I have stayed here many times in the past, and every time I stay it seems like they have made more improvements. 2 years ago you had to ask for water, but it was available if requested, then last year water was on a small display with coffee, tea, and makeup removal kit, now they have added refrigerator with cold water bottles and a display with room temperature water bottles. This may seem small, but everything else is already very nice here, and they are still finding small ways to continue improvement. Staff is always friendly. Hotel is always clean. Hotel lobby has seasonal decorations which are very nice, and are related to Toyohashi area.

ラグーナのナイトプールの後、宿泊させて頂きました。 有料道路が20時で閉鎖される為、それまでにチェックインしないといけないなど、宿泊前はハラハラしましたが、電話で細かく説明して頂いたり、チェックイン後は、親切丁寧な接客や、遅くに到着したのに翌朝の朝食の確認などきめ細かいご対応で凄く好印象で良かったです。 今年から、リニューアルで頑張って見えるとお聞きして納得しました。 また、梨🍐のサービスや、水回りは改装され綺麗で、価格が安く大満足です。 今回は大変お世話になり有難う御座いました。 コスパが良く大変おすすめです。 また、次回の時は宜しくお願いします。

残念ながら、大浴場の入場時間に間に合わなかったのですが、泊まった部屋からはお城が見えて、良い滞在になりました。川沿いで駐車場も無料で良かったです。ホテルのカフェのスタッフさんのサービスも親切でした。

4-star hotel, it was decent & clean. Room size is standard in Jpn. For Asians, it was ok. 10 min walk to train station. Bus stop is around 5 min walk if you’re going to Nagoya Castle. You can get your hygiene ammenities at the lobby. Pajama is available at the room. Hair dryer/blower is available too. Flat iron can be borrowed too. Laundry area is located at 2F. ¥300 washer, ¥100 dryer. Family mart & Lawson are the nearest combini. Had a nice sleep here. Walang mumu haha

It’s a great hotel located in the heart of Nagoya - Sakae is a great spot to see attractions and plenty of food options nearby. You can see Oasis21 and Mirai Tower, the ferris wheel and the restaurants nearby. You can do Lawson runs and enjoy the overall comfort of the hotel. The Breakfast is awesome and I highly recommend getting it. Grindelwald was nice as well!

Geographically very ideal. It is close to the metro and directly above the bus station, located in the heart of the city, and surrounded by shops and restaurants of all kind. Yet it is still not difficult to navigate.  The hotel service was supreme with very kind staff that are fluent in different languages and prompt with helping the residents.  The hotel room is up to par. It’s clean and spacious with all the equipment you require, like kettles and hair dryer. Furniture includes a desk and a moderately-sized television. Even though it’s close to the metro it is quiet in the hotel room.  Overall a satisfying stay. Would recommend.

Good location at Sakae, service is good. Walking distance to Donki. Taking exit 8 with lift then cross the road if you’re bring the luggage.

Good location, walking distance to Nagoya JR Station and other attractions like the Nagoya Castle and various shopping districts! Small quirk of the room design being the lack of an area to put clothes while showering, and the kettle for some reason doesn't stop after it has boiled? But at least the staff were friendly and quick to resolve issues

The location further then expected luckily have shuttle service to the airport terminal. The staff were friendly but slightly inexperienced. We arrive before noon, would appreciate they would do the check-in process first even though the rooms were not ready. As the hotel location is slightly far, when we return later in the evening, very tired, it took more then 30min to complete the check-in procedure. Kindly look into the process and provide a better check-in experience. Thanks

基本問題なくすごました。良い点：駐車場無料、ウエルカムドリンク、対応が良い（特に朝食担当の方々の接客は素晴らしい。）。悪い点：シャワーカーテンが匂う。 結果全体的に過ごしやすいホテルであるといえる。
