I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. Everything was perfect, from the comfortable rooms to the friendly staff. We were even able to check into our room earlier than expected, which made our trip even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a great experience!

Great hotel with a great location - besides being on Copacabana, Ipanema is also within walking distance. The room was very clean, and you also have great French cosmetics Lóccitane for hair and body. I have no words to describe the great breakfast, which was very rich! I am very happy with my 5-day stay here and would come back again.Free chairs and umbrella on the beach.Amazing view from the bar and rooftop pool.Most delisious coffe I've had her in Rio.

İyi bir otel ama son iki gün lagün manzarası hayal kırıklığıydı. Lagün manzarası için oda değişikliği istemek zorunda kaldık. Kat görevlisi ikinci gün odayı temizlemedi ve kirli havluları bıraktı. Sadece çöpü boşalttı. Zemin 5 yıldızlı bir otel için temizlenmemişti. Bu otelde konaklamamızı sonlandırmak için geri döndüğüm için hayal kırıklığına uğradım.

Não é a primeira vez que fico nesse hotel, dessa vez fiz minha reserva pela trip minha diária estava com a data errada. Por parte do hotel, gerência, recepção, chefe de cozinha… equipe geral. Toda a situação ficou amena e acolhida por eles, mais uma vez me senti perfeitamente acolhida com a hospitalidade deles. Vir em Búzios e não passar pelo Greco não faz muito sentido pra mim! Odalar ve özellikle banyolar çok güzeldi. Yataklar özellikle güzeldi - harika yatak takımları ve sert yataklar. Çok sessizdi. Copa Cobana Plajı'nın gürültüsünden uzakta bir vaha gibiydi. Odaya lezzetli bir kahvaltı dahildi. Özel yapım omlet sipariş edebiliyordunuz. Şehirde sadece iki günlüğüne olduğumuz için resepsiyon görevlisi bize harika bir günlük tur ayarladı. Fiyatı uygundu ve birçok şey gördük - Kurtarıcı İsa, Sugarloaf Dağı, stadyum, Karnaval'ın başladığı Selaro Merdivenleri ve açık büfe öğle yemeği dahildi. Kesinlikle tekrar kalırım!

Das Hotel liegt sehr gut, jedoch liegt es auch direkt an der Straße. Wenn man die Zimmer zur Straße bekommt ist es wirklich hellhörig, da die Fenster sich nicht mal richtig schließen lassen. Leider war das Zimmer auch teilweise nicht wirklich sauber geschweige das Badezimmer mit dem Schimmel überall. Schimmel war auch teilweise im Zimmer zu sehen. Die Rezeption war wirklich nett und haben uns unterstützt. Wir konnten unser Gepäck dort für 1 Tag lassen und noch duschen beim Pool. Sehr zurvorkommend! Leider kann ich aber aufgrund der Hellhörigkeit auch gegen den anderen Zimmern nicht empfehlen.

Mükemmel konumda ve çok güler yüzlü personele sahip bir otel. Copacabana'nın muhteşem manzarası ve plajdaki hizmet, deneyimi daha da özel kılıyor. Ancak, oda (906) ses yalıtımı açısından hayal kırıklığı yarattı. Alışılmadık yerleşim düzeni nedeniyle, komşularımın konuşmalarını bile çok net duyabiliyordum ve bu da uykumu önemli ölçüde bozdu. Bunu resepsiyona nazikçe belirttim, ancak muhtemelen otelin tamamen dolu olması nedeniyle bir çözüm sunulmadı. Ayrıca odada kahvenin ücretli olması da şaşırtıcıydı. Kendim nadiren kahve içmeme ve özellikle otel odasında hiç içmememe rağmen, bu yine de deneyimi olumsuz etkiledi. Beş yıldızlı bir otelde, özellikle oda fiyatı göz önüne alındığında, bunun standart bir hizmet olmasını beklersiniz. Dolu bir minibar anlaşılabilir, ancak kahve ve çay zaten olması gereken bir şey. We booked two rooms with the hotel: a junior suite and a standard. The suite was very spacious and opened up to the street. The windows did a good job of blocking sound so the street didn’t disturb our sleep at night. They had a parking garage that charges R$33 per day and was able to accommodate our Jeep Commander. What is warranting this poor review was the hotel staff. Upon check-in they had informed us that one of our rooms wasn’t paid for even though i had already been charged by the booking agency. He said that we had opted for pay later and they hadn’t received the payment from the booking agency. I told them that my card had been charged by the booking agency but he insisted that it was likely a hold on the card to secure the room. I’d suggested to call the booking agency but he insisted that it wouldn’t be necessary (he didn’t seem worried so I assumed he had experience with this). Come to find that I was charged twice for this room and the booking agency has been trying to get in contact with the hotel for over a week with no response. This seems like FRAUD. The second issue. Upon checkout of our suite, the lady checking us out requested a gratuity payment for the included breakfast… she estimated that based on the value of their breakfast that the suggested 10% gratuity would come out to R$180 per person. That would make their self-service breakfast be valued hire than Michelin restaurants in the area. She tried to ask the other party that was traveling with us but when I came closer she gave up. I’m wondering if this is hotel policy or if the staff at this hotel are actually running scams from the front desk. I am still trying to get a hold of them about the double charge.

Um excelente hotel, recomendo de olho fechado. Ótimo atendimento, quarto maravilhoso, café da manhã maravilhoso também. Tudo perfeito.

I was there for a business event. Wifi connection at the hotel is horrible. it requires you to login in each time you use and logs you off automatically. the hotel was quite cold as it as off season. they did not have any kind of heating, they only offered blankets. I needed to call receptions a few times for iron and board and if you keep the iron and board more than 1 hour, they charge you for it which is insane. they also charge you for the water inside of the room which I did not like at all.
