Everything is excellent here. The staffs are nice and very helpful, the location across the station is the best for me to walk with a big luggage. The room is neat and clean for having a good resting night. The free space in the 2nd floor that provides many choices of free drink with a good view direct to station is truly amazing. I strongly recommend to stay in this hotel if you happen to visit Morioka. And of course I will stay in this hotel if I come back again to Morioka in the near future.

今回は急遽宿泊予定だったので、素泊まりでしたが設備の説明が丁寧でわかりやすかったです。 泊まる前に分からないことを問い合わせした時の電話対応も簡潔でとても良かったです。 温泉が部屋と大浴場の泉質が違いどちらも良**れぞれ楽しめました。 ランドリーコーナーもあり、子どもの着替えを洗うことができて助かりました。マッサージ機もとても良かっです運転の疲れが吹っ飛んでいくくらいよかった。 部屋は清潔で冷蔵庫やゴミ箱が大きくて助かりました。冷蔵庫の中にたっぷりお水があってありがたかったです。

The hotel is within walking distance from the Morioka Shinkansen station, the rooms are spacious and is near the main shopping street with a mall across the street.

從盛岡站步行10分鐘、盛岡巴士中心步行15-20分鐘可以到達，位置很不錯，出來就是熱鬧的商業街，酒店雖然不算新，但是設施完善，除了浴場還有免費飲料服務，房間乾淨整潔，用品充足，早餐是最棒的，非常非常豐富，各種食品供應一應俱全，而且價格性價比超高，推薦這家酒店。

Next to the train station. When compared to other hotels, there aren’t many amenities to use. But they do have the necessary amenities.

有接駁車來往盛岡站，一定要預約，司機會點名的。 可以先上官網，留意活動日期。我們平日來，有些活動(纜車觀星、家庭滑雪樂園)未有安排，原來要在星期六、日才有 。 而我們在農曆新年年初一住宿，剛巧安排了煙火，雖然只是三分鐘，但都很有氣氛～

Really love the hotel. Its right in front of the train station. Check in was very smooth. The staff helped with the process. Then you are provided with a night gown to use. The room was quite spacious for Japan and it was comfortable. And the breakfast was nice too. It was a small spread but has variety and were all good. We have no complaints about this hotel and wish to stay at other Comfort Inns as well if all are as good as this hotel.

Just 2 minutes walk from train station. The usual business hotel in Japan. Compact in size and decent. Those with big luggage will have difficulty opening the luggage. Staff is friendly and efficient. Included breakfast is decent. Surrounding has eateries and mini marts.

酒店在新花捲站和花捲站都有免費的迎送車，看好時間，最好坐免費車前往，不然坐公交車還得花700日元。接站車不用預約，從車站出來就可以看到接站的牌子。不是酒店專門的車，是好幾家酒店共用的大巴。 大澤温泉分菊水館、湯治屋、山水閣三家，連在一起的，温泉也是共用的。山水閣是新樓，住宿條件好很多。 酒店服務非常好，前台小姑娘禮貌，非常耐心細緻地介紹酒店各項設施。這個房型的房間風景很美，房間大，乾淨。 酒店的温泉很多，有混浴，也有男女分別的，個人認為山水閣的最好。這裏的泉質很好，PH值9，妥妥的美人湯！ 酒店晚餐是日式的，很好吃！早餐是自助餐，品質優秀。餐廳服務非常好！ 酒店的插花很漂亮！
