Located very close to the station, nice staff that are friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean as well. Do note that in the winter, its heating only, there is no air conditioner option.

Outstanding service, all the staffs are very friendly and helpful, the food, including bar drink and breakfast are very delicious, great location, will come back if visit Okayama again

The location is super convenient as the hotel connect with the train station at level 2. Besides, the hotel service and cleaners is above average so it’s a great place to stay if you use Okayama as a hub to travel within the area.

This hotel is very near to the historical area, just few minutes walk. Clean room but amenities are self service. It’s a surprise with breakfast pack provided which I was not expecting any breakfast included. Staffs services are good

오카야마역에서 west출구로 나와서 도보2분정도.역 2층에서 ANA크라운호텔쪽으로 쭉 가서 에스컬레이터로 내려가서 길만건너면 됩니다 역앞이라 체크인 전과 체크아웃 후에 짐맡기기고 돌아다니기 편했어요 깨끗했고 직원응대친절도는 무난했고 침대는 기본더블베드라 혼자 편안히 잘수 있었어요 조식도 간단하지만 꼭 있어야 되는 메뉴들로 든든하게 아침을 시작할 수 있었구요 철도뷰였는데 방음 잘돼서 기차소리 잘 못들었고 신칸센 지나가는거 구경할 수 있어서 낭만 있었어요

I absolutely loved this hotel! Staff were polite and helpful. The room was spacious and there was an ample about of toiletries.

Best location and surrounding of the hotel is very beautiful and peaceful. Service is good although the room is quite small for two single beds. Easy short walk to attractions and parking fee is also reasonable

The hotel is strategically located within the Okayama Station building complex and right above the shopping malls. The bedroom was clean with standard amenities you would expect from Japanese hotels. The entrance might be a little confusing because you have to take an elevator to get to the lobby. They are also very strict about the check-in and out time as well as luggage storage, which is nothing to complain about to just to note.

The location is amazing. The hotel has a carpark and a lovely Japanese style buffet breakfast with a few western options as well. Our room was a non-smoking room, but the smoke smell was there...and at the lobby you could smell an unpleasant fish odor from the restaurant. Level of cleanliness not the best, but still decent. Good value for money.
