A Wonderful Stay – Highly Recommended Staying at this hotel was a truly pleasant experience. The rooms and facilities were exceptionally clean, and the breakfast was delicious. The location is strategic—close to everywhere we needed to go, making our trip very convenient. What really stood out, though, was the outstanding service. The reception staff were professional, polite, and friendly. Every one of them was genuinely helpful. The breakfast staff were always smiling, which made each morning feel warm and welcoming. This hotel deserves more than just 5 stars. I highly recommend it and want to thank the entire team for their excellent service. Well done!

A great base for catching early flight out of Porto, rooms clean and large functional for travellers with overnights rather than long stays. A couple of things that could really improve the customer experience is a separation of smoking and non-smoking rooms as we stayed on the first floor and coming out of the lift was like walking into an ashtray and fog of smoke coming from smoking rooms located on the same floor as non-smoking. The smoke got so bad i had to place a towel over the bottom of our room door to stop the vapours leaking in to our room. I am not sure whether this hotel offers non-smoking floors and we might have been unlucky and been allocated a smoking room, but the room had a smoke alarm in the ceiling so suspect its a mixture of smoking and non-smoking same floor. The next observation was the breakfast was very basic, adequate but basic, self service. I would stay again based on it location to the airport and easy to get to from central Porto.

This place is so relaxing to stay in! It’s a super nice little cafe with the rooms in the back through locking doors for easy access and security. The service is mostly seen outside your room as there isn’t much to be serviced inside, either way they were very friendly and helpful with menus in different languages and all that. The facilities for our room were all you needed, our “bunks” being cubby’s in the wall with lots of space and a locking compartment below for bags or valuables. The bathroom is tight compared to what I was used to in Canada, but it has your toilet, sink, and shower. What more do you need? Lastly the food was very very good, this was our first stay on our trip from Canada so maybe it’s normal here but it is so fresh and simply tasted awesome! Highly recommend!

Resepsiyon personeli, rezervasyon sırasında talep edildiği gibi küvetli bir odayla bizi değiştirmede kusursuz davranmış olsa da, odada sadece küçük havlular vardı; büyük banyo havlusu yoktu. Küvet musluğu şiddetle sızdırıyor, her yere su fışkırıyordu. Sabah 9:00'da aynı kattaki bir otel odasında inşaat çalışmaları devam ediyordu ve sanki aynı odadaymışlar gibi çok yüksek bir ses duyuluyordu. Dikkat edilmesi gereken bir nokta: Resepsiyon görevlisi olayın nasıl geçtiğini sordu ve ben de olayı anlattım ve karşılığında ”Bir dahaki sefere daha iyi olur...” cevabını aldım.

The hotel very close to the airport.. a good choice for anyone who had an early flight to catch on.. hotel also provide a shuttle to the airport and they had the schedule. U have to choose the time that they provided..it cost €2 per person during my time..u also can take aeroporto train to the city. So far i had a nice stay here!

I would have given an excellent, but the hotel air was turned off for the season (April), and we only had heat . Most of the time, that would have been fine ,but we did have days in the mid twenties . Maybe nitpicking, but that is my only complaint.

I booked the wrong Hilton but the receptionist told me I’m not the only one. I went to a concert and they were kind enough to let me check out a bit later. Room is big and bed confortante. Toilet is also big and with amenities. If you’re planning to visit the Porto wine caves and Gaia this hotel is really in a great location. There’s also the food market near by and some restaurants and bars. The

Oda temiz ve konumu iyi, nehir kenarındaki şehir merkezine sadece birkaç kilometre uzaklıkta. Taksi (Bolt) çok ucuz ve San Bento'ya 5 avro içinde ulaşabilirsiniz. Ayrıca yakınlarda alışveriş merkezleri, büyük süpermarketler ve çok çeşitli yiyecekler sunan yemek alanları bulunmaktadır. Ancak bu platform üzerinden üç kişilik bir oda ayırttım. Geldiğimde, gişedeki görevli sadece iki kişilik bir oda ayırttığımı ve fiyat farkını sorduğumu söyledi. Sonunda, birkaç tur iletişimden sonra sorun çözüldü. Platform ile oteller arasındaki iletişimin daha da geliştirilmesini umuyorum.

Otelin en büyük artısı, hemen alt katında popüler bir işkembe pilavı restoranının bulunduğu mükemmel konumu. Ancak odanın kendisi oldukça sıradandı. Su ısıtıcısı, diş fırçası kabı veya çamaşır kurutma askısı yoktu ve kağıt çarşaflar da vasattı. Dahası, odamın penceresi tavandaydı ve sadece havalandırma sağlıyordu, sokağa bakmıyordu. Dışarının güneşli mi yağmurlu mu olduğunu bilmiyordum. Yatak çarşaflarından mı yoksa başka bir şeyden mi emin değilim ama orada iki gece geçirdikten sonra kaşıntı ve kırmızı lekeler hissettim. Genel olarak, otel seçimim Porto'daki deneyimimi tamamen mahvetti.
