Havaalanına yakın bir otele ihtiyacınız varsa, burası tam size göre. LHR'den uzun bir uçuştan sonra Tokyo'ya vardığımızda bir gece burada kaldık. Servisleri mükemmeldi; sadece havaalanına gidiş-dönüş değil, aynı zamanda ana istasyona da servis sağlıyorlar. Buradan toplu taşıma araçlarına kolayca bağlanarak Tokyo'nun merkezine ulaşabilirsiniz. Karışık Batı ve Japon kahvaltısı harikaydı ve fiyatına kesinlikle değerdi. Çevredeki bölge, daha fazla zamanınız varsa doğrudan otelden kiralayabileceğiniz bisikletle keşfetmek için harika bir yer gibi görünüyor. Japonya'ya tekrar gelirsek, kesinlikle burada tekrar kalacağız.

Very modern Japanese hotel. It is quite new as it is refurbished 2 years ago. Very clean and the onsen in the hotel is very modern. They offer another onsen which is opposite the hotel, which is much bigger but older. Room is small but adequate enough with everything supplied. Free parking and outside is the bus stop for those taking public bus. Overall hotel is great but abit pricy.

Had a fantastic stay here. Really good location, close to a train station and right across Yamashita park. Multiple attractions are within walking distance too. Room itself was spacious, clean and new. Toilet was nicely divided into wet and dry sections, and all toiletries you need are provided (pyjamas too!). Staff were friendly and helpful, providing brochure and map of yamashita park and Chinatown to help you navigate the area. Highly recommended :)

Otel, 4 kişilik ailemize yer verdi, büyük çocuğumuz için ek ücret ödemeden bir yatak ekledi ve küçük çocuğumuzun mevcut yatağı kullanmasına izin verdi. Oda, ek yatakla bile iyi büyüklükte, temiz ve Cosmo World'ün güzel manzarasına sahip küçük bir balkonu var. Cosmo World ve Minato bölgesine, Minatomirai istasyonuna, Queens Alışveriş Merkezi'ne, Colette Mare'ye ve Hard Rock Cafe'ye kısa bir yürüyüş mesafesinde. Alt katta McDonald's, KFC, Starbucks, Subway ve diğer restoranlar da var. Uygun konum. Kesinlikle tekrar burada kalacağım.

Yazı yazmak amacıyla 3 gün 2 gece orada kaldım. Odanın pencere kenarında bir çalışma masası vardı, bu sayede işlerimi halledebiliyordum. Manzara pek iyi değildi maalesef ama Shinkansen trenlerinin çalıştığını görebiliyorduk. Biraz gürültü vardı ama Shinkansen ve siren sesleri dışında gürültü denebilecek hiçbir şey yoktu, o yüzden rahatlatıcıydı. Oda küçüktü ama yatak rahattı, hiçbir sıkıntı yoktu. Tesis biraz eski, halıların bir kısmı solmuş ama yine de temiz. Shin-Yokohama İstasyonu'ndan kolayca ulaşılabilen ve Pepe'ye bağlantısı bulunan bu tesis, restoranlar, süpermarketler ve Seijo Ishii gibi yakınlardaki mekanlar sayesinde dışarı çıkmadan ihtiyacınız olan her şeyi karşılayabiliyor. Kahvaltısı da oldukça zengin. Çok gösterişli bir şey değil ama miso çorbası lezzetli ve sabahları kendinizi rahat hissetmenizi sağlıyor. Orada pişen omletler yumuşacık ve kabarık oluyor. Ayrıca yulaf sütü bulunması gibi düşünceli dokunuşları da beğendim. Küçük tatlı pudingi de çok lezzetli. Sürdürülebilir Kalkınma Amaçları doğrultusunda olanakların sınırlı olduğunu lütfen unutmayın.

The location of the hotel is very good. It's facing the sea, and very near to the beach. Basically just need to cross the road to the beach. The room is clean, space is not big. For my room, seems there was not a ventilation fan in the toilet or it was not working. There was a lot steam after taking a shower. The car park is big and parking fee is 1000yen. A free spa is available for every guest. Everyone needs to pay spa tax at 150yen per head regardless using spa facilities located at 3 floor or not. A premium spa service is available at 4th floor with 1500yen charge. The breakfast is at 3200yen. Overall, in my opinion it's a bit pricey. I stayed in the hotel on 16 Mar 2024. It's still a bit cold, so I didn't have the spa even though paying the spa tax. It's a bit wasted. I wouldn't recommend this place for winter time.

A comfortable stay with staff who are attentive to service. We loved the location of the ryokan and both the private and public onsens were clean and well-kept. We also found the quality of the food from restaurant very good. Loved how it was nestled high on the mountain which gave a bit of privacy. Shame the front facade was hidden due to renovations, but would love to come back again once it is fully renovated.

ライブがあったので泊まらせていただきました！ ロビーのスタッフさんは全員とても優しく、私がライブ会場へ向かう時、「いってらっしゃい、楽しんできてくださいね☺️」と言ってくださいました！！ とても優しかったです！ 手荷物も預けられたので本当に良かったです！ また機会があったら泊まらせていただきたいです！ ありがとうございました！

箱根の観光エリアから近く、バスも通って、また周りにイタリアレストラン、スーマーも有って、今回は、大変助かった。 また、駐車場も有って尚更よかったかな。 また、利用したいと思う。

Great location, amazing view and friendly staff! They allowed us to extend our check out 1 hour which we were very grateful for. However the check in process took a little longer than expected since it was so busy and there weren’t any bath robes. But all in all a very pleasant stay and would recommend!
