Free noodle and ice popsicles are a plus - especially when you struggle to find a restaurant coming back late from Tateyama. Charge money for disposing excessive trash and room markup

Honestly, I don't know where to start. I'm completely touched by my experience at this hotel. First, the rooms are clean, big, surrounded by nature, greenery, and a beautiful lake that you can observe for a perfect morning scenery. Secondly, the facilities are top notch! Everything is clean! All facilities are provided to you with great quality; clean floors, perfect white clean towels, the hot spring water is clean, the pools are clean, the shampoo and body wash liquids smell amazing! (Like the baby colon your mother would give you as a child with the blue rounded top!) AMAZING! However, I had a very special interaction with one of the staff who deserves a medal for being so responsible and ensuring that her guest was in good hands. Unfortunately, I got sick one morning while I was checking out. I was having an anxiety / panic attack that made me really disoriented. I didn't feel safe driving afterwards and I requested for the ambulance to be called. The kind and beautiful lady at the front desk handled all my paperwork, and ensured clear communication between doctors and nurses. After getting a physical check at the hospital for 2 hours, the results came back fine. There was no problem at all, however, the lady from the hotel staff was still there to see me out and ensure that I was safe and ok to drive. She was amazing! Thank you a million times for providing a fantastic place to stay, but also for taking great care of me! ( I don't have any pictures of the hotel because pictures aren't allowed to be taken within the hot springs, but trust me when I say, everything looks just as it is in the pictures. ) I hope you enjoy it as much as I did.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the mantel Hotel during a weekend getaway, and I must say that my experience exceeded all expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and genuine hospitality, setting the tone for an unforgettable stay. First and foremost, the hotel's location is fantastic. Situated in the heart of the city, it offered easy access to popular attractions, shopping districts, and restaurants. I appreciated the convenience of being able to explore the city without having to travel far.

Uozu istasyonuna yakın. Otel temiz ve konforlu. Resepsiyonun karşısında bir kahve makinesi var. Kadınlar bölümünde iki hamam var. Çok güzel. En güzeli de 21:30-22:30 arası ücretsiz erişte servisi, gezginler için çok rahatlatıcı. 50 kase veriyorlar, bu yüzden tadını çıkarmak istiyorsanız mutlaka orada olun. Kahvaltımı orada ayarladım çünkü kahvaltı sabah 6:30'da başlıyor. Kurobe Boğazı'nı ziyaret etmek için erken trene biniyorsanız etrafta kahvaltı için pek bir şey yok. Otelin yemekleri lezzetliydi. Çok doydum. Şiddetle tavsiye edilen bir otel.

食物都還可以，但周邊沒有商店，建議在最近的油站先買定宵夜和飲品，溫泉個人認為可以再晚點才收，因為實在沒有其他娛樂

It’s a beautiful place to stay with decent amenities. But do note, there’s only one bus line to get there, so it’s not convenient unless you are driving. Resort is cleaned daily. Self-check in was a little confusing, as there is no staff manning the area at night. But staff was very responsive by email. There was a group of travellers who were very noisy (shouting across the house) and did not use the onsen in the proper way, making it dirty.

처음 호텔 로비에 들어섰을때, 눈 앞에 펼쳐진 강 뷰와 음악 멜로디에 감탄이 저절로 나오는 호텔이었어요. 저희가 머문 방도 강 전체가 펼쳐 보이며 아름다웠고 아침 식사도 과하지 않고 맛있어서 도야마에 오면 머울러야 겠다는 생각을 했습니다. 하지만 아침 시간에 돌아다니는 돈벌레를 보고 소리를 지르고 말았습니다. 벌레가 워낙 징그러워서 놀라지 않을 수 없었습니다. 자세히 보니 화장실에도 한 마리가 죽어 있어 사진 찍어 로비 직원에게 말했더니 별로 놀라지도 않고 웃기만 하더군요. 그 벌레가 기어다니는 생각을 하면 그곳에 다시 갈 마음이 안 생기네요.

Это первый наш рёкан. Общие впечатления отличные!!! Очень интересный опыт. Персонал очень, прямо очень дружелюбный. Еда - это свежие морепродукты, рис, местные супы. Нельзя сказать, что она не вкусная. Вкусная. Ее очень много, но после третьего такого стола хочется что-то с макаронами:)))) номер убирали каждый день. Есть трансфер до вокзала. Вид из окна прекрасен. В целом спокойное место, предназначенное для отдыха душой и телом!!! Ниже фото отеля и близлежащих мест.
