🌟 Our stay at Chuxin Moshe Hotel was amazing! I highly recommend this Hotel, especially if you plan to go to Disneyland. I will describe our whole experience here: None of the hotel staff spoke English, but they use translations apps and they are very helpful. Any questions we had they answered. 🛏 Room: Bed was big and comfy. I am very tall but that wasn't an issue. We also had in our room a Dyson like hair dryer (very good and powerful), shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toothbrush, flip-flops and bottles of water (restocked daily). ”TV” was a cinema like projector to the wall. I could not make it work because I could not find the settings to switch to English language haha 😅 We also had AC and humidifier - much needed in this weather. The walls are thin, and not very good soundproff. The room was clean! 🍜🥮 Food: Breakfast was delicious! There were many options, mostly asian food. Rice, noodles, fried eggs, boiled eggs, fruits, baked pumpkin, moon cake and many more. See attached pictures. ⭐️ Amenities: - 🚌 You need to go to Disneyland ? Just ask the front desk. They provide rides to and from Disneyland for FREE! All you have to do is to drop a message on the WeChat group with the timeslot + number of people and driver Lee will pick you up. - 💆♂️💺 Tired after Disneyland? You can use massage chairs for FREE at the lobby. - 👕🧺 You end up changing 2-3 shirts a day because you did not realize how hot and humid Shanghai is? The hotel provides FREE laundry and drying machines! - ☕️🫖 FREE coffee, tea and ”sour plums soup” (very good, I recommend it) can be found at the hotel lobby too. 📌 Location: The Hotel is located in an not so tourist area. None of the people there speak english, and you will be the only foreigner when walking down the street. We went for jogging in the neighborhood everyday. We felt safe. You can find local restaurants and local markets/shops selling all sort of crazy stuff. It was very interesting to see the local life, not only the tourist side of the city. 🛬🛫Airport: the Hotel offers FREE rides to and from the airport! It goes every 2 hours. You just have to inform the front desk one day in advance. Initially we decided to go by ourself and we took a random taxi from the airport (❌️ this was a mistake, I don't recommend you to do it, unless you speak mandarin). The taxi driver took 3 longer turns and when we arrived he tried to scam us to pay 465 yuan for a 60 yuan ride (I checked the prices before on Amap app). I started arguing with the driver who did not speak english in the hotel parking area. Hotel staff was prompt and immediately came to my help trying to understand the situation. When they realized what was happening, in about 2-3 min around 5-6 hotel staff members were there defending us and arguing with the scamer taxi driver. They picked up our luggage from the back of the car and helped us settle the dispute using translation apps. 🙏Big thanks to them! We felt very welcomed and safe! Other services that were provided by the hotel but we did NOT use: - 👗👢costume rentals (princesses, cowboys, etc), mostly for kids. I guess it is more convenient to rent a costume rather than to buy one for a kid that will outgrow the costume by the next year... -💄 proffesional make-up - 🗣 tour guides - only for mandarin speaking I think ❤️🙏 In the end we want to say a big thank-you to Xiao Ran and all the employees there who helped us a lot during our stay. The hotel is great and the employees attitude and willingness to help is amazing 👏. 💡Other tips: - 🇨🇳 in China: you need Alipay and WeChat apps in order to pay / communicate and Amap to check map and local transportation. - 🏰 in Shanghai Disney Resort: get the Magic Disney Passport (around 80 yuan) and try to complete it in the first day. It is a nice ”tour” like experience of the whole park. - ☀️ weather in October - it's hot, very, very hot 🔥 🥵

We stayed at this hotel because of its proximity to Disneyland, which was very convenient for our trip. They picked up us from hotel to Disneyland and also back to hotel after Disneyland. The location is great, and the staff was attentive and helpful. However, the room we were initially assigned had a strong smell of cigarette smoke, which was a downside. Fortunately, when we reported the issue, the staff quickly offered us an alternative room, which we really appreciated. I would recommend that the hotel take extra care to prevent this from happening to other guests. Overall, we had a good experience, but the hotel could improve in ensuring rooms are always fresh and odor-free.

Çok rahat ve samimi bir ortam, kesinlikle benim tarzım bir yatak odası - öyle ki dışarı çıkmadan önce yarım gün tembellik ediyorum. Ev sahibi son derece cana yakın ve misafirperver, evin her köşesine eklenen küçük alıntı tasarımlarına bakılırsa kesinlikle bir Jay Chou hayranıyım - bayıldım! Küvet için banyo bombası ve gül yaprağı ve en önemlisi kulak tıkacı bile vermeleri çok düşünceli bir davranış, artık ses yalıtımı sorunu yok, konaklamak için harika bir yer ama ne yazık ki sadece bir geceliğine rezervasyon yaptırdım! Şiddetle tavsiye edebileceğim, gizli ve tenha bir hazine.

Супер! Хозяева гостеприимный, заселили в 2 часа ночи так еще и отвезли покушать! А также ночью разрешаются вечеринки:) Единственное немного грязновато, но для Китая норм)

Japonya'da bir mutluluk çorbası var ve muhtemelen bazı kökenleri var. Sadece ismi değil, hizmet anlayışı da Japonların rehberliğindeymiş gibi, içeri girer girmez bunu hissedebiliyorsunuz. Bunu sorduğumda gerçek olduğu ortaya çıktı. Akşam geç geldiğim için kaplıcaya gitmedim ve sadece masaj yaptırdım. 2. kattaki masaj hizmeti Dianping siparişlerini kabul etmektedir. Bu sayede 50 dakikalık ayak masajı ve 50 dakikalık masajı oldukça uygun maliyetle yaptırabilirsiniz. Giriş yaptıktan sonra saat çoktan bir olmuştu. Başlangıçta ayak banyosu masajının iş dışında olması gerektiğini düşündüm, bu yüzden teknisyen bunun sadece birkaç rastgele basışla yapılmasını ayarladı. Beklenmedik bir şekilde bir dakika bile çalmadım ki bu beni kesinlikle şaşırttı. Alt kattaki resepsiyondaki servisin yanı sıra hamam ustası ve kahvaltı teyzesinin hepsi yerli yerinde. Biraz iyileştirmeyi umduğum tek şey, düzenlenmiş odadaki duşun yer giderinin, muhtemelen binanın yaşı nedeniyle çok güçlü bir kokuya sahip olmasıdır. Ama odamın adını düşündüğümde adı ”Hakone” idi. Sakın bana tadı Hakone Owakudani Doğal Kaplıcasına benzediğini söylemeyin.

The hotel was spacious, you can fit 2 large luggages in the room and still have ample space to walk ard. If only they had one more extra chair so my husband and I can sit comfortably. I find the bed comfortable enough, I like the automatic toilet bowl, the pressure for the water was just right. The helpers, service staff was very helpful and polite throughout our stay. They provided us with lots of water to make sure we are hydrated as the weather outside is really hot. The cleaner’s name is LIN or LING 阿姨， she was the one that took care of us throughout our 5 days. The room service food was way better than the one in JW Marriott for some reason. Please order the Xiao Long Bao and bolognese pasta. You can skip the pizza entirely, it’s bad. We ordered a bucket of ice, and there was a young boy who delivered our ice in the middle of the night with a huge smile, he said, “Hi”👋🏼with a hig happy smile and then a “BYE~”when he’s all done. He was so enthusiastic and it made our night. At the lobby, it’s pretty small, some taxis can’t find the entrance to the lobby, take a pic if you order a didi, so the driver may know what to look out for. The doorman was really nice, he helped us with our luggage’s in seconds, 谢谢你 Liu Xiao Xiu. I highly recommend the stay here as all the staffs seems like they have gone through a 5 star training program. It’s one of the most pleasant stay. I hope this review will not lead to a price increase on trip.com. Chang Shou lu has lots of hipster cafe and interesting restaurants ard the hood, so do you research and explore the neighbourhood.

Şan***'ın merkezini keşfetmek için bu otelde kaldık. Konumu en iyisidir! Bu bölgeyi ve bu oteli gerçekten çok beğendik. 2 odası (oturma odası ve yatak odası) ve 2 banyosu olan bir odamız vardı. Yatak çok rahat, iyi uyuyabilirsiniz. 7:30 - 10:30 saatleri arasında kahvaltı servisi vardır. En üst katta muhteşem manzaralı panoramik bir restoran var! Oraya gitmenizi tavsiye ederim. Bir kafe, yüzme havuzu ve lüks otel iç mekanlarının yanı sıra. Kesinlikle buraya geri döneceğim. Her şeyi gerçekten beğendim, tek şey odalardaki yenilemenin o kadar taze olmaması - ama bu affedilebilir.

Sheraton’s standards well maintained. Hotel staff are polite and helpful. I love the room size, bathroom, and swimming pool. (Ladies, remember to bring a swim hat). The location is at the city fringe, slightly away from the heart of the buzz. I took taxi mostly.

Saw someone posted on IG and immediately added to my bucketlist, glad that i came to witness, very pretty resort i must say - every corner is IG worthy. Breakfast simple yet nice. So glad that they provide shuttle service to Airport and Disney !! I think the only downside is the constant footstep from upstairs but luckily i brought my own earplug so issue solved. Oh, and owner got 2 cutie dogs welcoming you and sending you off, awww they are too cute ! Love the sentimental music they played at the lobby, everytime when i'm back from outside i feel home and happy.

Genel olarak otel biraz eski (2000 yılında inşa edilmiş) ve bunu birkaç kez fark ediyorsunuz. Personel cana yakın ve koşulları atlatmaya çalışıyor. Yüzme havuzu güzeldi, ayrıca 50. kattaki kahvaltı da oldukça iyiydi. Bazı batı tarzı kahvaltı seçenekleri vardı ama tabii ki çoğunlukla Çin yemekleri vardı ve kaliteliydi. Konum hala iyi, metroya çok uzak değil. Otelin yanında bir Aldi süpermarketi, Subway ve kahve alabileceğiniz bir yer var. Bizim için oda (aile süiti) kötüydü. Hafif bir soğuk sigara dumanı kokusu vardı. Elektrik prizleri Avrupa fişleriyle çalışmıyordu (Çin'deki diğer otellerde böyle bir şey olmuyordu), bu yüzden bir adaptör teklif ettiler. Havalandırma iyi değildi ve odada çalışan bir klima yoktu. Onlara söyledik ve cevap bunun sadece böyle olduğuydu. Muhtemelen yükseklikten dolayı (31. kat) pencereleri açamıyordunuz. Daha önce Novotel'de kalmıştık ve bizim için bu özel otel markaya yüklediğimiz beklentileri karşılayamadı. Genel olarak oldukça hayal kırıklığıydı. Bu oteli arkadaşlarımıza tavsiye etmeyiz.
