Wi-Fi Olanağına Sahip Floransa Otelleri

"Bu otel çok temiz ve yeni. Personel de çok nazik ve yardımseverdi. Konaklamamızın ikinci gününde, her iki odamızdaki sıcak duşla ilgili bir sorun yaşadık ve sorunu ancak gece çözebildik. Bu nedenle, ertesi gün ailem için bir hizmet telafisi olarak bize ücretsiz kahvaltı verdiler. Bu butik otelde konaklamamızın tadını çıkardık. Ancak bu otelin otoparkı o kadar sınırlı ki neredeyse arabamızı otelin içine park edemiyorduk. "Bu, şüphesiz İtalya'da kaldığım en iyi hostellerden biriydi ve size ne olduğunu anlatacağım. Temel olarak, giriş yapmak için oldukça geç kaldım ve ancak akşam 6:45 civarında giriş yaptım ve başlangıçta bana teklif edilen odada sadece üst yataklar kalmıştı ve tüm alt ranzalar doluydu. Resepsiyondaki Gaia çok nazikti  aslında tüm mevcut odalara baktı ve neredeyse 30 dakika baktıktan sonra beni nereye yerleştirebileceğini önerdi çünkü elma yatakta uyumak istemiyordum ve bana 13 numaralı başka bir oda verdi ve başlangıçta sekiz yatak odalı bir oda için rezervasyon yaptırmıştım ancak bu dört yatak odalı odaya girmek için biraz fazla para ödedim ve çok mutluydum çünkü oda çok genişti. Geniş bir alan vardı ve banyo ve tuvalet ayrıydı, bu da aynı anda iki kişi tarafından kullanılabildiği anlamına geliyordu, özellikle insanların acele ettiği sabahları ve prizler çok ideal bir şekilde yerleştirilmişti! "Villa Tortorelli is a charming mix between a bed-and-breakfast and a hotel. My experience here was mostly positive, and while there were a few minor issues, I could tell that the staff genuinely does their best to run the villa as smoothly as possible. Check-in & First Impressions The first thing to note is that the villa is designed to work with automated check-in processes, which is great for most travelers. However, it could be better explained to future guests to avoid any confusion. Not everyone will have a working phone or data plan when they arrive in Italy, and it’s important for the villa to have a backup plan in case guests are unable to connect. One simple suggestion would be to provide Wi-Fi access at the entrance of the villa and share the network name and password with guests before their arrival. This would make it easier for everyone to access the automated system without any issues. Room & Comfort I stayed in the Deluxe Suite, located on the first floor of a three-story villa, right next to the breakfast room. At first, I was concerned about noise, but the thick, heavy door completely blocked any sounds from the breakfast area. I never heard a thing in the morning. The room has blackout curtains that provide great privacy and darkness, which I really appreciated. The bathroom was newly renovated with luxury finishes, including stone walls that give it a high-end feel. The room was clean, and the daily housekeeping service kept everything spotless, with fresh towels replaced daily. One of the standout features of Villa Tortorelli is Karen, the person in charge of breakfast service and housekeeping. She is incredibly attentive and hardworking. She ensures that guests are well taken care of, and the breakfast is always well-prepared and served hot. Honestly, if they lose Karen, the villa would lose two stars in reviews. She is one of their greatest assets. Breakfast Experience The breakfast service was excellent. The food is prepared fresh every morning, and Karen makes sure there is always a variety of hot and cold options available. The breakfast room is cozy and inviting, with plenty of choices to start your day off right. The Villa’s Atmosphere & Location The villa is peaceful and surrounded by greenery, making it a relaxing place to stay. It’s also within walking distance of all the major tourist attractions in Florence, which makes it very convenient for exploring the city. One Minor Issue The only negative point during my stay was that the room felt quite cold when I first arrived. However, I reached out to the WhatsApp help service, and the heating system was adjusted quickly. Within a short time, the room felt much warmer and more comfortable. Final Thoughts Overall, Villa Tortorelli is a great option for those looking for a peaceful, well-located stay in Florence. The automated check-in system could use some improvement to avoid any potential issues for guests without a data plan, but aside from that, the rooms are clean and comfortable, the breakfast is excellent, and the staff is very attentive. Would I stay here again? Yes, especially for Karen’s service and the peaceful villa atmosphere!"

"Lovely hotel! The view from the terrace was amazing! Not too far from the David or the Florence Cathedral. It’s also next to the Trattoria Zaza, which had amazinggg pasta."

"There’s a few facilities that’s not working/ spoilt in the room but the hotel is kind enough to send someone to fix it but this is compensated by the great location and also the helpful staff."

Floransa'da 4 gece kalacak yer aradım ve kahvaltı veren bir yer vardı, ve ucuz, bu yüzden yarı yarıya şüpheyle rezervasyon yaptırdım. Konumu iyi, ve kahvaltısı daha da lezzetli. Garden Blue'yu tavsiye ederim. Sütlü mısır gevreği Cheesecake Sabah ekmeği ve tost, haşlanmış yumurta 🥞 Ayrıca bir pankek makinesi de var. Kahvaltıda birçok peynir çeşidi, birçok kek, ekmek çeşidi ve birçok kahve çeşidi mevcut. Tadı da~güzel 😀 Resepsiyon personelinin verdiği Floransa haritasına baktıktan sonra seyahat ediyorum. Umarım hepinize keyifli bir yolculuk geçirirsiniz, ve uygun fiyatlı bir otel."

"Hotel piccolo e fantastico, caratterizzato da uno stile e design eccezionali. Location magica sulla riva dell’Arno, lontano dalla folla di turisti che invade il centro di Firenze, che e’ comunque a pochi minuti di distanza. Personale gentilissimo, pronto ad esaudire ogni richiesta. Colazione eccellente in una sala ristorante dal design ricercato e accogliente."

"Excellent accomodation for the money and value. Rooms are newish and super clean with a modern feel. Directly opposite SMN station makes it fantastic as a base in Florence as centre storico is a few minutes walk away as well as being right next to SMN cathedral itself. Plenty of good food around as well as a carrerfour express. Rooms importantly were also quiet so I was able to sleep well. Aircon worked superbly and shower pressure was excellent. I loved that the bathroom had a window so you could let air in and out, except it usually meant letting in mosquitoes too so it was best left closed."
