Oda temiz, konforlu ve ferahtı. Mini buzdolabı vardı ve bebeğimiz için yoğurtlarımız olduğu için çok işimize yaradı. Banyo kusursuzdu ve hem duş jeli hem de şampuan vardı. Ücretsiz kahve benim için en iyi haberdi, ancak otelin her yerine yayılan güzel koku, deneyimi 5 yıldızlı hissettirdi! Otelin her noktasını olabildiğince konforlu hale getirmek için gerçekten zaman ayırmışlar. Çarşaflar tertemizdi ve yataklar ile yastıklar çok rahattı! Keşke daha uzun kalsaydık, gerçekten keyifli bir deneyimdi.

Plajın hemen yanında, güzel bahçeleri olan hoş bir otel! Köyün en ucunda, marinaya yakın. Personel çok yardımseverdi. Kahvaltıda birçok seçenek vardı. Oda rahattı ama ne yazık ki su ısıtıcısı yoktu.

Ambiente agradável, calmo , mas não avisaram antes de chegar ao hotel ou no ato da reserva que a piscina estava com danos devido a tempestade entao nao deu para aproveitar o espaço em si , atendimento excelente , o quarto já deveria dar para colocar apps na televisão como : netflix ou youtube

Being a big hotel in a tourist hotspot and the staff do not speak ENGLISH? The language of the world!! Not everybody wants to learn Portuguese because it's not a global language. TRYP needs to employ people who know at least some basic English. The language barrier made my life hell. My room was not cleaned on 2 occasions, and the WiFi didn't work at all, and they didn't fix it. A simple fix is for TRYP TO EMPLOY ENGLISH SPEAKING STAFF!!

Boa organização dos colaboradores no apoio do pequeno almoço e depois na piscina. Muito simpáticos. Pequeno almoço muito bom e bem organizado em termos da disposição da comida e de máquinas de apoio (café, panquecas...) Recepção, colaboradores eficientes e simpaticos Limpeza do quarto, muito boa, sem reparos Quarto bem dimensionado e com tudo o que é necessário. Globalmente um excelente espaço. Gostamos muito.

It was about 2 years ago since we were here last. A few things have improved but the rooms we stayed this time had no airco and for Portugal room without airco in the summer I can tell you it’s terrible to sleep. The breakfast is good, the service is good everybody is really friendly and helpful but the hotel really needs an urgent renovation. Attached picture is what you look at at breakfast could for sure use an urgent tlc

My room included a pleasant balcony overlooking the golf course, adding to the relaxed ambiance. Areas for Improvement: • Housekeeping: Room cleanliness could be significantly improved. Upon arrival, I noticed dust, hair, and a dirty carpet that became apparent with closer inspection. The bathroom could use more thorough cleaning, especially in removing any buildup on fixtures and seals. Addressing these details would make a noticeable difference. • Maintenance: Some minor repairs are needed. For instance, one of the door hangers was broken, and while the shower had great water pressure, the seals could benefit from a refresh. These small updates would enhance the overall quality of the rooms. • Amenities: The hotel provides two bottles of water daily, but there was one day it was missed. When I asked about it, I was simply directed to drink tap water, which was surprising. A more consistent approach to these amenities would be appreciated. • Breakfast Experience: While the breakfast selection was generally good, the pastries could be of higher quality. AAugusto H.A localização do apartamento é perfeita, em frente ao mar, com acesso direto à praia e à piscina, ideal para uns dias de descanso. No entanto, os serviços deixam muito a desejar. O apartamento não dispõe de qualquer tipo de amenities, como, garrafa de água, café ou outros produtos habitualmente disponibilizados em alojamentos 4 estrelas. Apesar de ter uma máquina de café e uma máquina de lavar loiça, não havia sequer uma cápsula de café ou detergente para a loiça. Também não existia um escorredor para secar a loiça lavada à mão. Solicitei por duas vezes, tanto por telefone como presencialmente, um par de chinelos e detergente para a máquina, mas nunca chegaram a ser entregues. Cheguei mesmo a deslocar-me à receção (que fica noutra estrutura) durante a noite, onde me garantiram que seriam entregues na manhã seguinte, o que não aconteceu. Em resumo, o apartamento é amplo e bem localizado, mas a ausência total de serviços e a falta de atenção aos pedidos dos hóspedes tornam a experiência bastante desapontante. Uma pena, pois o espaço tem muito potencial.

EEddie RogersUpon Vila'da 4 gece kaldım. İlk izlenimlerim çok iyiydi; Targus Nehri'ne bakan ve deniz kıyısındaki çeşitli restoranlara kısa bir sürüş mesafesindeki konumuyla başladı. Odam oldukça büyüktü ve balkonda birkaç koltuk, bir masa ve 2 sandalye vardı. Odamda ayrıca ücretsiz bir şişe su ve kurabiye de vardı. Kahvaltı saatleri 08:00 - 11:00 arasıydı, bu da geç kalkanlar için harika bir seçenek. Kahvaltı hakkındaki ilk izlenimlerim hayal kırıklığıydı. Birkaç mısır gevreği, sınırlı meyve ve hamur işi vardı. Pişmiş kahvaltıda sadece yumurta ve pastırma, başka bir gün mantar vardı. Ayrıca 4 gün boyunca aynı yiyecekler servis edildi. Menüyü her gün değiştirmek daha iyi olurdu. Genel olarak keyifli bir konaklamaydı ama kahvaltı seçenekleri beni hayal kırıklığına uğrattı.

MMisafir KullanıcıO hotel tem vistas mar mas não é primeira linha, esta num alto mas afastado. Os funcionários foram de uma maneira geral muito simpáticos. O quarto superior é pequeno, assim como o wc mas suficiente. O minibar é super silencioso, a mangueira higiénica tinha a pressão um pouco descontrolada. A sonorização para o corredor e para o exterior não é a melhor mas também não é muito má, mas dos outros quartos não ouvi qualquer ruído. O SPA a piscina é pequenina, controlam a lotação com pre reservas e as crianças pequenas só podem frequentar de manhã. O ginásio tem algumas máquinas, suficientes para trabalhar os grandes grupos musculares. O pequeno almoço é variado, a meu ver falta o típico pão alentejano, no primeiro dia os ovos mexidos tinham um aspeto muito ressequido, no segundo dia já tinham bom aspeto, acho de mau tom as 10h em ponto começarem os funcionários num alvoroço a recolher mesas e a condicionar o acesso apenas a uma parte do buffet, iniciando as limpezas e já não reponham nada. Foi uma estadia agradável.

AAlentejoIt is always so good to be back. Even on a winter day, the hotel makes you feel comfortable. Relaxing landscape in a very large room, with an excellent bed. Water and chocolates are provided as courtesy. The balcony seems to put you inside the countryside, breath in breath out, and take all the fresh air you can. You can even take a bath while you enjoy the view. Breakfast is sublime. Freshly baked eggs on demand, coffee bar with hand made beverages, pastry and fresh fruit with several local items available. All of this while you glance at the infinite pool. You can even have breakfast outside, if it is not to cold.
