The interior of the hotel is old, and at times the voices of other guests echoed and felt noisy But it is still good hotel to stay"

"酒店在新花捲站和花捲站都有免費的迎送車，看好時間，最好坐免費車前往，不然坐公交車還得花700日元。接站車不用預約，從車站出來就可以看到接站的牌子。不是酒店專門的車，是好幾家酒店共用的大巴。 大澤温泉分菊水館、湯治屋、山水閣三家，連在一起的，温泉也是共用的。山水閣是新樓，住宿條件好很多。 酒店服務非常好，前台小姑娘禮貌，非常耐心細緻地介紹酒店各項設施。這個房型的房間風景很美，房間大，乾淨。 酒店的温泉很多，有混浴，也有男女分別的，個人認為山水閣的最好。這裏的泉質很好，PH值9，妥妥的美人湯！ 酒店晚餐是日式的，很好吃！早餐是自助餐，品質優秀。餐廳服務非常好！ 酒店的插花很漂亮！"

"特別一提 酒店的全名是山之神溫泉 別墅 清流館（SeRyuKan） 會這樣說是因為山之神溫泉有3座溫泉設施： 普通的日式溫泉旅館 山之神溫泉 優香苑（YuKaYin） 日歸溫泉旅館 なごみ(NaGoMi) 最後是別墅 清流館 於新幹線新花卷站西口出門轉右，會有免費溫泉接駁巴士，於2號月台分別1510 1610 及1710發車，司機會拿著牌子問你到哪一間旅館，指著清流館便可。 除此以外的時間必須搭乘計程車往旅館，標準費用為8000日圓以下。 接駁巴士會將旅客送到［優香苑］，等候職員安排乘坐小客車到另一邊廂的清流館大廳辦理入住手續。 退房時，早上十時或之前免費接駁巴士會駛到優香苑前，客人需要9時30分前於清流館退房並乘坐小客車到優香苑等候巴士。 巴士到達新花卷站時大約10時45分，請務必留意新幹線及到機場的時間，比方說要趕10時20分的新幹線回東京是不可能的，但新幹線一小時只有一班會停新花卷站。 酒店的用餐時間由下午6時開始，早餐由早上7時開始。不論於清流館抑或優香苑用餐，都需要先提早一天經由清流館職員協助預約，並會告知相關費用。如選擇了純住宿沒有早晚餐，請小心三座溫泉旅館只有優香苑的接待處提供微波炒飯及意粉的選擇，收費800日圓一份。 其他關於酒店服務的評價請參考我前幾篇評價喔～"

"This is the best ever hotel I have ever been to in Japan. The name Richmond guarantees so many things. You can count on it. Even though it’s not in a big city like Tokyo or Osaka, but if you are visiting Morioka - choose this hotel. It worth every penny of yours. The staffs are so helpful, dedicated and dependable at anytime and any situation you need. All staffs say that their English are not good, but I who lived in London for many years would say that their skill is more than just okay. Even the housekeepers are still nice. I have some problems with my luggage transfers to the airport from the hotel and they are trying their best to help me alleviate those. There is a free service lounge from noon to 8pm in the 2nd floor. The microwave oven and ice machine on the 7th floor. The coin washing machine is also located on the 7th floor - 500 yens for wash and dry. Convenient store(Lawson) is on the ground floor with direct access from the lobby. I’ve stayed on the 9th floor. The room is big and the view of the station was fabulous. Free WiFi is available. And the TV system communicates with all the system of the hotel shows all the information you need - even the time left of the coin washing machine that you used. Yakiniku and many delicious restaurants just around the corner from the hotel. Definitely will stay here again anytime I visit Morioka."

"有接駁車來往盛岡站，一定要預約，司機會點名的。 可以先上官網，留意活動日期。我們平日來，有些活動(纜車觀星、家庭滑雪樂園)未有安排，原來要在星期六、日才有 。 而我們在農曆新年年初一住宿，剛巧安排了煙火，雖然只是三分鐘，但都很有氣氛～"

"We had a great experience with the ski trails and facilities—well-maintained and enjoyable. The hotel price is reasonable. The bed wasn’t the most comfortable but still acceptable. The ski-in/ski-out access is a major plus. The shuttle bus makes it easy to get to Lawson for any essentials. The hotel has a dedicated Yamato counter, which is very convenient for sending gear to and from the hotel. However, there are no restaurants outside the hotel, and the dining options inside are quite pricey."
