"Love all the staffs especially 3 ladies from front desk and they were helping me with my stuffs! It is so convenient to go places for the center of Palazzo Duomo. I stayed the 4 nights that they were upgrading me to a bigger room with the beautiful of the roof of Duomo. Grazie and I will definitely stay there for the next visit. Mayuree"

"The location is a prime! Only around 7mins walk from the train station and around 6 mins walk to Catheral of Santa Maria! You can access the main sightseeing spots by walking! the loft was very cozy and very clean! Bed mattress is not too hard and not too soft, i had great sleep every night. It was fully equipped with kitchen appliances, such as kettle, big fridge, stoves etc, very convenient if you would like to cook, especially when travelling with family. Bathroom was spacious, with a hair dryer that can really dry you hair! Hot water is hot enough! Staff was so friendly and helpful! I arrived around 11am , they let me check in even it was not the check-in time yet! On the day of departure, you can also leave your luggage’s at the basement，and you can pick them up anytime before the staff gets off work! Definitely will come back next time when i travel to Firenze again!"

"The stairs were hard for us without elevators. It was also very hit bc the ac was not turned on for the season, but thankful it was turned on the 2nd day. The laundry room was also helpful to have, but the dryer did not dry well at all. No housekeeping services."
