Tokyo'ya vardığımızda geceyi geçirdiğimiz konaklamadan gerçekten keyif aldık. Ücretsiz havaalanı transferi harikaydı ve her şey zamanında gerçekleşti. Güzel oda, beklediğimizden daha büyük ve çok sessizdi. Uzun bir uçuşun ardından onsen'de dinlenmek çok keyifliydi ve havaalanına bakan nehre bakan harika manzaralı 5. kattaki restoranda harika bir yemek yedik. Eve dönüş uçuşumuzdan önce tekrar oraya gideceğimiz için çok mutluyuz.

Luckily this onsen hotel has a Family Mart right next to it. Everything there is clean. Onsen on 6/F is also very clean, loved it very much. The best part was to bring my family to the Yunessun swimming facility right across the road. Free entry if you get tickets from the hotel front desk.

初めての宿泊。どこのホテルでも外国人ばかりなのに 日本人ばかりが宿泊していて、そこに驚きました。つまり日本人に魅力的なホテルということでしょうか。 何と言っても部屋からの山下公園を一望できる景色が素晴らしかったです(部屋によるので確認を)。 普段は眺望を気にしないので安いお部屋を取るのですが、今回は直前で残ってたお高めの部屋(仕方なく)で 大正解でした。このホテルに宿泊するなら、お高めでも山下公園側のお部屋を取ることをオススメします。 取れなかったとしても、屋上からの眺めはもっと素晴らしくてインターコンチからマリンタワーまでぐるっと見渡せます。ニューグランドより眺めは良いです。 新しいホテルなので清潔感があるし お若いスタッフの方々が笑顔で対応してくださるので 安心して過ごせました。 またお部屋の設えで一番気に入ったのは、ドレッサー兼デスク。いかにも机ではない丸みのあるエレガントな造りでパソコンで作業するにもお化粧するにも 最適でした。しかも机の両側にコンセントあるので 使い勝手抜群でした。この部屋の広さで洗面台がツーボールなのも良かったです。

We had a lovely stay at Yokohama Bay Hotel—the location was fantastic, with beautiful views of the bay and easy access to nearby attractions. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable. The hotel does show some signs of age, but it didn’t take away from the overall experience. The only minor downside was the gym, which was quite small and had limited equipment, along with unusual operating hours. That said, if you’re not relying on fitness facilities, this hotel is a great choice for a relaxing stay in Yokohama!

Yazı yazmak amacıyla 3 gün 2 gece orada kaldım. Odanın pencere kenarında bir çalışma masası vardı, bu sayede işlerimi halledebiliyordum. Manzara pek iyi değildi maalesef ama Shinkansen trenlerinin çalıştığını görebiliyorduk. Biraz gürültü vardı ama Shinkansen ve siren sesleri dışında gürültü denebilecek hiçbir şey yoktu, o yüzden rahatlatıcıydı. Oda küçüktü ama yatak rahattı, hiçbir sıkıntı yoktu. Tesis biraz eski, halıların bir kısmı solmuş ama yine de temiz. Shin-Yokohama İstasyonu'ndan kolayca ulaşılabilen ve Pepe'ye bağlantısı bulunan bu tesis, restoranlar, süpermarketler ve Seijo Ishii gibi yakınlardaki mekanlar sayesinde dışarı çıkmadan ihtiyacınız olan her şeyi karşılayabiliyor. Kahvaltısı da oldukça zengin. Çok gösterişli bir şey değil ama miso çorbası lezzetli ve sabahları kendinizi rahat hissetmenizi sağlıyor. Orada pişen omletler yumuşacık ve kabarık oluyor. Ayrıca yulaf sütü bulunması gibi düşünceli dokunuşları da beğendim. Küçük tatlı pudingi de çok lezzetli. Sürdürülebilir Kalkınma Amaçları doğrultusunda olanakların sınırlı olduğunu lütfen unutmayın.

The location of the hotel is very good. It's facing the sea, and very near to the beach. Basically just need to cross the road to the beach. The room is clean, space is not big. For my room, seems there was not a ventilation fan in the toilet or it was not working. There was a lot steam after taking a shower. The car park is big and parking fee is 1000yen. A free spa is available for every guest. Everyone needs to pay spa tax at 150yen per head regardless using spa facilities located at 3 floor or not. A premium spa service is available at 4th floor with 1500yen charge. The breakfast is at 3200yen. Overall, in my opinion it's a bit pricey. I stayed in the hotel on 16 Mar 2024. It's still a bit cold, so I didn't have the spa even though paying the spa tax. It's a bit wasted. I wouldn't recommend this place for winter time.

This ryokan is simply too lively! It's a pity we were there a bit too early coz the garden will be so beautiful in full bloom! The staff are friendly and nice! Service is superb! But when come to value for money, their sister hotel Tenyu is of better and greatest value with a slight higher price but worth it. However they are totally different type of ambience and feel. For ryokan experience, this is no doubt better choice

Was a bit far from Yokohama station and a pain to find on road but next day, worked out underground mall route but a lot of different exits. Room was small with balcony inaccessible for fresh air. Luggage storage was available for free but laundry only had two machines so had to wait for other guests to finish ... then wait some more for them to actually come get it.

Habitación amplia y limpia pero un poco lejos de todo, el baño y ducha son compartidos

The hotel location is perfect and it is just opposite to Yokohama CosmoWorld. Special thanks to Guest Experience Manager - Hong-Sun Synn, he helped us to exchange the room while we found our room had some noice which is caused by strong wind and made us cannot sleep. Mr. Synn came to our room and handle our case immediately, we appreciated to his care and handling.
