"I love to stay in this hotel but if I have another chance to visit this place I might choose it 50This was my first time visiting Cancun, and I chose this hotel. I had a wonderful and fulfilling stay, but if I had another chance to come back to Cancun, I would say there’s only about a 50% chance that I would choose this hotel again. Let me share both the highlights and the inconveniences. What I liked: Because I booked the all-inclusive option, all food and drinks were free. The food and beverages at the deck restaurant and on the beach were more than perfect. The quality of the food was excellent, the menu was great, and the fruits and drinks were absolutely the best. The hotel room was very spacious. Although our balcony was quite small, I was still very satisfied. The hotel had a charming atmosphere that reminded me of Santorini, Greece. The room was very clean, cool, and always stocked with drinks in the fridge. The hotel also offered a variety of activities. I personally wanted to rest, so I didn’t participate, but it seemed like there were plenty of options. What I didn’t like: Even though it was all-inclusive, I heard that some of the more upscale restaurants were not included, and there was an extra charge to dine there. Since I only stayed for 2 nights and 3 days, I was happy with the deck restaurant, but if I had stayed longer, I probably would have wanted to try them. I also felt uncomfortable with the pushy sales tactics for massage services. At first, the hotel offered me a complimentary massage simply because I was from Canada. However, when they later found out that I was a student here, they canceled it immediately, saying it was only available for working professionals. I hadn’t wanted the massage in the first place, but I didn’t like that they offered it just to get my information and then withdrew it so abruptly. Another downside was the noise. At night, it was very loud, with karaoke-like singing from about 9:30 p.m. until almost 11 p.m. During the day, there was also the sound of drilling from construction that went on for hours. If you are looking for a quiet hotel, this is definitely not the right place. When I first booked through Trip.com, I had reserved a room with a king-size bed. But at check-in, the hotel told me there was no king room available and instead tried to sell me an upgrade to an ocean-view room with a larger balcony and king-size bed for USD $160. I declined, and in the end, I was given a room with two queen beds, a smaller balcony, and a half-ocean view. Honestly, I was still satisfied with that. The hotel is located roughly in the middle of the Hotel Zone—not too far north or south. I had booked a private van, and it took about 20–25 minutes from the airport. They said La Isla Mall was nearby, but when I passed by, I noticed many of the stores were closed. If you come expecting a vibrant shopping mall, you might be disappointed, so keep that in mind."

"The hotel room was comfortable. Didn’t really have any amenities available but there are shops and supermarket close by to be able to get some. The shower in my room was very weak for the water coming out and there was not much hot water so the water was not warm at all for showering. Bathroom was spacious and so was the room tho. Overall an ok place to stay for a short time."

"The resort itself is amazing. Very big and spacious, great amenities and SPECTACULAR views. Even more amazing were the staff and concierge Janer who made the stay very relaxing and memorable."

"Best place I’ve stayed at in the last 5 years of travelling this place is amazing loved every second of it. Had one issue with security bringing a girl in who was up my a$$ but we got her a day pass like we intended too and we were all good again. Least you know security is good so again couldn’t recommend a place better and for the price this is a BARGAIN"

"Everything was good apart from food and drinks. There were not many options for vegetarians. Even when you ask for vegetarian options or check with them whether a particular thing is veg or not, they were not helpful.Check-in was slow. There was only one person at the counter. It was very tough to communicate since many staff members didn't know English."

"르블랑은 우리부부에게 오래도록 좋은기억으로 남을거에요. 니죽,하얏트 등등 여러곳을 지인들에게 추천받아 비교해보고 최종적으로 선택한 이유 중 하나는 한국 컨시어지분이 계시다는 것이었습니다. 멕시코가 많이 안전해졌다고는하나.. 혹시 모를 일들이 있기에, 도움이 필요 할 수 있을 방책으로 선택했고 이번 2주간의 긴 휴가에서 르블랑은 신의 한수였습니다. 르블랑 도착 전 툴룸에서 시간을 보냈고 에코프렌들리로 인기있는 아줄릭호텔에서 도난을 당한 사건.. 트립과 구글 리뷰를 살펴보니 왕왕있는 아줄릭 도난사건을 미처 파악하지 못 한 점이 정말 한스럽네요. 400만원이 넘는 피해를 보았고, .. 어떻게든 찾고자 노력했지만.. 멕시코는 영어대화가 어렵습니다. 경찰조차 영어를 쓰시는 분시 한분 계시지만 아주 어려웠습니다. 우리부부는 르블랑의 한국컨시어지분 김재하선생님의 도움으로 사건이 해결되진 못 했지만, 정신줄을 잡을 수 있었습니다. Jeha님이 없으셨으면 남은 바캉스의 일정들을 모두 망쳤을겁니다. 바쁜시간임에도 저희부부에게 집중해서 일처리들을 도와주셨고, 한국에 돌아와서도 안부를 챙겨 물어주시고 마음에 큰 위로를 주신 점.. 투숙객 손님에 대한 진정성에 깊은 감동을 받았습니다. 일의 해결순서도 매우 프로패셔널하셨으며, 호텔에서의 휴식과 모든 즐길거리들을 조리있게 설명해주셨습니다. 호텔 안밖으로의 스팟들과 팁, 심지어 포토존에서의 의상 셀렉 팁까지.^^ 무엇이 맛있고, 무얼 사는 것이 좋은지 등등 하나하나 사진까지 찾아 보여주셨습니다. 이런 분을 어디서 만날 수 있을까요. 매년 2번은 여행을하며 인생에 많은 부분을 여행에 초점을 두고 사는 딩크부부에게 처음이자 마지막일 귀인 재하님. 천국같았던 르블랑에서의 천사 컨시어지님♡ 올인크루시브는 이집트에서 즐겨본 적이 있습니다. 비교되지않을만큼, 르블랑은 우선 술이 참 남달리 훌륭했구요. 요리의 퀄리티 또한 뒤쳐지지않았습니다. 물론 좀 성의가 덜하다 싶은 것도 있긴했지만, 백가지 중 한개는 부족해야 인간미 있는 것이 아닐까요?^^ 몸이 지치시더라도 룸서비스보다는 곳곳의 레스토랑에서 즐기시길 추천드리구요. 클래스나 스파, 레이저쇼, 연주 등등 즐길거리들도 무척이나 다양합니다. 프라이빗 비치 또한 매우 청결하게 관리되어지고있습니다. 다른곳들과는 비교되기 때문에 어필 할 수 있는 강점이라 생각들고요, 칸쿤 뿐만 아닌 다른 곳곳에도 르블랑이 자리하길 바래봅니다. 신랑이 르블랑에서의 한달살이를 생각 할 정도로..ㅎㅎ 까다롭고 고지식한 한국남자가 르블랑 플렉스를 생각하니 두말하면 입이 아픈거지요.. 아직도 생생한 르블랑의 이모저모.. 를 다시 한 번 떠올리며..♡♡"

"The hotel was fantastic. We got a free upgrade to a family suite room which was really nice! We only spent 2 days there but I thought everything was good. The hotel seems like it’s been there quite a while and it’s not particularly modern, but they maintain it really well. For that area the price and quality it’s definitely worth a stay!"

"We went to Cancun to end our honeymoon. We were greeted with a massive smile from all the hotel staff. Merary kindly checked us in. She saw we were on our honeymoon and very kindly upgraded us to an incredible room with the swim up pool. The room was stunning. We could chill in the pool whilst facing the beach. Not only did we get an upgrade we arrived at our room which had been decorated with balloons on the bed and the word love written with ribbon. We were also given a little cake too. The staff for our whole stay could not do enough for us. The food and drink options available were amazing! So much choice for both. The bar at night could have maybe done with another member of staff serving as we were waiting a long time for drinks but was worth it. The location   of the hotel is perfect for the beach but also being so close to many other restaurants and bars in La Isla. Would 100% recommend this hotel."
