Great location near Chinatown, while not tall, had a good view of the harbour. The breakfast is two styles, but it is a no brainer to choose the Japanese style with the famous curry that all reviews rave about. A healthy salad bar with fresh juice and other drinks, felt very value for money getting the breakfast via Trip.com. Very tastefully furnished room with dark wood and a nice double bed. Overall a great experience.

Hotel location supposed to be good as it is adjacent to Yokohama Station. However, there is no direct connection between the hotel and the underground mall, I have to lift 3 heavy luggages from train station level (B2) up the stairs in the Joinus underground mall south exit 12. That alone have killed me. I think the hotel avoid telling customers about this great disadvantage. Even after entering the hotel, the front reception is another tens of stairs down to 1F like a split level building, which was extremely inconvenient! The hotel is like travelling back in time to the 70's, almost antique in today's standard. Room key is not a card type but a physical metal key! Room was still spacious (mine was triple room) but having no modern amenities, not enough power outlet for phone charging and/or computer. No storage or drawers, bathroom was extremely small and crowded. My booking included buffet breakfast, which was a surprise, food selection was good, but there were not many customers, one morning my family virtually was thw only table in the entire grand dining room! I can say I have mixed feeling about this hotel, if you have many luggages and arrived by train, think twice as you have to lift your luggages up 34 stairs from B2 to ground level.

Yokohama Bay Hotel'de harika bir konaklama geçirdik; konumu muhteşemdi, körfezin güzel manzarasına sahipti ve yakındaki turistik yerlere kolay ulaşım imkanı sunuyordu. Personel güler yüzlü ve yardımseverdi, oda temiz ve rahattı. Otel biraz eskimiş görünse de, bu genel deneyimi etkilemedi. Tek küçük olumsuz yanı, oldukça küçük ve sınırlı ekipmana sahip olan ve alışılmadık çalışma saatlerine sahip spor salonuydu. Bununla birlikte, fitness olanaklarına ihtiyaç duymuyorsanız, bu otel Yokohama'da dinlendirici bir konaklama için harika bir seçim!

Yokohama'da stratejik bir konumda mükemmel bir lüks otel. Koya ve eğlence parkına bakan güzel odalar. Odalar yenilenmiş ve konaklamamızdan çok keyif aldık. AVM'nin A bölgesindeki otopark otele en yakın olanıdır ve gecelik otopark ücreti 2100 Yen'dir. Çıkış bileti için resepsiyondan ödeme yapabilirsiniz.

I stayed for just one night and everything seems ok until I asked for extra bottle of water in the morning. They brought me two bottles but one is completely opened before with the cap cracked a bit. First time ever encountered this very unacceptable service. The room delivery should be more careful and check carefully before delivery. The front desk keep saying the water is safe. However, who would drink from a half bottle? Who knows what’s the content inside? This is not the Hilton standard and nobody should dealt with situation like this.

**Positives:** ✅ **Modern & Clean:** Well-maintained, spacious rooms with comfortable onsen. ✅ **Good Location:** Convenient access to surrounding areas. **Areas for Improvement:** ⚠️ **Room Location:** - Room extremely far from dining/foot bath – exhausting daily walks (especially with foot concerns). - *Suggestion:* Offer closer room options or service for guests with mobility needs. ⚠️ **Dining Experience (Dinner & Breakfast):** - **Food Quality:** Lamb not fresh; overall quality below ”1 stay 2 meals” onsen standard. No beef , only lamb meat is not fresh. Not satisfied with the food quality. We wanna have cup noodles after meal. Breakfast is slight better. - **Variety:** Insufficient choices (both Western & Japanese); lacked local/seasonal specialties expected at onsen hotels. Pretty disappointed. We been to many onsen hotel in Japan. Never encountered this. - **Service/Clarity:** Buffet poorly organized; unclear signage led to confusion over food availability. - **Expectations:** Meals didn’t showcase regional ingredients or highlight local cuisine like other onsen resorts. Hakone is famous onsen should showcase their seasonal ingredients in this region. **Summary:** Strong potential with modern facilities, but **critical improvements needed in dining quality** and **room accessibility** to meet onsen hotel standards.

Yazı yazmak amacıyla 3 gün 2 gece orada kaldım. Odanın pencere kenarında bir çalışma masası vardı, bu sayede işlerimi halledebiliyordum. Manzara pek iyi değildi maalesef ama Shinkansen trenlerinin çalıştığını görebiliyorduk. Biraz gürültü vardı ama Shinkansen ve siren sesleri dışında gürültü denebilecek hiçbir şey yoktu, o yüzden rahatlatıcıydı. Oda küçüktü ama yatak rahattı, hiçbir sıkıntı yoktu. Tesis biraz eski, halıların bir kısmı solmuş ama yine de temiz. Shin-Yokohama İstasyonu'ndan kolayca ulaşılabilen ve Pepe'ye bağlantısı bulunan bu tesis, restoranlar, süpermarketler ve Seijo Ishii gibi yakınlardaki mekanlar sayesinde dışarı çıkmadan ihtiyacınız olan her şeyi karşılayabiliyor. Kahvaltısı da oldukça zengin. Çok gösterişli bir şey değil ama miso çorbası lezzetli ve sabahları kendinizi rahat hissetmenizi sağlıyor. Orada pişen omletler yumuşacık ve kabarık oluyor. Ayrıca yulaf sütü bulunması gibi düşünceli dokunuşları da beğendim. Küçük tatlı pudingi de çok lezzetli. Sürdürülebilir Kalkınma Amaçları doğrultusunda olanakların sınırlı olduğunu lütfen unutmayın.

Oda temiz. Personel dost canlısı ve yardımsever. Otel uygun bir konumda yer alıyor. Genel olarak, bu otelde kalmaktan çok iyi bir deneyim yaşadım.

The hotel is very close and very convenient for travel. The room is spacious and worth the price. It's near many shopping places, which is good. The breakfast is very delicious. But there is one problem: we traveled from another country for 9-10 hours with a kid, arriving 1-2 hours early. The hotel charged us a room entrance fee. I've never encountered this before. I've only encountered the situation where if the room is ready, we can enter first, but if the room isn't ready, we have to wait. I wasn't very impressed with this.

ホテルのアクセスが良くて、タクシーも目の前に止まっていたのでとても便利でした！夜景もすごく綺麗でした！2日泊まりましたが、アメニティも全て新しいものに替えていただいて、ベッドもふかふかで過ごしやすかったです。ホテルのカフェやバーも利用しましたが、すごく美味しかったです。次もぜひ、利用したいホテルです。
