"OK, so where can I start? First I felt a bit not excited as the swimming pool and the seafood buffet was not available during the time I was there. The hot springs changing area is a bit small. But to be honest the service attidue of everyone working there made really worth 10/10. My feedback was taken seriously and I can see in the very next day changes are happening at the breakfast dish names. Although I had some personal bad experience with few things, but eventually I am happy and will definitely go there again. Finn and Tian Tian were very professional, room is very clean and nice. Everything I asked for I got it"

"這次帶娃去安吉雲上草原，七星谷漂流，選了槿昕這家親子美宿，從入住到離開都特別省心。入住的房間裝修簡約又不失格調，最主要的是打掃的很乾凈衞生，而且在房間裏直接能看到雲上草原，還有民宿的泳池水很乾凈，娃很喜歡，白天晚上都去泳池玩水了🫰；負一層有各種娛樂設施，無聊時也可以打發時間。早餐在一樓大廳，種類不算特別多但夠精緻，熱乎又好吃。吃完步行去雲上草原、熊貓部落探險樂園超近，不用早起趕路，帶娃出門的疲憊感都少了一半🫰；還有老闆，老闆娘也是各種有求必應，下午茶水果小零食也是貼心的送到房間，吹着空調，吃着冰鎮西瓜都不想出去玩了👍，下次如果還來的話肯定還是首先這家民宿。"

"Hey guys, the Floral Hotel Anji Hutaoli is absolutely amazing! 🌿 The environment is super great, surrounded by bamboo forests. The swimming pool and tie - dye experience are so atmospheric. The food is also delicious—the fish head casserole and crayfish are so tasty that they make your feet stomp. The service is thoughtful. It's definitely a hidden - gem homestay. Will come again next time💕. Recommended for friends looking for a relaxing resort!"

The best part of the stay was the team of incredibly warm and lovely staff who look great care of us and our little one, from the receptionist to the pool lady, cleaning ladies, restaurant team etc. We also had sweet dessert and fruits sent to the room in a hot flask daily. The bubble machine was faulty on day 2 of our stay and when the hotel staff found out we had a family photoshoot planned that day, they immediately called for someone to fix it so that we could have additional props for pictures, which was very sweet and thoughtful. The only downside is that there isn’t very much to do within the hotel or neighbourhood and there is only 1 restaurant (although they are happy to take any special requests for food off the menu. We asked for 小龙虾 for example). Families would enjoy the well equipped kids playroom and activities they provide in the garden (kite flying, sky lanterns, bubble machine, balls etc.)

MMisafir Kullanıcı爸媽腿腳不好，年紀大怕冷訂的是別墅，有地暖和空調，就是睡覺的房間在樓上，要爬樓梯對老年人來説有些不便，院子裏就有温泉池可以泡管家還點了篝火，擺了蠟燭，管家服務非常好，羣裏一呼就應，酒店附近的土家菜館也可以用接駁車接送，服務非常周到，酒店周圍景色很美，就是附近遊樂園有點吵，每天下午還有下午茶贈送👍，早餐品種有些少，可選的不多，洗漱的空間沒酒店寬敞方便，總體還是滿意的，服務和景色不錯，飯店內的餐廳晚餐味道很好，主打精緻菜，量有些少，大家庭來的有些不夠吃，我們6個人點的炒飯衹夠5人每人分一小碗，後來又點了一份炒飯，吃了2頓晚飯，點了不同的菜，沒有踩雷的，味道都很好，吃的很滿意，最好以後像飯菜有大中小的份量選擇，人多人少都可以選適合自己的量。總體還是很滿意的，推薦。聽管家説今年要開新店，沒這裏那麼吵了，期待一下。

MM297279****I had a wonderful stay in Anji, and I’d like to give special thanks to Luna. She greeted me warmly every day and always responded to any request right away with great enthusiasm and care. What impressed me the most was her thoughtfulness—she would give advance reminders about weather changes or other details so I could be well prepared. Even after I checked out and returned home, she kindly sent me a short message to make sure I had arrived safely. That extra touch of warmth and attention truly made me feel cared for. Luna’s service was exceptional and made my experience both comfortable and memorable.

MMisafir KullanıcıWe stayed over Chinese New Year - we have two young kids. It was great. Right in the bamboo forest. Trail right out of the back of the hotel. A nice shared kitchen and the owner is super friendly, even volunteering to drive us places because it was difficult to get cabs on the holiday. We look forward to coming back. Also Zhebei Grand Canyon is pretty nearby and definitely a great day out.

The rooms are clean, cozy, and well-kept, but what truly made our stay unforgettable was the incredible staff. Though they don’t speak much English, they went above and beyond to communicate with us via WeChat, ensuring we felt welcome and understood. They surprised us with a room upgrade and took care of every little detail—adjusting the pool temperature when they noticed it was too cold, providing Western food options, and even recommending the best local activities and restaurants. Their kindness and dedication made our trip so special. We’re truly grateful for their hospitality and will absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat with outstanding service!

AAnna0012The hotel lady is very nice, polite and welcoming. As they saw that I was pregnant, they offered to help carry our bags to our room. The view from the room is lovely. Bathtub on the balcony is relaxing and can enjoy the nice view at the same time. I read some reviews about bugs. This homestay is in the middle of nature, so naturally you can expect bugs to be around. We were lucky with only one flying bug in our bedroom. Some minor things, like the door handle of the bathroom door wasn’t securely fastened and the bathtub leaked a bit. But it was nothing major. The pool could maybe use a bit of a shady area, as it gets quite hot on sunny days and there is nowhere to relax in the pool in the shade. This is just a tip. We enjoyed the pool either way. There is a wonderful view from the pool and the water was nice and cool.

AaaatubuaaaThis hotel was designed with great intentions. the architecture is splendid, as are the surroundings. It's a great starting point to discover the region of Anji. However, as beautiful as the hills and the simplistic villas are, the hotel was let down by a relatively poor service. The staff were always friendly and willing to help. However, it was chronically understaffed, and it seems they don't understand what kind of gem they are running. As an example, we went to the bar multiple times. It was beautifully designed, provided a limited, but good enough choice of teas and alcoholic beverages. But it did not have a bar tender. Instead, we had to walk to the reception, ask for someone to come by, then go back and place our oder. We were served, but I felt like a burden to the staff. There was no music and no attempt to use the location and scenery to create a unique atmosphere. Instead, we were left alone, unattended in a quiet, empty room, that happened to look like a bar. One more thing: If you wish to have dinner, you need to order a day in advance.

TTravelGuy2We stayed at the hotel for three nights over a national holiday and had an overall positive experience. The location was excellent—close to shops and restaurants, which made getting around very convenient. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Our room was spacious with a beautiful view of the city center, and the bed was very comfortable. There were some issues with the air conditioning not working properly, which was a bit inconvenient. I used the gym daily, but it could have been better maintained—it often felt untidy and didn’t seem to be cleaned regularly. The breakfast improved each day but was clearly geared more toward local tastes than international ones. Despite a few minor issues, the overall service at the hotel was very good, and I would definitely recommend it to others visiting the city.
