"Ertesi günkü on iki saatlik uçuşumuza hazırlanırken rahat bir deneyim yaşama umuduyla otelde bir gece bir gün kaldık. Bize sunulan ilk oda fena görünmüyordu, ancak tuvaletten yayılan ve odanın da kötü kokmasına neden olan iğrenç bir koku vardı - tuvalet kapısı kulplu değildi, bu yüzden banyoda herhangi bir koku varsa yayılıyor ve tüm odayı kötü kokutuyordu. "This hotel is very strategic as the Metro Longlou is just outside the hotel entrance! Very service oriented front office and the employer provides them with a Translator which serves us very very indeed Room was excellent and they have Hi Tea from 2pm to 4pm for guests. Something that is unique for a traveler like us. Plug points are plentiful! So, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Xian and wants to be centre of everything TQ for everything to make our stay comfortable."

"Street was in an excellent location, which was great to get around the city and see all the iconic sites like the bell tower, drum tower and Great Wall of Xi’an. Very good value for the room we got. Staff was very attentive and responded to requests fast and efficient. Amenities were good as we got clean towels everyday and two bottles of water. Cons: the drainage system needs to be checked as every now and again the bathroom and room would stink so bad of rotten eggs which was unpleasant and off putting. Could do with a foot mat as the floors get quite wet after getting out of the shower. Pleasant stay overall."

"Very good service by lady at reception. 5 Star to her particularly. Even offered to order for me from local food delivery app when I checked-in in the middle of night. Robot butler available. Pillows could be a little better. AC did not work for us but to be fair I never called the reception as it was really late and I didn't want someone coming into room. Wifi worked at night but didnt work properly in the morning. Airpurifuer in the room was a nice touch.Breakfast spread was decent but even hot dishes didnt feel hot rather a little cold. Location is right next to wall which was superb but far from xianbie railway station ( you will need to go there to take high speed trains and not xian railway station which is next door). Lastly and most importantly, I booked a non smoking room and it took airpurifier, window and me around 3 hours to get the smell out to the point i could sleep. PLEASE GET SMELL OUT BEFORE GIVING IT TO NEXT CUSTOMER. Hallways also smelled of smoke which i guess is guest smoking and not hotel's issue in particular."

"We loved our stay at the hotel! The amenities were very cool and everything was spotlessly clean. The hotel's location is great a few minutes from the train station and the subway. The neighbour is nice and quiet with shops and restaurants open until late. We liked the room amenities and we have greatly appreciated the breakfast that has western options with omelette, sausages, bacon and toasted bread. This is a very nice touch for foreigners. Also, the small sweet cakes offered for breakfast are very yummy. We did the Hanfu experience offered by the hotel and it was a little difficult to communicate and understand what we were supposed to do and go to hire the dresses but in the end we managed. A big thank you to the hotel staff, very kind and professional."
