Park Yeri Olan Floransa Otelleri

"Bu otel çok temiz ve yeni. Personel de çok nazik ve yardımseverdi. Konaklamamızın ikinci gününde, her iki odamızdaki sıcak duşla ilgili bir sorun yaşadık ve sorunu ancak gece çözebildik. "Villa Tortorelli is a charming mix between a bed-and-breakfast and a hotel. My experience here was mostly positive, and while there were a few minor issues, I could tell that the staff genuinely does their best to run the villa as smoothly as possible. Check-in & First Impressions The first thing to note is that the villa is designed to work with automated check-in processes, which is great for most travelers. However, it could be better explained to future guests to avoid any confusion. Not everyone will have a working phone or data plan when they arrive in Italy, and it’s important for the villa to have a backup plan in case guests are unable to connect. One simple suggestion would be to provide Wi-Fi access at the entrance of the villa and share the network name and password with guests before their arrival. This would make it easier for everyone to access the automated system without any issues. Room & Comfort I stayed in the Deluxe Suite, located on the first floor of a three-story villa, right next to the breakfast room. At first, I was concerned about noise, but the thick, heavy door completely blocked any sounds from the breakfast area. I never heard a thing in the morning. The room has blackout curtains that provide great privacy and darkness, which I really appreciated. The bathroom was newly renovated with luxury finishes, including stone walls that give it a high-end feel. The room was clean, and the daily housekeeping service kept everything spotless, with fresh towels replaced daily. One of the standout features of Villa Tortorelli is Karen, the person in charge of breakfast service and housekeeping. She is incredibly attentive and hardworking. She ensures that guests are well taken care of, and the breakfast is always well-prepared and served hot. Honestly, if they lose Karen, the villa would lose two stars in reviews. She is one of their greatest assets. Breakfast Experience The breakfast service was excellent. The food is prepared fresh every morning, and Karen makes sure there is always a variety of hot and cold options available. The breakfast room is cozy and inviting, with plenty of choices to start your day off right. The Villa’s Atmosphere & Location The villa is peaceful and surrounded by greenery, making it a relaxing place to stay. It’s also within walking distance of all the major tourist attractions in Florence, which makes it very convenient for exploring the city. One Minor Issue The only negative point during my stay was that the room felt quite cold when I first arrived. However, I reached out to the WhatsApp help service, and the heating system was adjusted quickly. Within a short time, the room felt much warmer and more comfortable. Final Thoughts Overall, Villa Tortorelli is a great option for those looking for a peaceful, well-located stay in Florence. The automated check-in system could use some improvement to avoid any potential issues for guests without a data plan, but aside from that, the rooms are clean and comfortable, the breakfast is excellent, and the staff is very attentive. Would I stay here again? Yes, especially for Karen’s service and the peaceful villa atmosphere!"

Floransa'da 4 gece kalacak yer aradım ve kahvaltı veren bir yer vardı, ve ucuz, bu yüzden yarı yarıya şüpheyle rezervasyon yaptırdım. Kahvaltıda birçok peynir çeşidi, birçok kek, ekmek çeşidi ve birçok kahve çeşidi mevcut. Tadı da~güzel 😀 Resepsiyon personelinin verdiği Floransa haritasına baktıktan sonra seyahat ediyorum. Umarım hepinize keyifli bir yolculuk geçirirsiniz, ve uygun fiyatlı bir otel."

"Çift kişilik yatak, çift kişilik yatak boyutunda olup oda çok geniş olmasa da büyük bir valizi rahatlıkla açabilirsiniz. Çok fazla aktivite yok ama genel olarak çok temiz ve konforluydu. En güzeli de kahvaltının bol ve lezzetli olması! Çeşitli sıcak yemekler, çeşitli kruvasanlar, hamur işleri, meyveler, çeşitli kahve ve meyve suyu... harika bir deneyimdi! Personel de nazikti. Orada burada birkaç Japon müşteri de vardı."

"Lovely hotel! The view from the terrace was amazing! Not too far from the David or the Florence Cathedral. It’s also next to the Trattoria Zaza, which had amazinggg pasta."

"There’s a few facilities that’s not working/ spoilt in the room but the hotel is kind enough to send someone to fix it but this is compensated by the great location and also the helpful staff."

"清潔な部屋で快適に過ごせました。近くのカフェでの朝食も必要十分で、フロントの方もフレンドリーです。 ただ2点注意が必要です。 ・早い時間にチェックインしようとすると建物の玄関が空かない。番号鍵なのでチェックイン時に教えてもらってそれで大丈夫なのですが最初に来たときが問題です。わたしはたまたま中から出てきた他の宿泊者に開けてもらいました。その人もたまたま出てきた他の宿泊者に開けてもらって入れたそうです。 ・部屋の天井がとても高い。広々としていて3月はよかったですが、エアコンがついているとはいえ、夏は地獄ではないかと思います。"
