I like this hotel. I've stayed here for 2 times. They provide a free transfer from and to Railway station and a city centre. Very good onsen with a scenic view on Sakurajima. You can also rent a bike here in the hotel for a reasonable price. Convenience store is right by the hotel.

Everything from the room, the spa, breakfast and the surrounding area was good. The city view and sakurajima view were stunning. There’s a shuttle going to and from downtown. The checkin experience was no good - long queue and not clear to foreigners.

Hotel Kyocera is probably one of the largest hotel in Kirishima. It has two buildings ( main and annex) and looks quite good architecturally. They are connected by a bridge on the 3 floor which has the walking escalator- and a display of the various places that have been listed as world heritage sites in Japan. Inside the main building, there is a glass church which is ideal for weddings. In the basement, there is a large onsen, and spa. It is certainly a good place for having a holiday. The overall condition of the rooms are good- and the rooms are of good size. My room faces the East and has a perfect view of sunrise! Good location, easy access to tram and shopping / restaurant area. Great breakfast. Only problem is air conditioning is set to heating only, outside temperature is over 10 degrees and having cooling will make more sense, we end up turning off the air conditioner and open window instead, rather bearing the traffic noise than a more than warm room.

Very clean place. Rooms quite small. Breakfast was great. Would recommend and stay here again.

Amazing hotel in Kagoshima, the room window is directly facing the Sakurajima volcano. Mesmerising to look at it for sunrise and sunset. The hot spring spa is also great, and the restaurants are also super good quality. Highly recommended.

実家への帰省で利用しました。地元にいる時はなかなか利用する機会がなかったので、今回宿泊できてよかったです！部屋の雰囲気も良く、朝食も美味しかったです。屋上も可愛かったです。駐車場はチェックイン時に券を渡すと無料にしてくれます。また機会がありましたら利用させてもらいます。

마야가하역에서 무료 셔틀 버스가 있고, 이부스키 사라쿠회관까지도 왕복 셔틀이 있습니다. 진짜 시설도 너무 깔끔하고, 친절합니다.:) 일본인분들이 많았고, 한국인은 저희 1팀이였지만 진짜 좋은 곳입니다! 무조건 추천 조식, 석식, 온천 다 완벽했던 곳입니다💗 일본 료칸 제대로 즐기고, 바다뷰까지 최고였습니다.

Gave us the wrong room at first but then upgraded to a better room on 9th floor, which is nice. Washing machine/dryer is fast and very quiet. We liked the induction cooktop, which makes cooking quite enjoyable. You can see Sakurajima while laying on the daybed. Room is new and clean with high quality interior finish and fittings. Overall it's a very pleasant expereice. The only thing that can be improved is guest education. Kids staying upstairs kept jumping on the floor after 10:30pm. There should be signage reminding people to remain quiet at night time.

Когда то это был шикарный отель, но время м Ельцин не щадит никого. Он здесь останавливался и даже посадил деревце. Просторная, ухоженная территория красивые виды, 3 разных ресторана для ужина с шикарной кухней, дегустация саке, закапывание в пески прямо в отеле, огромный онсен, планировка отеля позволяет не пересекаться с другими постояльцами. Но отдых немного подпортило то, что открытый бассейн уже в первую неделю сентября был закрыт и даже зацвел, а своего пляжа нет, а так же просто ужасные кровати и подушки в европейских номерах. Берите номера в традиционном стиле и с видом на море и ваш отдых будет незабываемым
