The hotel looks brand new, is really well kept, well clean and the service and the staff are very professional and friendly. The location of the hotel is great, right in the center of Amboise, and the parking is very convenient. Also the breakfast is great. The room was really good, great large comfortable bed. The only odd thing was that the hotel blocked 200 euros as a deposit in my credit card, as if I was renting a car, never saw this before in my multiple years of travelling.

酒店是個老建築，看上去很古典，但好像新刷了漆還是用臘打了地板，味道非常大。因為晚上用餐回去很晚，所以躺下才發現味道已經半夜，不好意思打擾，開着窗子坐了一晚，很無奈。

Terrible experience of trapped inside the hotel lift for half an hour before the hotel technician helped open the lift manually to get me and my spouse out. We were very upset that no apologies were given to us for such terrible ordeal! Especially, during the trapped period, there's complete darkness with no air-cond., or not much air circulation at all.

Nous avons été bien accueillies par le personnel serviable et sympathique. Les locaux sont propres, les lits confortables et le petit déjeuner très correct. Le seul bémol, pour la chambre PMR que nous occupions est l’absence de barre de maintien aux WC, le siège de douche trop haut et l’absence d’un mitigeur à la douche permettant d’avoir une température constante. Malgré cela , nous sommes contents de notre séjour. Marie

Nahe des historischen Zentrums gelegen kann man das Fahrzeug bequemj in der Tiefgarage stehen lassen um die Stadt zu erkunden. Zimmer war großzügig und sauber, und beim Frühstück hat es an nichts gemangelt.

La habitación es amplia y muy cómoda. Tiene aire acondicionado. No ponen toalla de lavabo. Sólo la de ducha y una pequeña para el suelo, al salir de la ducha. En mi caso, la de ducha estaba un poco rota, pero era una habitación doble y la otra toalla estaba perfecta. No lo habrian visto. No tiene ascensor. Está junto a la carretera, casi enfrente de un centro comercial. Pero tiene buenas ventanas de PVC, que aislan totalmente y no se oye nada del ruido exterior.

Chateau was beautiful but this was more of a 3 star hotel. Room we stayed in was very musty smelling.

首先我要給這個酒店總體差評。 我們訂了一個城堡大床房型，在攜程平台上的圖片展示裏，是有浴缸的房型，本來我們準備住在盧瓦爾那邊，但看到有浴缸，考慮到在巴黎很多步行，當天孩子可以在酒店休息，我才選擇多開一個小時車程來這個酒店住宿。 但入住時發現，不僅是一個小閣樓房，而且沒有浴缸，通過攜程平台與酒店溝通，回覆是當天滿房，沒有其他可換。這顯然是一個錯誤邏輯。既然顯示浴缸房可以預訂，就應該可以安排，以滿房為藉口，訂單既然被確認，就説明我們的協議確立，結果到現場安排一個不符合我們約定的房型，這顯然不符合歐洲倡導的遵守協議的精神，這是詐騙。 這裏要給攜程點贊，一直在堅持幫我們與相關代理商和酒店溝通，最後達成賠償協議。 但令人遺憾的事又發生了，我發現我們房間的空調不能工作，與酒店反覆溝通，最後兩個空調出風口衹有一個能有微弱風力，我們衹好稍微打開窗户睡覺，但窗外有空調嗡鳴聲，導致很晚入睡。 第二天早晨，又一次打擊襲來。因為頭晚入睡晚，導致第二天早晨孩子十點半才醒，酒店在入住時提示我們，下樓在餐廳吃早餐時間是7-10點，早餐送房間服務可到11點。我們在10點45跟酒店電話溝通，請餐廳送早餐到房間，但等到11點03，仍然沒有早餐送來。考慮到需要開長途到戴高樂機場辦理登機手續，我們實在沒時間跟酒店扯皮了。衹好餓着肚子辦理退房離開。 酒店的環境不錯，所謂的城堡酒店，城堡很小，但建築漂亮，院內有森林和蓮池，荷葉上還有小青蛙，餐廳是開放的，坐在院子裏吃飯，看風景很舒服。酒店還有一個小遊泳池。硬件不錯，環境也很好。房間裏的設施也都很新，浴室設施品質不錯。 酒店的位置位於圖爾的半山這邊，盧瓦河在山下，圖爾的老城也在山下，距離約3.5公里。開車下山，可以定位圖爾教堂，傍晚以後把車停在教堂和城堡之間的停車場，是免費的，旁邊小街上都是各種餐廳，還有一家家樂福營業到晚上10點。街上餐廳有法餐意大利菜和敍利亞菜，法餐都比較事兒，不會法語很麻煩，價格人均要20歐左右。如果想保險，就去吃簡單的土耳其烤肉。
