Perfect location for one night stay, just a little bit confuse when check it, i went to the 2nd floor (beside domestic departure) and found entrance for a lift to 3rd floor lobby. Breakfast is provided and if extra time, u can visit the onsen on 4th floor which are quite far away from the hotel. Pls take note that the domestic terminal will close after 11:30pm and u cannot walk around in the terminal.

One of the best hotel stayed ever. Loved the super convenient location (in between Odori or Susukino station). Right out of the hotel is the shopping street 4, mega donki 24hrs, and many restaurants, cafes, fast food all around. My kids had fun with all the Gachaphons and Claw machines next to the hotel. Also the Pokemon machines. The tram is also nearby to bring you to the ropeway tram and Odori Park. Hotel breakfast is above average but for just $10 per head, who would mind. Staff are extremely polite and even refunded my kids breakfast coupon. Room is super comfortable for 2A2C anf plenty of space for luggage. Washer is on level 10 and you may take the face mask, toiletries all from the lobby. There's also souvenirs shop opposite thats sells Royce choclate, cosmetics etc that are tax free. ******** slot machines are nearby and further down the road is Susukino where you can find many bars, ktv, bbq, etc... Seriously its the best location and comfortable stay for my 18 days trip in Japan (Tokyo, Osaka & Sapporo). Can't wait to return again.

Hotel looks new, but when you look closely, a lot of places are moldy, especially near the Onsen bath. When I entered my room after check in, I found a used razor in the bath area, cleaning service is poor. There is also no power socket near the bed. Plenty of tea choices in the lounge on the 2/F.

Nicely renovated hotel. Unfortunately staff are new and surprising not many front desk staff can converse in English.  Breakfast was good with many choices. However, we couldnt eat most of the time as my family has to go for activities early like skiing and local tours. The cafe  staff allows us to start breakfast before the opening time but an English speaking lady with a coat turned up one morning and stopped us from starting breakfast early before the opening time. She was so rude and told us wait till 630 before we can touch the food! I dont see why we cannot start with cereals that was already on display.  I will return to stay as the hotel is new, rooms are large and the onsen is clean and comfortable. There was a gym and laundry facilities too

It is a superbly located hotel located just beside the Odari Park and other attractions. Hotel interior design is very modern and super clean. Staffs are superb friendly and helpful. Room size is good enough versus the price I paid. Mattress softness and clean sheets are great. Near to the shopping streets and with many great restaurants nearby. Beside the hotel, it has an Italian food for the day. Awesome taste and serve by a friendly Italian chap. Lastly, this is also a pick up and drop off hotel from and to New Chitose Airport. Super super convenient.

We love the location because it is near the tourist attraction. Food restaurants are available nearby including the combine: seven eleven, lawson, and family mart. Highly recommended

It might have not been clearly mentioned but there is no air-conditioning provided, only central heating. During my time there, weather was cold out so the room only had 3 levels, low heat, medium heat and high heat. There is no way to sleep in those conditions and it took me a while to realize because the receptionist on the help desk phone did not speak English, so I went down to the lobby past midnight to ask the only staff available. Through some help on google translate and his hand gestures, I was told that I had to leave my windows open to let cold air into the room. This was not explained at any point during the check-in so I guess that's the downside for foreigners wanting to stay here. There's also a hot spring tax you have to pay when you check out. All things considered Jozankei is not a big town so everything is accessible and the hotel is generally comfortable otherwise.

Ideal location for foodies and shoppers! The location offers a safe and convenient environment with eateries, cafes, convenient stores, pharmacies and souvenir shops just a stone’s throw away. The hotel side door connects directly to Block 5 of Tanukikoji Shopping Street. It’s also near enough (within 1.5km) to walk to the Nijo fish market, Odori Park and Sapporo JR station.

This looks like a higher-tiered hotel, but the amenities they provided were sorely lacking. For example, they did not provide any lotion or emulsion or essence in the room or at the reception desk. And for the razor and hairbrush, they were chargeable. Even the onsen was chargeable too. I thought the onsen should be included in the stay. My child and I used it for three times and I had to pay more than 5,000 yen.
