Todo muy bien con la habitación, ojo que al ser en interior sólo hay una ventana por la cuál llega un poco de luz de sol; si es un problema para ti mejor reserva una de exterior. Para mí no lo fue ya que estuve fuera todo el día, cuando regresaba ya había oscurecido.
La localización es excelente, a sólo unos pasos de centro de convenciones,.
Sólo tengo un par de observaciones:
- Con el servicio de camarista: el primer día dejé el corbatín de ”no molestar” para que no pasaran a limpiar mientras iba a desayunar, ya que iba a regresar para arreglarme para luego salir; entonce dejé el corbatín para que ya pudieran entrar; el detalle es que no volvieron a dejarlo en la habitación; y el segundo día que cambiaron las toallas no me dejaron una para secarme las manos, sólo dejaron toallas de baño
- El desayuno del sábado tomó mucho tiempo para que me atendieran, no sé si era por el hecho de que era desayuno pagado del hotel o porque tenían 2 reuniones y poca gente, pero sí fue algo molesto

Great location and staff! I’m not a fan of hostel rooms with toilets inside but that’s a personal opinion. Shared toilets outside of the room could have been cleaner. A few impolite and loud guests and someone also stole some of my food in the fridge but that’s not the hostels fault. I’d stay again!

房間挺大的，床也很大，窗外風景也不錯，唯一的缺點是沒有可以開窗的地方，衞生間的排風扇也沒有開關，不知道屋內空氣是如何流通的，早餐300比索太貴了

Das Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war sauber und die Handtücher wurden gewechselt. Das Bett war gemütlich. Der Wasserstrahl der Dusche war in Ordnung und es floss wie es sein sollte auch warmes Wasser. Zum Zentrum musste man ca. 1,5 km gehen was ich selber in Ordnung finde. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war in Ordnung.
Frühstück wurde leider nicht angeboten. Ich hatte ein Zimmer im Erdgeschoss. Das Zimmer war sehr hellhörig und von draußen hörte man jeden Schritt und Tritt. Das Fenster lag zum Flur hin weswegen man kein Tageslicht hatte und die Luft war muffig. Es gab im Bad keinen Abzug. Eine Klimaanlage bzw. Ventilator wäre nicht schlecht gewesen.

SSaiprasaad GThe Courtyard Puebla Las Animas offers an exceptional stay, primarily defined by its majestic location. My room provided a breathtaking, uninterrupted view of the Volcano mountain, which was the absolute highlight—truly spectacular to wake up to.
Beyond the scenery, the hotel excels in comfort and service. The room itself was modern, spacious, and impeccably clean, featuring comfortable bedding and reliable amenities. The entire staff was professional, friendly, and efficient throughout my visit.
Located in the vibrant Las Animas area, the hotel is perfectly situated for easy access to both commercial centers and Puebla's historic core. I highly recommend requesting a volcano-facing room. This is a five-star experience that seamlessly blends convenience with an unforgettable natural backdrop.

MMisafir KullanıcıPros: The room was stunning, the lights are dim, the decor is gorgeous, the bed was comfy, it was clean and the location is fantastic. The service was great. The terrace views are gorgeous. My favorite part was the jacuzzi.
Cons: My room was next to a terrace bar and on top there is another terrace bar, so if your plan is to stay at a quiet space to relax maybe this won't be the right spot. Unfortunately, there was also no hot water the whole morning on the day I was leaving so I had to wait until after the checkout time when they had it fixed but then I felt a little rushed to leave. Even though, the staff was very helpful, they were keeping me updated and they did try their best in a complicated situation that was out of their hands.

La persona que estaba afuera únicamente me indicó dónde estaba la recepción -que se encontraba cerrada- pero con ambas manos ocupadas por las maletas, es complicado abrirla (pues es de perilla) y no te ayuden a abrirla a pesar de ver que tienes las manos ocupadas, lo consideré un punto menos a la hospitalidad.
Sería bueno que hubiera una placa que explique lo que era el hotel previamente. Qué es esa chimenea y para qué se usaba, etc., así como tienen letreros de cómo se llama la fauna.

MMariana A.The overall experience was really good. The only incident was the death person outside the hotel. the moment was scary, but nothing that the hotel was responsible for. Stroke I believe, one employee shared the information.
The roof top bar was very nice and relaxing. Miriam the server that night provide an excellent customer service.

SSammyjake95The hostel is perfectly located in Mexico City for everything you need, they have a great free walking tour and offer a lot of events to people staying there. I think there could be some improvements, we got the private room which was a lot smaller than expected and had no window. Also we stayed there for 3 nights and they never once cleaned the room. Generally they treat you as a dormitory hostel stayer, even if you are in the private room. There is also only 1 place to plug your phone in, so as a couple this was a bit inconvenient. I also would not recommend the breakfast, it’s very very basic and not really worth it.

VVillanoSince checking in …a complete nightmare, I did my reservation and prepaid online with Trip and I was told by the hotel staff that they had no record of the payment and they wouldn’t allow me in, until i called trip and after 1 hour they allowed me in.
I also wanted to order room service, there were no menus and their “online service” was not working… the rooms are a bit old and their ac wasn’t working either surprise surprise…
There’s plenty of options in Puebla … don’t bother staying here it’s very overrated….

👩🏻💻in my experience the reception was not good, the girl in front desk was unfriendly, you need to do your own check in (scanning a QR) and the lady only give you the key card
🛏️room is very austere, not cozy, looks old; but the bed is comfortable
🚽🚿bathroom is big, has towels, soap 🧼 and shampoo. The hand wash basin has mold and the shower floor was wet
🅿️ Parking is ok but is not only for hotel guests, which makes you feel a bit insecure.

🍳The breakfast is good, you can order eggs to your liking, there is fruit, bread, etc.
