

Waterloo mağazasındaki oda çok kompakttır. Web sitesindeki resim büyütülmüş bir versiyondur, ancak gerçekte o kadar büyük değildir! Oda fiyatları farklı platformlarda sık sık değişiyor ve nedenini bilmiyorum. Konumu London Eye'a on dakikalık yürüme mesafesindedir. Ama geceliği 2.300 olan fiyat buna değmez. Eğer fiyat düşükken rezervasyon yaptırırsanız sorun olmaz ama fiyat yüksek, unutun gitsin! Buzdolabı boş. Orada hiçbir şey yok.

Bu otelin High Street Kensington'a yakın harika bir konumu var. Her yere yakınsınız. Her gün yakındaki metroyu kullandım ama genellikle her gün otelden farklı yerlere yürüyerek gittim. Burada kaldığınızda kendinizi bir turist tuzağında hissetmeden gerçekten merkezi hissediyorsunuz. Bence otelin kendisi aldığınız odaya göre pahalı, bu yüzden sanırım konuma göre ödeme yapıyorsunuz. Biraz küçük ama temiz ve personel cana yakın ve yardımsever. Tekrar burada kalırdım. Londra pahalı ve pahalı otellerden kaçınmak zor ve bu konum gerçekten iyiydi.
