The location is so beautiful, perfect for group travelers. Very clean facilities and the staff are friendly and easy to talk . . The relaxing onsen and most of all I love the eat and drinks all you can .

Small but very clean room, very easy access to public parking. Onsen bath is good considered the small size of hotel. Free noodle and ice popsicles are a plus - especially when you struggle to find a restaurant coming back late from Tateyama. Charge money for disposing excessive trash and room markup

朝食は和食を選びました。ボリュームもあり、*雑炊や氷見うどんもありで美味しかった。 部屋に金庫が欲しい。フロントに預けるタイプで、電話で確認したにも関わらず対応があまり良くなかった。 お風呂も写真と違っていて、写真はイメージと言われればそれまでたが、女性にも露天風呂があると嬉しい(施設増設は厳しいだろう) 全体的はいいホテルと思います。

這是間很棒的酒店，不只環境優、附公共浴場及三溫暖、「宵夜」、咖啡機及立山汱流好水⋯又新穎，設備佳、交通便利（離魚津車站步行2分鐘）、附近超市（可買當地水果、魚產）、商店林立。服務人員親切又和善，能為你著想！物起所值真心推薦。 #要前往宇奈月溫泉、黑部峽谷、黑薙露天溫泉，住這裡就對了。記得要在「新魚津站坐車」 到宇奈月車站¥1,080 ＜Only cash＞只能用現金或定期票券。

Excellent. Will definitely stay when returning again. Delicious dinner and breakfast with attentive service. Great experience overall. Hotel was comfortably warm despite snowing during our stay. The staff even cleared the snow on our car in the morning before we left. Very thoughtful. Thanks to all the staff for wonderful stay.

食物都還可以，但周邊沒有商店，建議在最近的油站先買定宵夜和飲品，溫泉個人認為可以再晚點才收，因為實在沒有其他娛樂

ベッドでの寝心地最高だった。 部屋、湯舟から朝の雪化粧最高。 旅行好きで、毎年全国に出かけますが、小川温泉は良い温泉です。 50年ぶりに行きましたが懐かしかった。歩いて奥の露天風呂はもうないですね、 又、近いうちにいきたいと思います。

It’s a beautiful place to stay with decent amenities. But do note, there’s only one bus line to get there, so it’s not convenient unless you are driving. Resort is cleaned daily. Self-check in was a little confusing, as there is no staff manning the area at night. But staff was very responsive by email. There was a group of travellers who were very noisy (shouting across the house) and did not use the onsen in the proper way, making it dirty.
