Temiz ve güvenli otel. Personel cana yakın ve yardımseverdi. Banyodaki ışık çok karanlıktı - tıraş olmak ve duş almak zordu. Odanın tavan lambası yoktu ve ayrıca karanlıktı. Odamız oldukça kalabalık ve gürültülü olan sokağa bakıyordu. Otelin karşısındaki müşteriler odamızı görebildiği için gün içinde gizlilik için perdeleri kapalı tutmak zorundaydık. Kahvaltı sunulanlara göre çok pahalıydı. Çok az seçenek vardı - reçel seçenekleri zayıftı, kahve zayıftı. Sadece dilimlenmiş peynir lezzetliydi.

地理位置：離火車站和汽車站非常近，步行10分鐘以內，但是去到的路是一個坡坡，如果步行過去行李箱又重的話，有點累。酒店對面有自助洗衣房，旁邊有一個很漂亮的地標教堂。去市中心的景點步行也衹要二十分鐘左右，我在這裏的三天都是走的，雖然打車很便宜，但是走走也很舒服。 衞生：是歐洲比較稀少的新酒店，所以非常乾淨。 設施：很新，設計的也挺好的。 服務：服務員工作效率可以，但是對於連住客人沒有續飲用水和咖啡。我一共訂了三間房間，有一間有送歡迎的巧克力和蛋撻，其他兩間沒有。

Porto'da güzel bir otel. Benim için bunu yapan şey çatı alanı ve 8. kattaki bar servisiydi, çok sakin ve huzurluydu. Ancak küçük şeyler, özellikle de ev temizliği benim için bunun azalmasına neden oluyor. Toplam 5 gece oradaydım ve iki kez daha fazla su ve havlu istemek zorunda kaldım. Kahveyi yenilemediler, hatta kirli kahve kupalarını temizleriyle değiştirmediler. Tam da beklediğiniz şeyleri söylüyorum. Konumu iyiydi ama engebeli tırmanışların olmadığı bir hayatta haklı olmak açısından harika değildi.

Spacious room with excellent cleanliness and in a quiet location. Although it’s a bit of a walk to São Bento Station, the peacefulness and lack of crowds made it a perfect choice. For a 5-star hotel, the price was very reasonable. The breakfast had a wide variety of options and was fantastic. The fitness center equipment was in great condition, and the staff at reception promptly handled all my requests. My room’s housekeeper was also truly exceptional. Without a doubt, I’ll stay here again the next time I visit Porto.

Very friendly staff make this place feel so welcoming but that seems to be the norm across Portugal. Hotel is situated some distance from the city center which requires at least 25 minutes walk, although trams operate from in front of the hotel. The breakfast did not offer the most extensive selection but everything was fresh and tasty and staff offer a discounted option if it is purchased on checking for the entire stay. There are no leisure facilities at this hotel such as swimming pool or gym whilst there is a supermarket very nearby, around 3 minutes walk away. I enjoyed my stay as the room was comfortable enough but recommend requesting a room at the back of the hotel as those at the front are prone to noise from passing guests and the elevators and noise insulation is not the best. Best to ask for rooms ending in number 12 or higher. Entire property is very very stylish as this building was formally a fish market, albeit with art deco flourishes, converted to a contemporary hotel.

Probably the coolest hostel dorm I have ever stayed in. Really clean and nice. Really nice lounge area and it is close to most tourist destinations in Porto. This place is a must stay for the seasoned traveler!

Resepsiyon personeli, rezervasyon sırasında talep edildiği gibi küvetli bir odayla bizi değiştirmede kusursuz davranmış olsa da, odada sadece küçük havlular vardı; büyük banyo havlusu yoktu. Küvet musluğu şiddetle sızdırıyor, her yere su fışkırıyordu. Sabah 9:00'da aynı kattaki bir otel odasında inşaat çalışmaları devam ediyordu ve sanki aynı odadaymışlar gibi çok yüksek bir ses duyuluyordu. Dikkat edilmesi gereken bir nokta: Resepsiyon görevlisi olayın nasıl geçtiğini sordu ve ben de olayı anlattım ve karşılığında ”Bir dahaki sefere daha iyi olur...” cevabını aldım.

위치는 번화가에서 살짝 거리가 있지만 주변이 조용해서 숙박하기에 너무나 좋는 위치였습니다. 포르투는 걸어다니기 좋아서 번화가 주요관광지까지 가는데 전혀 무리 없었고, 버스정류장과 지하철역이 가까이에 있어서 이동하는데에도 전혀 무리가 없습니다. 룸 컨디션은 너무 좋았고 방사이즈도 충분했습니다. 조식은 깔끔하고 맛있어서 매일 챙겨먹었고 호텔 시설은 전반적으로 너무나 만족스러웠습니다. 다시 온다면 여기에 또 머무를 것이고 주변사람들에게도 추천할 것입니다.

Very nice, next to the train station and the bus stop to go anywhere. You get exactly what you pay for. Good quality for the price.
