The hotel is old building,My honest review is I feel little bit disappointed with my room.I booked a room with a lake view. But when I’m arrived they give us the room that there was no view at the lake. The aircon is not really cold so we decided to open up a window. And I feel disappointed about the dining.In the boking site they included the pictures of there dining up to 90 plus over pictures of the buffet breakfast,That is none as I expected on the pictures of dining. Just an advice,To the management of the hotel.Can you please separate the area of the tables and the location of all types of dining pictures. Because as I expected to the pictures that you put into your dining buffet is all are available to the guest. But you only served a simple food buffet not fit to the room rate. And I suggest that hope you can re arrange your dining buffet pictures not to put it on one place,like Bars,wedding reception and etc. Because guests will think that it is all available when stay and booked it right away to think it was cheap but in the end it is really disappointing. Thank you!

超出預期的一家酒店。首先位置非常好，在距離惠比須島最近的海角，從房間裏就可以看到360度的太平洋（私湯房間）。交通上酒店上下午提供免費班車到急下田站。 酒店的餐飲不錯，套餐裏的晚餐有和牛、龍蝦、刺身、鯛魚、天婦羅等菜品，自助早餐也有mini份的魚生刺身，整體比較適合國人的口味。 出門走50米即可下海浮潛，浮潛水平可能超過東南亞大部分常規跳島，生物種類整體偏熱帶，很驚喜看到了大個圓形魔鬼魚和eagle ray，還有常規的熱帶魚羣和海鰻，能見度整體10-15米，水温25度左右1.5mm短袖濕衣正好。除了浮潛，小朋友抓螃蟹也不亦樂乎。 私湯房的温泉在陽台，看着太平洋泡温泉是伊豆的保留項目了，拍照也是水準之上。 酒店老闆是旅日華人同胞，中文交流無障礙，人也很熱情。

한국인 리뷰 위치 : jr누마즈역에서 남문으로 나온 후 3번 버스정류장에서 버스 탑승 후 2~30분 이동 / 시내여행 선호하시는 분들한텐 힘들겠지만 그래도 뚜벅이가 이 정도 퀄리티 숙소를 묵는다? 괜찮다 봅니다 버스는 710엔 들고 미니패스 사용가능 가격: 온천을 전세로 한 타임 (40분) 사용할 수 있다는 메리트와 일본 전통스타일 룸 거의 료칸인데 1박에 20만원대이니 2인 여행객들에게 추천드려요 완전 만족 서비스 : 이래도 되나 싶을정도로.. 너무 친절해서 몸둘바를 모름ㅜㅜ 오후에 계셨던 젊은 남자직원분 진짜 너무 감사했습니다 이번 여행에서 가장 기억에 남았어요 (ありがとうございました。💕) 기타: 이 곳 바로 옆은 산이기 때문에 벌레가 나올 수 있습니다. 이건 당연히 이해하고 가셔야합니다. 저희는 306호를 배정받았는데 도마뱀인가 도롱뇽같은 친구랑 지네가 나왔는데 프론트에 전화로 말씀드리니 (벌레는 일본어로 무시 , 방 번호말하고 헤야니 무시가 아리마스 ) 바로 오셔서 잡아주시고 정말 되려 미안할정도로 사과와 함께 훌륭한 대처를 해주셨습니다. 방에서 문제가 생겨도 나몰라라하는 숙소가 많은데 여기는 계속 놀라셨겠다며 죄송하다며 수차례 말씀하시더라고요 저희는 정말 괜찮았고 따뜻한 대처에 감사했습니다. 온천은 가능하면 이른저녁시간은 비추합니다 시골이라 주변식당이 일찍 닫습니다..ㅜㅜ 그래도 전세 1타임 (1인당 온천사용료 150인가 200엔)에 아침, 밤으로 다같이 사용할 수 있기 때문에 온천 많이 이용하세요! 조식으로는 생선구이, 젓갈, 낫또, 수란, 샐러드 등등이 나오고 여기 자체가 외국인 관광객보다도 일본분들이 휴가로 오시는 것 같더라고요 진짜 찐 일본 가정식을 체험할 수 있었습니다! 사진이 전부 다 업로드실패네요🥲

Most convenient position around the Jr station, very kind frontdesk, I checked in 1 hrs earlier than regulated. Breakfast is decent as well. The room is bigger than I expected, equipment well functioned. Staff is professional, they react quickly and kindly when I ask for help. Highly recommend!

熱海旅行の際にこちらの旅館を利用させていただきました。駅からは遠いのですがシャトルバスがあるので送迎はそちらを利用すれば問題ないかと思います。バスも1番乗り場、相の原行きに乗れば熱海山荘まで行けますが最寄りから少し歩くのでシャトルバスを利用するのが無難かと思います。 スタッフの方は受付からシャトルバスの方まで、全員が本当に親切で、心が温まりました。 朝食と夕食がつきますが、朝はビュッフェタイプ、夜は豪華な鰻重が用意されており驚きました。朝食のビュッフェはグラタンから焼鮭などちょうど良いバリエーションで非常に楽しめました。なめこのお味噌汁が本当に美味しくて感動いたしました。 次熱海に行く時はまた利用したい!と思えるくらい満足のいく熱海旅行でした。スタッフの方、皆さんありがとうございました。

Clean and well-kept hotel. Love the restaurant setting. Hawaii-theme hotel by the beach. Rate is reasonable, especially during the off-season. High season, a lot more expensive but if you love hotel by the beach with outdoor pool, medium size natural hot spring, this place is worth consideration. Great to go in early to mid February when the Kawazu sakura start to blossom along the river near the hotel - an easy 18-minute walk along the coast from hotel.

Dışarıdan sıradan görünse de içi hoş bir sürpriz. Tek gecelik konaklama, iki öğün yemek paketi. Giriş yaptıktan sonra kaplıcalara girip akşam yemeği yedik. Akşam yemeği diğer masalardan farklıydı. Sanırım o gün tek Çinli misafir bizdik. Akşam yemeğinden sonra yürüyüşe çıktık. Bir kilometre içinde kimse yoktu. Kaplıcalara girip dinlenmek için geri döndük, ardından masaj yaptırıp uyuduk. Kalktıktan sonra, rezervasyon yaptırdığımız özel kaplıcaya girdik. Hava çok soğuktu ama ayaklarımızı suya sokmaya vaktimiz olmadı. Sonra da doyurucu bir Japon kahvaltısı yaptık. Genel olarak iyi bir değerlendirme.

Location is good and within 10 minutes drive from the Gotemba Premium Outlet. Hotel rooms are slightly dusty, but good for short stays especially after outlet visits :) Public hot springs are spacious and better than expected, with both indoors and outdoors available. Some rooms can see the Mount Fuji. Otherwise, 12/F is available for public access with a panorama view of Mount Fuji. Breakfast is also satisfying.

I love the location, the buffet spread for breakfast and the happy hour drink and curry rice. Looking forward to stay there again in my next visit.

サービス面も不満はなく、狭い部屋でも寝られる方は特に問題ないと思います。 格安の代わりに、歯ブラシなどの基本アメニティとして扱われるものは有料となっています。自前で持っていればよかったと少し後悔しています。
