Great location and great hotel. Very accessible and near to malls and attractions. The hotel has amazing restaurants from fine dining to more affordable food halls - you’ll really never go hungry! 😊And if you’re planning to watch sports games at The Stadium, the hotel has direct access to premium boxes 😊 you’re watching without really leaving the hotel. It’s really the best place to stay. Also, the tram and other public transports are just a walk away!
We are coming with family occupied two rooms. Front office staff are very nice and arrange us on the same floor. The rooms are big enough to open two large suitcases. The double bed is so huge that can sleep three people. The only complaint is the car park arrangement, this information need to post in the website for us to aware in advance as the carpark is not on the same building and there is no space to park the car for unloading the luggages. The front office staff only tell us we cannot drive through the building at that time cars cannot enter. We need to park to two designated parking areas which make us in a hurry to drive away the car.
I had a fantastic stay at Nagasaki Marriott Hotel, the room is spacious and clean, location is great.
I sustained an ankle sprain during my trip and front desk staff, Tashiro-san, was extremely helpful and efficient to assist in contacting emergency services and arranging for a taxi to send me to the hospital.
I would like to express my gratitude to Tashiro-san as I can see that she spent a lot of effort to arrange the whole thing. It is such exceptional service that makes the hotel and staff stand out from the rest. Thank you!
Clean, comfortable beds and located nearby Chinatown. Room was a bit small so do take note if you have big luggages. There was a small table with 2 chairs in the room which took up a bit of space. I checked in rather late and the staff manning the reception looked overworked and tired, hence he didn't come across as really welcoming and friendly. When I checked out the next morning, it was him as well but he looked better. Breakfast was quite ok with a lot of variety. A near drive to Dejima wharf. Recommended for couples or solo travelers.
We had a connecting room facing Huis Ten Bosch. There's a private entrance that people staying at Hotel Nikko can use to get into the amusement park which closes at 9.30am.
If you are early, you can check in first and leave your luggage. The staff will bring them to the room when the room is ready while we went to the amusement park.
The facilities are dated but clean. There's onsen that we can use and the breakfast spread is tasty 😋
Staff are very friendly.
Not a full service hotel but room is comfortable and location is good.
More on the self service kind and do not expect the usual friendly kind of hospitality (but was pleasant) from standard hotels.
Stayed one night in this hotel, the interior is new and clean. The mini self service cafe at the reception is very welcoming, they even provide take away cup for guests to bring the coffee/tea to the room, I find this is a thoughtful gesture.
This hotel has good variety of amenities, the room is compact and functional, good for solo travelers. There is a microwave in the room to heat up the food, and humidifier at the common area if you ever needed one. I personally like the public bath a lot, especially the outdoor pool. The room has the body wash and shampoo, other toiletries can be self service from the reception.
Not forget about the location, just a stone throw away from 2 tram stations, basically you could travel around Nagasaki from these 2 tram stations.
One thing worth mentioning is, the bus no 5 that goes to Inasa-yama park cable care and slope care station, is just few minutes from the hotel, which is a pleasant surprise and saves me a lot of time when I was trying to find my way to the park.
Overall, I had a pleasant stay in this hotel, highly recommend it!

Ttraveller-59Our trip to Huis Ten Bosch was compounded a hundred fold by staying at Hotel Okura Jr. The place is awesome and has a boat ride exclusive for hotel guests. The room is spacious and the breakfast is amazing! Would recommend to anyone planning a trip to Huis Ten Bosch Nagasaki!

JJeffreyyyyyyyI booked this place only for one night but it was totally worth it, and I immediately regretted my past decision of booking this place only for 1 day…
It was perfect place for calm-wellness kind of fam-trip with its spas(located in each bldgs!), delicious dinner(pre-booking is a must, i presume?) and breakfast!
Inasayama(MT.Inasa) hill’s location could be the only problem but if you do not insist in downtown tour, it won’t bother you!!!!
They have pre-booking(1day ago) guest only shuttle bus but operation time is very limited!
MMisafir KullanıcıThe hotel is situated in an extended portion in a corner lot of the I-land. Many resort facilities. We enjoyed the area very much. Our room has a great view of the sea. The only shortcoming was the food was just average and minimum. It was also slow in serving - took 2 hours to serve 6 dishes! Overall, I gave 70 marks for its overall score.

MMisafir KullanıcıDormy Inn Premium Nagasaki Ekimae is by far one of the best hotel in Japan I stayed in. There is available parking at a small fees of JPY1,200 per day. The room is big and clean, and the onsen was superb running through the night. There is free yakult drink and ice cream after onsen and free ramen if you are hungry at night. The breakfast was a shout out with authentic Japanese style dishes. It is a fantastic hotel that I will come back again.

SS00026I recently stayed at this Japanese hotel, and it was a fantastic experience. The location is great, with easy access to key attractions and transport, though finding food in Nagasaki can be a bit tricky, especially early in the morning. That’s why I highly recommend booking their breakfast—it's absolutely the best. The spread includes everything from traditional Japanese dishes to international options, and the quality is outstanding. It's definitely worth paying extra for, and you won’t regret it. The hotel’s service was also top-notch, with friendly and attentive staff who made sure I felt comfortable throughout my stay. The Chinese-inspired decor added a unique touch that made the atmosphere even more special. Given the excellent service, beautiful facilities, and amazing breakfast, this hotel offers great value for the price. Highly recommend!
