My second stay in this hotel, I enjoyed their hospitality so much! Remember to bring your toothbrush and slippers in you can when decided to stay in this hotel. I discovered morw around the places nearby this time, the location is superb!!

Hizmet ***et özenli ve dikkatliydi, hemen çocuklara özel diş fırçası getirildi. Su dünyası çok eğlenceliydi ve çocuklar çok eğlendiler. Otellerde uyumak genelde zordur ama Parisliler rahat ve derin uykudalar. Havaalanına ve iskeleye çok yakın ve sizi almaya gelen ** arabalar var, bu da çok kullanışlı. We booked theFamily Room, which was an excellent choice for us. The room was spacious and very clean, with plenty of room for all four of us to be comfortable. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, and we all slept soundly in the quiet room. We also appreciated amenities like the separate bath and shower, mini-bar, and free Wi-Fi. RIO Hotel was an outstanding choice for our family trip to Macau. It provided great value, combining the comfort of a clean and roomy base with the ultimate convenience of an easily accessible central location. We highly recommend it to other families visiting the city and would certainly stay here again.

Amazing 5-star hotel with stunning views of Macau! The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with anything. Great location — close to major attractions and transport. The atmosphere is calm and elegant, perfect for both leisure and business stays. Excellent value for money — I would definitely stay here again!

Overall, the stay was good, but the downfall was having to pay to use sauna. In the description, it says indoor pool, sauna, spa. Hence I picked this hotel. The indoor pool was free but it was too stuffy and hot, even the staff agreed and they said it was cos of heated pool. But they never fink of opening windows or air conditioning or even fan. When I asked where the sauna is, usually it's in changing room but they say it's in spa and we had to pay $180 per person for each session. This is the first time I had to pay. I know spa you have to pay cos require beautician and staff for service but sauna...😱😱 if I had known you have to pay, I would not consider this hotel. I have never heard I have to pay to use sauna in all my stays in hotel and I have stayed in plenty of hotels since I am a platinum member in Trip.com Apart from not being able to use sauna overall I was happy with the stay. The location is OK, you can kinda walk to other resorts nearby, quicker than using shuttle bus, but still takes at least 10 30 min pending which one you wanna walk to.

I’m a local staying here for post-surgery recovery, extended my stay two times. Reception is decent and helpful. The Japanese restaurant on ground floor is really good and so is the Chinese restaurant on the second floor. I’d say give it a try if you’re staying there, the price is average, totally not overpriced for being inside a hotel. The room soundproof is terrible, you’re out of luck if other guests staying in rooms surrounding you talk super loud or have loud kids. You can also clearly hear conversations outside the hallway. You can also hear the water pipe noises whenever people staying upstairs/downstairs shower. Not the most serene environment. Amenities are alright, the provided shower gel, shampoo and conditioner are a bit small so you’d constantly have to ask for refills for longer stays. The bath tub is bigger than usual ones so that’s a good thing but not a fan of the type of shower head they chose, and the tube is a bit short too but there’s an overhead if needed. I wouldn’t say the location is convenient for tourists as there is nothing surrounding the hotel but they do provide scheduled shuttle buses to get round town and to some hotspots. The walk to the nearest light rail station is around 12-18min (depending on your pace) on foot.
