The BnB was very clean, and the location is perfect for anyone visiting Disneyland. They offer free Disneyland drop-off and pick-up service, as well as airport transfers, which is super convenient. The property is also very family-friendly, making it a great choice for travelers with kids. The team showed great hospitality throughout my stay. There’s also a pool and a breakfast room, and the breakfast was lovely. The lady in the kitchen is very kind, and all the staff were incredibly helpful. It was also very convenient to order food through *******, and the bus stop is just 5 metres from the BnB. I truly enjoyed my entire stay. The room was exactly as described in the pictures. I recently stayed at a fantastic hotel and had an amazing experience. The staff ( FD Heidi ) were inredibly friendly and went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed during my stay. The room was spacious and confortable, and the amenities were top-notch. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay . The swimming pool and sauna are absolutely fantastic. The hotel's breakfast in the morning is also abundant and nutritious. The hotel staff are very friendly and patiently helped with the luggage. The hotel's cookies are really special.Overall, I'm extremely satisfied with my experience here. From the moment I checked in, every aspect has left a positive impression—whether it's the fantastic swimming pool and sauna that offer such a relaxing retreat, the morning breakfast spread that's not only abundant but also thoughtfully prepared with nutrition in mind, the staff who are always so friendly and go out of their way to help with luggage (and so much more) with genuine patience, or even the little touches like those uniquely delicious cookies that add such a nice surprise. Grand lobby and drive way. A Sheraton presence is seen from the streets. The rooms are large and fancy and one of the largest rooms I've stayed at in China. The staff are all professionally presented and provide warm welcome for your stay. If you're after comfort and a bit of luxury then this option is pretty good. There are a few blemishes that you may notice if you are an avid Sheraton patron but if not, it may not bother you as you may not notice it. One of the issues I noticed was the shower. I have a habit of rinsing down the shower to keep it clean after use. When I did this during my stay, a lot of red or orange film was floated down the drain which looks like the showers are cleaned but not the edges and walls and allowed some sort of film to form. The windows at the hotel can not be opened unlike other cheaper hotels so keep in mind the centrally controlled air con during winter will be pushing out warm air only. This may be uncomfortable for visitors from hotter climates as you wont be able to sleep with a cool air con. However the hotel provided us a fan which made the stay/sleep comfortable. The air situation is only applicable during some seasons so do some research before your stay. View was not bad for my stay and I believe some rooms may have a even better view. No self serve laundry room but they do offer laundry services.

Çocuğum altıncı yaş gününü burada kutladı. Şanghay'a üçüncü gelişimdi ve hep burada kaldım. Birçok güzel anım var. Otel ayrıca ona bir doğum günü pastası gönderecek kadar düşünceli davrandı. Çocuğumun sınıf arkadaşı da orada olduğu için otel ona iki pasta verdi. İki çocuk da harika vakit geçirdi. Çok teşekkür ederim.

The house is being renovated, so for the weekend, I decided to stay overnight as a local resident of Shanghai. During the two years of the pandemic, I also took my child to many iconic local hotels to experience them. After considering factors such as comfort, location, cost-effectiveness, dining, service, opening hours, and overall quality, I would highly recommend this hotel to friends planning a trip to Shanghai. The staff are very attentive and responsive to any needs. The location is excellent, situated in North Bund, Hongkou District, which is not too noisy and offers easy access to various amenities. For those visiting Shanghai, there is a stand-up comedy show nearby that is definitely worth checking out. The dining options are plentiful, and you can easily reach Siji Minfu within walking distance. The North Bund City Terrace and the Waibaidu Bridge are also within walking distance. Last night, I took a stroll around the area and stood at the North Bund City Terrace. Seeing Shanghai and Pudong's Oriental Pearl Tower from this vantage point was truly breathtaking.

The service is really good. Arrival late in the night but was pleasantly surprised for an upgrade to King Size Room. My birthday was on one of the days of the stay, the hotel gifted me a cake (not a slice but a cake). The staff is helpful throughout my stay. Location wise, it is superb. Line 13 is just at the door step, Line 1 is about 5 min’s walk. There is a shopping belt along Huaihai road. The lobby has a locker system to allow food delivery, try it. I would highly recommend this place.

因為是為了看周杰倫演唱會所以訂的這家酒店，結果想入住這家酒店實在太不方便了，先是體育場的各個門都不讓進，後來給酒店服務枱打電話後，服務枱告知衹能從徐家匯體育公園3號門進來後直接找酒店的工作人員，經過酒店工作人員確認後，酒店安排接駁車送到前台辦理入住，酒店房間略微有些緊湊，有些地方塵土太多，失去了高檔酒店的一些細節（一定是很久沒有擦拭過，肯定不是因為塵土大而散落的）。訂外賣也是需要把外賣先送到徐家匯體育公園3號門的酒店工作人員，然後等接駁車送到酒店大堂的外賣台，才能取到。從看演唱會的角度來説還是可以的，酒店專門有個通道直接可以到檢票口。看完演唱會後，回來也是一樣。不過因為約了朋友一起吃宵夜，從酒店出去時需要自行走出體育場的大門，回來時因為很晚了，酒店又沒有接駁車了，還是因為所有門都不讓進，衹能從3號門然後走地庫自己步行才能進入酒店。個人感觸些許不是很友好，勸告如果是帶孩子來看演唱會，沒有別的行程，衹在酒店的話，還可以，如果有出酒店或者訂有訂外賣的需求的話，還是儘量多考慮。

Ve bir karavanla nehrin diğer tarafına İnci Kulesi'ne gidebileceğiniz bir tünelin girişi var. Kahvaltı oldukça iyi, Çin ve Avrupa yemekleri, hatta yulaf ezmesi (tuz/şekersiz) ve çok lezzetli dondurma, yoğurt, meyve, dilimlenmiş peynir, sosis, kahve makineleri var. Etler sadece pastırma ve sosislerdir (çok lezzetli değildir). 45. kattaki döner restoranda gün içerisinde çeşitli hamur işleri eşliğinde çay içebilir ve şehrin keyfini çıkarabilirsiniz. Oda oldukça geniş, masa, koltuk var, havalandırma için pencere açılabiliyor, prizler fişlerimize uyuyor. Banyoda şampuan, saç kremi, duş jeli, vücut losyonu, diş seti ve saç kurutma makinesi şişeleri bulunmaktadır. Büyük yüzme havuzu (şapka gereklidir, size verebilirler ama biz kendimizinkini getirdik), jakuzi. Duşlarda sauna ve hamam kabini var ama hava her zaman soğuktu. Duşlar kötü durumda, kapılar kırık, pek temiz değil. Erkekler duşlarında ayrıca soğuk ve ılık su bulunan küçük havuzlar bulunmaktadır.

Her zaman kaliteli ve özel. Konum olarak harika bir yer. Herşey ve heryere yakın.

Campanile Hotel'de (SRS) harika bir deneyim yaşadım. Otel temiz, ferah ve çalışan ısıtıcılar, aydınlatma armatürleri ve rahat yataklarla iyi donanımlıydı. Personel yardımsever, nazik ve anlayışlıydı, özellikle düz kısa saçlı erkek stajyer ve perçemli kadın stajyer. Konaklamamız sırasında karşılaştığımız herhangi bir sorunda bize yardımcı olmak için her zaman hazır ve mutluydular. Son olarak, kahvaltı menüsü gerçekten iyiydi, kruvasanı çok sevdim! Şanghay Tren İstasyonu Halk Meydanı'ndaki Campanile Hotel'de harika bir deneyim yaşadım. Otel odası temiz ve iyi donanımlıydı. Otel personeli büyük gülümsemeleriyle yardımsever. Kahvaltı büfesi de çok lezzetliydi. Teşekkür ederim!
