My family and I had a truly memorable stay at The Manila Hotel from October 17–19, 2025. We stayed in a Club Room with access to the Executive Lounge, which also came with upgraded amenities that made our experience even more comfortable and special. Everything from check-in to check-out was exceptional. The staff’s warmth, professionalism, and sincere care stood out the most. Special thanks to Mr. Patrick, Ms. Roxette, Mr. Jared, Ms. Lycel, Ms. Hershey, Ms. Ann, and Ms. Chesca from the Executive Lounge for their attentiveness and gracious service. Their kindness added a lovely touch to our stay. The Housekeeping Team was also excellent, respectful, efficient, and very thorough. Every staff member we met embodied the genuine Filipino hospitality The Manila Hotel is known for. The experience was seamless, heartfelt, and truly world-class. Maraming salamat, The Manila Hotel! I look forward to returning soon.

Great location in BGC, clean rooms, but noticeable smoke smell and average breakfast We stayed at F1 Hotel Manila in Bonifacio Global City (BGC) as a family group and found it to be a convenient option right in the heart of BGC. Pros: • Location is fantastic — walking distance to Bonifacio High Street, Uptown Mall, and plenty of restaurants, cafes, and shops. Perfect base for exploring BGC • Rooms were clean and comfortable. • Staff were a real highlight: concierge was friendly and helpful, security and floor staff were exceptionally nice and attentive. Cons: • The room smelled heavily of cigarette smoke from the moment we entered — quite strong and unpleasant, especially for non-smokers. • Breakfast was just average. The food selection was okay but nothing special, the breakfast room felt small and crowded for the number of guests, and there were long queues every morning for the coffee machine. It would have been much better if staff served coffee or added a second machine to reduce the waiting time. Overall, a solid choice if you want to be right in the middle of BGC’s action and can tolerate the smoke issue (which hopefully gets addressed). The location and staff are the biggest strengths.

I am a repeat client of Berjaya Hotel for 2yrs I think. 2 weeks ago I booked a Deluxe Studio, I love doing staycation especially during my busy schedules. I even tried all their rooms ever since I started booking for their hotel rooms started with their Deluxe room, Premier room, Deluxe Studio and my recent booking was their Premier Studio, both of their studio type room was very spacious perfect if you want to have your friends come over after your busy schedule. In general all their rooms regardless the type was spacious last December I have a simple christmas party arrange with some of my friends we really enjoyed the view, ambiance and experience. I tried comparing as i speak for my stay in their Premier studio today to the other hotels I would say their Premier Studio was very excellent and meet my expectations it seems like Im in a five star hotel or just compared with other 3 star hotel that is why I dont dare to try other hotels because the experience I have with them when I enter the room and seeing the total look of my room its large bed, its working station, its relaxation corner and mini living room really feels like home so i would only scan and check other hotels but in the end I will always bring back to Berjaya cause I can say my heart belongs to this wonderful and ausome hotel. I would love also to give credit 1. to their amazing and excellent Hotel Manager Mr. Den whose from day 1 was very accomodation to me to all my concerns and requests. 2. their front desk staff whose very respectful when communicating not only to me but with the entire guess. 3. Security, Bell Boy, and other Staff up to cleaner and all. I like how they greet and give respect to each and everyone of the guest the pride of Berjaya Hotel really lies with all their staff whose really amazing and Excellent so again I want to give credit to Mr. Den for leading all the staff well with great leader a great staff will be possible and achieve so again congratulations to you and keep up the good work. So to all travellers like me what are you waiting for if your looking for a place to stay here in the Philippines where you feels like your at your own home choose only Berjaya Hotel, because your money is guarantee worth spending only with Berjaya, because nothing beats Berjaya.

This is my second time, and the service was good. The package also allowed us to check out at 2:00 p.m. instead of the usual 12:00 noon, which was very convenient—especially after a long flight, since the place is near NAIA. We will book again.

Ama sanırım masaj yaptırmaya karar verirsem diye diğer yatak oradaydı (yapmadım ama otelde bu hizmetler vardı). Oda çok temizdi, duman kokusu yoktu, bu yüzden çok iyiydi. Duş/banyo iyiydi ve o bölgede eşyalarımı gözden uzak tutmak istersem yerleştirebileceğim bol miktarda alan vardı. Bayview'de yemek oldukça güzel. Kendilerine göre, iyi bir mutfak kadrosu var ve orada yaptıkları yerel yemekler çok lezzetli ve doyurucu. Fiyat açısından biraz yüksek gibi görünebilir ama kaliteli bir otel, bu da beklenen bir şey. Rezervasyonum aynı zamanda iki kahvaltıyı da kapsadığından neredeyse her sabah kahvaltı yaptım ve hem geleneksel hem de yerel yiyeceklerin yanı sıra salata barı ve tatlıların da tadını çıkardım (bunu atladım ama lezzetli görünüyorlardı). Oda servisi biraz şans eseri oldu ama onların takdirine göre düzenli olarak arandım ve hizmete ihtiyacım olup olmadığı soruldu. Çok fazla dışarıda olduğum için erkeklerin çok sık gelmemesini tercih ettim. Ama bir şeye ihtiyacım olursa tek yapmam gereken 5'i tuşlamaktı, onlar da bana bunu sağlayacaklardı. ABD Büyükelçiliği veya VA tıbbi tesisleriyle herhangi bir toplantı yapıyorsanız konumu mükemmel, burayı seçmemin nedenlerinden biri de bu. Ayrıca otele 50 metre mesafede Starbucks, Burger King ve 7-11 mağazaları bulunmaktadır. 7-11, telefon dakikalarınızı yeniden şarj etmek için iyi bir yerdir. Ayrıca her türlü Batı tarzı mağaza ve hizmeti bulabileceğiniz Robinson's adlı büyük bir alışveriş merkezine de yürüme mesafesindedir. Eve bir şey göndermeniz gerekiyorsa alışveriş merkezinin yakınında bir DHL var. Orayı birkaç kez ziyaret ettim. Güzeldi. Ancak bunun Bayview'e de yansıyan bir dezavantajı vardı. Stayed at Hotel DreamWorld North EDSA and honestly had a great experience. The staff were accommodating, the room was clean and comfy, and the location’s super convenient, just a short walk to SM North. Quiet, relaxing, and worth the price. Would definitely stay here again! 👍✨

Oğlumun doğum günü için verdikleri ücretsiz pasta için minnettarız. Havuz güzel ve çocuklar kesinlikle eğlenecekler (sadece 60 cm ve 120 cm boyundaki çocuklar için). Tavsiye edeceğim otellerden biri. Çok uygun fiyatlı.

Cleanliness is okay although we can smell something under the bed and it’s really not okay for me as a person that has an asthma. The location is very accessible cause it’s just right beside highway, the only problem is we can hear the sound of trains. About the service, we don’t have an access to telephone since it’s not working. We still have to go back to the lobby to request something, and when we request something, they won’t be able to fulfill it. Ending, we didn’t get the utensils we asked for. Amenities are fine. We got 2 boxes of kits which includes 3 toothbrushes, shampoo, and soaps. I love the part our room got bathtub.

near our office and easy access to all. little advice, check everything inside your room, cords, telephones, remote, toilet seat, shower and everything. make a short video for protection. you will never know like what I experienced. upon checking out, Hotel wanted to charge me 350 pesos due to damage telephone holder even I didnt used the telephone and stay only during night to sleep.
