One of the best stays ever, you will not be disappointed with the boutique feel of good old days, we actually made the trip to Busan just to stay here. Free Americanos were a nice touch and with the complimentary stationary to write memories and even send postcards to yourself. The rooms are incredibly well designed and felt luxurious large with warm wood accents.

I left my wallet at a grab car and the driver didnt want to give it back. The front desk was EXTREMELY supportive in helping me get it back. The service was indeed top notch and the free spa was incredibly relaxing the view was also nice especially during summer time. Cannot recommend this place enough!

In terms of value for money, the hotel is decent. The interior is pleasant and modern; it seems new, but it is no longer perfectly clean. In my room, for example, the toilet seat cover was taped with duct tape, there were splashes on the walls in some places, and stains on the ceiling. However, the rooms are cleaned well, towels are changed every day, and if you ask not to be disturbed, they leave everything you need in a basket outside your room. The hotel is very conveniently located for a short visit to Busan (up to 3-4 days), close to the train station and between the main attractions (it takes about the same amount of time to get to each direction). The trains were not audible in the room, and overall the hotel is quite quiet. I had a spacious room where I could open my suitcase normally, but there was still not enough storage space (at least more hangers for clothes are needed). There are also no cutlery in the room, which is a minus. There is a clothes styler - something like a steaming closet, which turned out to be convenient, as I didn't need an iron. The pool area is relaxing, you can take beautiful photos, and the water is warm. I didn't like the breakfasts. On weekdays, they are served à la carte, the selection is modest, and the coffee is not tasty. There are many coffee shops and cafes around the hotel, so it's better to go there. I was very surprised that upon check-in, they asked for a deposit of 100,000 won (or a card). In 10 years of active travel, I have never encountered this anywhere in hotels especially without notification.

Temiz ve harikaydı! Bardak dışında tabak çanak yoktu ve mikrodalga odadaydı! İki gece kaldım ama sadece bir gece uyuyabildim. ㅠㅠ Bolca havlu ve su verdiler, bu da güzeldi. Kendi diş fırçanızı, diş macununuzu ve tıraş bıçağınızı yanınızda getirmelisiniz! Yakınlarda birçok restoran var ve çoğu eve servis hizmeti sunuyor, böylece yemek sipariş edebilirsiniz.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful and clean room. Loved the balcony and bathtub. Would have liked local food options for breakfast and stronger coffee, but overall, ver enjoyable stay. Thank you!

Kesinlikle konumu seviyorum, ünlü Gwangali plajı 2 dakikadan daha az uzaklıkta, kelimenin tam anlamıyla köşede. Oda temizdi ama ikimiz için çok küçüktü, orta boy valizlerimizi açmakta zorlandık. Ev sahibi check-in saatimizden önce valizlerimizi bırakmamıza izin verdiği için çok nazikti. Bizim için en zor şey, vardığımızda ev sahibiyle iletişime geçemememiz ve tam konumu bulmakta zorluk çekmemizdi. Ev sahibiyle iletişime geçmek için başka bir acenteden başka bir kişiyle görüşmek zorunda kaldık. Bunların dışında oldukça tatmin ediciydi. (Ayrıldığımız gün çekilen fotoğraflar)

Otellerin ses geçirmez olması pek sık rastlanan bir durum değil ama bu gerçekten harika! En fazla, üst katta ara sıra ayak sesleri var! CP değeri son derece yüksektir. Haeundae Çıkış 3'e 3 dakikalık ve Haeundae Plajı'na 3 dakikalık yürüme mesafesindedir! Biz 13. kattaydık, öndeki bina yüzünden biraz kapalı olmasına rağmen yine de her gün kalkıp denizi izleyebiliyorduk. Çok rahattı! Oda her gün düzenleniyor ve çok temiz. Temizlik personeli de çok cana yakın ve bagajlar saklanabiliyor! Kesinlikle tekrar ziyaret edeceğim bir otel olduğu söylenebilir :)

Konumu harika. Aşağı indikten sonra sola dönüp doğruca Haeundae Plajı'na yürüyün. Ayrıca alt katta her türlü lezzetli yemek seçeneği var! Kahvaltı da güzel. Restoranda sevimli ve kibar bir Güneydoğu Asyalı kız var. Ancak oda temizliği gerçekten kötü. Banyodaki şampuan şişesinden sarı bir şey çıktı, yatak takımlarında sarı lekeler vardı ve balkon hiç temizlenmedi. Çıplak ayakla yürümeyi seviyorsanız balkondan uzak durun!

I enjoyed my stay here at Griffin hotel. A modern cost effective hotel in the heart of everything. The accommodation is the integral part of any vacation so it has to come correct. This is an example of such. I will stay here over and over when I visit busan again. It’s new, modern, lively, quiet, serene, centre to everything and above all budget friendly. Compared to hotels around. You’ll get value for whatever you pay here. I got value for my money. So yes it’s a 10/5 🤩🤩🤩 I love the view from my room I cannot get over such luxury on a budget.!
