Stayed 2 nights, front desk staffs are very helpful. Our room view over looking the harbour that’s beautiful. The issues we had was the first night we wanted dine in the hotel the Buffet restaurant was full, then the 2nd floor Japanese restaurants also full. We booked 2nd night dinner at buffet restaurant. We were told it’s full can only have it at 8pm. Guess what, when we arrive at the restaurant at 8pm. that’s not much food left no refill. My recommendation staying at the hotel is good but better not dine in the buffet restaurant for dinner.

The hotel is surrounded by all kinds of restaurants and is close to the shopping streets. Complimentary hot and cold drinks are provided free all day on a self serve basis. The room though not large, is clean and has separate toilet and bath/shower. The reception staff are friendly and speak English.

Love the room floor space where i can do my morning stretch, and not to mention the long table space where I can do some read, work write facing the far off hills view with ample morning sunlight. Window can be opened, which is a bonus point. The front desk service team was splendid, polite and helpful, giving a pleasant feel whenever passing through the lobby on level 8 for change of elevator. Amenities were basic, tho good for me as I packed most of my own toiletries. Cleanliness can be improved nonetheless as i noted dust at corner walls. All else for a 3 star accommodation was good enough

I stayed here for one night and found it very convenient, as the port is located right in front of the hotel. I needed to take the ferry/high-speed boat, so the location was perfect. A pleasant surprise was the public bath on the top floor, which I enjoyed. However, I didn’t purchase a breakfast ticket upon arrival and later discovered I couldn’t buy breakfast at the hotel—this lack of flexibility was disappointing. Overall, it’s a good place to stay if you plan to visit the nearby islands.

It’s located in a prime location up on a hill with breath taking view. Spacious rooms with good facilities and hospitality. Easy accessible local traffic just down the hill. 4.5/5

My friend and I stayed at Webase two single rooms during our trip for Setouchi Triennale 2025. Although it is a bit far from the station and Takamatsu Port (20 minutes on foot), it is very close to shopping area, and the food streets, Many restaurants and cafes nearby. Friendly English / Mandarins speaking staffs, easy self check-in/out. All was as expected and described.

Place is convenient to all the different shopping streets in Takamatsu. It's quite a distance away from the pier for walking, but there are many different bus services available so it's at max a 16 minutes away from main station and there is a bus stop point right in front of the hotel. Hotel feels relatively new, the standard double room is small but comfortable. Recommended!

Wow, a really clean and comfortable hotel with very helpful staff. The location was spot on. The bus stop is right outside the hotel and it isn't too far of a walk to the main train station. The rooms were clean and very spacious, the bath was bigger than most baths in the bathrooms in Japanese hotels. The only drawback I have is that other tourists were being noisy in the hallways but that isn't the hotels fault (other visitors should really respect the fact that people paid to stay here). The bed was really comfortable and the WiFi had a great signal. The smoking area closes at 00:00 but the convenience store 2 minutes walk away has a smoking area.

Excellent location for train, buses and ferries. Room clean if somewhat dilapidated (peeling wallpaper). Windows are sound proof so it’s very quiet. Breakfast consists of your choice of drink and two buns/sandwiches in a good bakery in the train station. Wifi terrible, needed to be switched on and off to boost about every 30 seconds. Tea/coffee for the taking in the lobby.

First of all, I must say the service was absolutely fantastic!! They really work hard and did a really great job, especially the lady with a pair of glasses! So sorry I didn’t get the name, please transfer my big thank you for the assistance for checking in, picking up my baggage and driving me from the hotel to JR station. You are very cute by the way lol Secondly, although the price is a bit high, I do recommended it if you come here for a rest, a celebration or even with friends. A quiet, spacious hotel which must try once in a lifetime.
