The BnB was very clean, and the location is perfect for anyone visiting Disneyland. They offer free Disneyland drop-off and pick-up service, as well as airport transfers, which is super convenient. The property is also very family-friendly, making it a great choice for travelers with kids. The team showed great hospitality throughout my stay. There’s also a pool and a breakfast room, and the breakfast was lovely. The lady in the kitchen is very kind, and all the staff were incredibly helpful. It was also very convenient to order food through *******, and the bus stop is just 5 metres from the BnB. I truly enjoyed my entire stay. The room was exactly as described in the pictures. I recently stayed at a fantastic hotel and had an amazing experience. The staff ( FD Heidi ) were inredibly friendly and went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed during my stay. The room was spacious and confortable, and the amenities were top-notch. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay . The swimming pool and sauna are absolutely fantastic. The hotel's breakfast in the morning is also abundant and nutritious. The hotel staff are very friendly and patiently helped with the luggage. The hotel's cookies are really special.Overall, I'm extremely satisfied with my experience here. From the moment I checked in, every aspect has left a positive impression—whether it's the fantastic swimming pool and sauna that offer such a relaxing retreat, the morning breakfast spread that's not only abundant but also thoughtfully prepared with nutrition in mind, the staff who are always so friendly and go out of their way to help with luggage (and so much more) with genuine patience, or even the little touches like those uniquely delicious cookies that add such a nice surprise. Grand lobby and drive way. A Sheraton presence is seen from the streets. The rooms are large and fancy and one of the largest rooms I've stayed at in China. The staff are all professionally presented and provide warm welcome for your stay. If you're after comfort and a bit of luxury then this option is pretty good. There are a few blemishes that you may notice if you are an avid Sheraton patron but if not, it may not bother you as you may not notice it. One of the issues I noticed was the shower. I have a habit of rinsing down the shower to keep it clean after use. When I did this during my stay, a lot of red or orange film was floated down the drain which looks like the showers are cleaned but not the edges and walls and allowed some sort of film to form. The windows at the hotel can not be opened unlike other cheaper hotels so keep in mind the centrally controlled air con during winter will be pushing out warm air only. This may be uncomfortable for visitors from hotter climates as you wont be able to sleep with a cool air con. However the hotel provided us a fan which made the stay/sleep comfortable. The air situation is only applicable during some seasons so do some research before your stay. View was not bad for my stay and I believe some rooms may have a even better view. No self serve laundry room but they do offer laundry services.

Absolutely flawless 4 night stay. The staff are all professional, friendly, immaculately presented and the hotel is to a very high standard. In the short 4 days, there were several weddings which speaks volume for the quality of this hotel. The rooms were very well presented, comfy and immaculately maintained by the housekeeping staff.   The breakfast selection and presentation was to a very high standard and something not to be missed. I will 100% return to this hotel when I am next in Shanghai.

The house is being renovated, so for the weekend, I decided to stay overnight as a local resident of Shanghai. During the two years of the pandemic, I also took my child to many iconic local hotels to experience them. After considering factors such as comfort, location, cost-effectiveness, dining, service, opening hours, and overall quality, I would highly recommend this hotel to friends planning a trip to Shanghai. The staff are very attentive and responsive to any needs. The location is excellent, situated in North Bund, Hongkou District, which is not too noisy and offers easy access to various amenities. For those visiting Shanghai, there is a stand-up comedy show nearby that is definitely worth checking out. The dining options are plentiful, and you can easily reach Siji Minfu within walking distance. The North Bund City Terrace and the Waibaidu Bridge are also within walking distance. Last night, I took a stroll around the area and stood at the North Bund City Terrace. Seeing Shanghai and Pudong's Oriental Pearl Tower from this vantage point was truly breathtaking.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great Stay with Room for Innovation I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Jin Jiang Tower. The staff were warm and efficient, and my room was spotless with incredibly comfortable bedding. The breakfast spread offered plenty of tasty options, and the central location made getting around town a breeze. One suggestion for improvement - implementing robot delivery for room service and amenities would make the experience even more convenient and modern. Many hotels are adopting this technology successfully. 5/5 - Would definitely return, especially if they add those high-tech touches! The service and comfort were already excellent.

Very helpful staff! My sincere gratitude to the staff 駿 who was so kind to welcome us at the hotel entrance and brought us to our room, also assisted a lot in getting our parcels and delivery. In general, all staff are very helpful, and the service is excellent. Given that I needed to change my flight the night before my trip due to adverse weather conditions, all the pick-up services and early check-in arrangements were perfectly arranged for me. The hotel is also conveniently located next to the stadium, making it easy for me to attend the concert on the second night—highly recommended!

Kahvaltı oldukça iyi, Çin ve Avrupa yemekleri, hatta yulaf ezmesi (tuz/şekersiz) ve çok lezzetli dondurma, yoğurt, meyve, dilimlenmiş peynir, sosis, kahve makineleri var. Etler sadece pastırma ve sosislerdir (çok lezzetli değildir). 45. kattaki döner restoranda gün içerisinde çeşitli hamur işleri eşliğinde çay içebilir ve şehrin keyfini çıkarabilirsiniz. Oda oldukça geniş, masa, koltuk var, havalandırma için pencere açılabiliyor, prizler fişlerimize uyuyor. Banyoda şampuan, saç kremi, duş jeli, vücut losyonu, diş seti ve saç kurutma makinesi şişeleri bulunmaktadır. Büyük yüzme havuzu (şapka gereklidir, size verebilirler ama biz kendimizinkini getirdik), jakuzi. Duşlarda sauna ve hamam kabini var ama hava her zaman soğuktu. Duşlar kötü durumda, kapılar kırık, pek temiz değil. Erkekler duşlarında ayrıca soğuk ve ılık su bulunan küçük havuzlar bulunmaktadır.

Lovely hotel in a super convenient location. If travelers take subway from Pudong airport to the hotel, it takes slightly over an hour and costs only a dollar. Totally affordable! Front desk staff is okay friendly while the concierge is a lot more helpful. The hotel is a bit dated but doesn’t affect my stay. I’d definitely come here again next time.

Otel metroya çok uzak değil, en yakın çıkış 3 numaralı çıkış. Ancak biraz yürümeniz gerekiyor. Büyük valizlerle gelirseniz taksi veya Didi'yi kullanmanızı öneririm. Giriş yaptıktan sonra odada biraz sigara kokusu vardı ama personel çok tatlıydı ve bizim için yeni odayı değiştirdiler. Odanın büyüklüğü bu büyük şehirdeki diğer otellerle karşılaştırıldığında iyi. Lobi katında çamaşır makinesi ve kurutma makinesi var (hizmet almak için Alipay ile ödeme yapın) Yakınlarda yerel yiyecek yok ama otel alışveriş merkezine ve kahve dükkanına yakın. Genel olarak, bu otelde harika bir deneyim yaşadık.
